Has any one experienced call drops with their nexus 5 on sprint?
I have 2-3 signal bars and as soon I make/receive call all of them disappear and the call gets lost.
I updated the PRL and the profile as well....Any help will be appreciated

lost or weak signal

Hi all, I am having only 2 to 3 bars signal strength on my g2x, but my other phones have full signal !!! The worse issues are not able to receive phone call, no missing call note, or making call after the phone went in idle for short time from 45 minutes to 2 hours. It will works after I reboot the phone, then it normal.

calls not coming through. needs to reboot

hi,
my girlfriends oneplus is often not receiving calls. right now shes looking for jobs and is getting a lot of calls from employers. she often didnt receive any calls but have voicemails left for her. we have full reception at my house so its not a reception issue. after rebooting the phone, she can receive calls again but after a day or 2, the same thing will happen and she will have to reboot her phone again. any ideas what can be causing this? i have the oneplus and dont have this issue aside from sometimes SMS not coming through until after a reboot or is delayed.
I'm having the same issues with my one plus one. My signal will drop to zero bars and then I have to restart my phone.

Nexus 5 network issue

Hi i have a nexus 5 android 6.0.1 and whenever I make or receive a call the network drops from LTE to 3G to Edge. It stays on Edge even after the call has been ended and the only way to goes back to LTE is when the phone is locked for a few minutes. I checked the settings number cellular networks -> preferred network type and its on LTE. I have done a complete wipe on the phone twice and still the same issue.
Also in the past I have another issue which was resolved and I have had this phone for about 2.5 years and after the first 6months the sim was unreadable. The person I got it fixed from stated that the guy I bought the phone off reported it stolen and the only to use it was to switch the motherboard. Im not sure if they are related .
The main issue the network dropping down to Edge is causing is when I drive for uber and passengers call me sometimes I cannot start the trip or load the gps for a few minutes .
This is because of CSFB functionality. LTE is used only for data connection and if you receive or place a CS voice call, then the phone switch to 3G or 2G (depends from signal strenght) to make a call and after that if signal is strong enough switch back to LTE.

Phone Signal Strength drops considerably during phone call

Does anyone else have this problem and if so are there any fixes available?
I have fairly good cell signal within my home (around 95db), in the past (event when I first purchased my Pixel) I would never have any issues with calls being dropped but within the last 2 months I have noticed that when I use my Pixel normally (not on a call) the signal strength is fairly normal, but as soon as I answer a call the signal strength drops off and more often than not the call drops. I've had to start making sure whenever I am talking with someone I have to be near a window. My wife has a Samsung S7 and this does not happen to her.
Does this happen with anyone else?
Thanks so much in advance!
When the phone is idle it connects to LTE network but when you place a call it switches to HSPA network, that's why your reception drops down. At least that's what happenes on my phone.

Many calls not coming through, rings on their end. No missed call. Note 4 and 5

I've had a strange long-term issue where the phone will ring for the party calling in, but won't ring on my end. No missed call shows up. It occurs about half the time with or without WiFi calling on. This issue has plagued me since my Verizon Note 4 with Verizon service, my T-Mobile Note 4 with T-Mobile, and is still occurring on my T-Mobile Note 5.
The only way I know I've missed calls is that I use YouMail's email notification service which lets me know that someone got to my YouMail voicemail even if they don't leave a message.
I thought it had to do with my poor (1-2 bar) service in my rural area but I've had WiFi calling on my past two devices, WiFi always on, and it still happens frequently. For example, I got three calls from my girlfriend while I was home today. Full WiFi signal strength the whole time. Her first call came through fine but the following two I never received any missed call for. The only reason I know she called was because of the email notification I received from my YouMail voicemail service. I have a new SIM card through T-Mobile so I know it's not that as it previously happened with my Verizon SIM and Note 4 while on their network.
Very frustrating. Any idea what is going on?
I can say that T-mobile wifi calling is not stable. It got so bad I had to turn it off and just deal with poor signal.
