FAQ
I don't like the concept of dual recoveries, is there any way i can have either one?
Yes, for
CWM standalone use http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2276943
TWRP : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2505502
Is this compatible with jjm34's CM10?
Yes it is, is has been specially compiled in order to be compatible with the recovery used in jjm34's CM10 recovery.
Is this compatible on Xperia E single sim?
I have not tested it out on C1504/5 since I do not own that device, however you may install this at your own risk.
Is this compatible on ICS?
Once again I have not tested it out, the kernel used is the default JB kernel.

Building a kernel is slightly different from what is done here, but it is quite simple to add governors and New I/O schedulers

Sorry No, the kernel and ramdisk used in this boot.img is different from that on CM10, hence you might encounter bootloops.

If you install CWM recovery/this recovery, only booting into recovery will work, but the normal system startup will result in bootloops.
So i flash this only if you need to go back to your STOCK backup and don't need to run CM for the time being.

(Guess OC Kernel like CM Kernel anyway)

If root method, i'm use VRoot, i work well
I already test it on Xperia L, Live with Walkman, Xperia E Dual, Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0
But you must disable superuser ( it like SuperSU ) on Apps > All to replace SuperSU.
Remember let that superuser allow SuperSU to update binary and after that you disable superuser, not SuperSU.
After disable superuser, go to SuperSu, find install to /system, and yeah SuperSu work properly
*after allow SuperSU, install binary, dont press yes on delete other superuser cause different model cause bootloop
P/s : sorry if im out of topic, just want share this method, it easy
Good Luck! Sorry my english Bad

You often get this issue on these new smartphones - USB cable you use with charging don't work. I had that issue, and some of my friends had that too.
But I don't think people in service (at least in my country) pay too much attention if you have it unlocked or not. This is from my personal experience.
But if you cause overheating from overclock you must pay good, be careful
As of me - I am waiting for Stable FXP rom better than stock - then I'll unlock.
And, good work developer.
What score after overclock? I fail to unlock bootloader..fastboot cmd won't open. Maybe will try later..

Xperia E Dual : http://sourceforge.net/projects/nanhu-cm/files/nanhu_ds/1.1.0/
This ROM is completely based off jjm34's CM10(dual) build, hence complete credits to him for his contribution.
However a few modifications have been/are being made to kernel/ROM in order to improve user experience.
The ROM has been personally tested on my C1604 and is fit for essential use.
The is reported to be working on Xperia E single sim versions without any modifications also!

Features
Based on CM10 (AOSP 4.1.2)
Stable Overclock to 1.3GHz
Working Sensors(including magnetometer)
Dual SIM implementation
Works on Xperia E Single Sim Also
OTA updates supported
Non-stock CPU governors available
Installation
The ROM is currently in Alpha stage, it suggested that you charge to battery to over 50% and have a backup of your data before flashing this release
Install stock Jellybean firmware (11.3.A.2.1) since the ROM is based off that and hence requires those baseband firmwares.
Boot into recovery.
If you do not possess any recovery, check this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2505811
Flash the cm-nanhu_ds-ota-{version}.zip
Do a factory reset (data/cache)
(Optional) Flash Google Apps for 10.0.x from here http://goo.im/gapps
Reboot
Initial start up might take a while since the system might be caching up resources
GPL Compliance

Issues
Video Encoding Not Working
NOTE : Since this is a community project, it is requested that you report any issue you may find along with logcat/dmesg/last_kmsg logs

Troubleshooting/FAQ
Video playback does not seem to work!
Upgrade to v1.0.1 or higher!
My phone seems to be overheating quite quickly!
This maybe due to the overclock feature and intensive usage, you can reduce the clock speed to improve stability!
Go to Settings -> Perfomance -> Processor -> Max CPU Frequency
Chose any of the given frequencies between 1008 MHz to 1305 MHz (1008 MHz is stock max frequency)
Change the governor to OnDemand/Powersave or Conservative
Does this work on Xperia E Single Sim?
Yes, it has been found to be stable with any major issues as of now!
How do I use the Dual Recovery!
Booting into TWRP
Power Off The Device
Power on the device
When the lower notification bar lights up to blue, press the volume down key a couple of times

Flashed it..
The over clock is cool
No network and charging bug till now
The camera Fc when recording video.
The video playback wasn't working but the disable hw option helped..
Titanium backup shows error with root.
Viper audio engine asks to install drivers every time I open it(might be a conflict with DSP).
And the battery percentage is very weird.. it shows a large drop in a few minutes and then the level goes higher again ( would try a recaliberation tomorrow)
The ROM is fluid smooth. and the overclocking is stable..
Will tell you more soon..
Anyway the kernel is good..

It's an issue i have experienced in the stock ROM also since ICS builds, it shows a large drop during heavy usage and then rises when idle.
Might be a battery sensor module issue, not sure though, but i doubt it's a bug with the ROM, maybe an issue with the kernel.

This ROM is different from the version that is deodexed, you have to manually deodex this ROM.
Deodexing is recommended if you wish to modify the ROM, otherwise odexed ROMs have better performance in general

Yes, you can. Just go to Settings > Performance, read the message, if you're OK with it, tap OK. Open Processor, and set the Maximum CPU Frequency to whatever you want. Here's something:
600 Mhz or below: Underclock, will save battery life
1008 Mhz: Normal, like you get in stock ROM.
1036 Mhz or higher: Overclock, will increase performance.
Unfortunate surprise
Dude.. just got the network bug.

If you're using XboosT, Riches will not work. Riches is only for CM. If you want overclock, install CM10. If you want ICS, flash the XboosT kernel again. I don't think you can have both.

Ah, you have my issue. Same happens with me. Just flash this boot.img: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7...0B73-53ZX-WVRSGxDZFBjNURBdm8/edit?usp=sharing
Not working
Flashed 2 times already. Still getting the network bug after 2 days of use. This is so annoying
I flashed latest stock (11. something ) and then did exactly as you said. I have c1504.
I personally think this has something to do with Viper sound engine. Because few weeks back I had installed hsr's cm and it worked perfectly for 10-15 days. The day I installed viper, that network bug came back. This is only a guess btw. I had viper, vine and instagram installed on my phone this time.
Any suggestions?
thanks using your rom currently

Well, other than stock, yes, it is. And NoZ and XboosT (but both of those are stock-based anyway).
yes, seen those, noz is the ultimate show off rom (I'm not into it)
xboost i wanted to try ,but the instructions were too rough and too many downloads ,if there was like ,two zips i would have tried by now
the unexpected thing i found while using this rom was that it has cwm & twrp .....not sure where i got them but i like it
i want to know how this version is different from jim34 & hsr0 cm10 rom :cyclops:
Hi,
I decided to update this thread with separate E/E dual links, plus some extra instructions
You'll need an unlocked bootloader for this action. Unlocking the bootloader will result in warranty loss. I will not be held responsible for anything that may or may not happen to your device.
What is the point of this thread? Well, this thread offers you a CM10 for our E with the baseband uknown(SIM not recognized issue) that randomly occurs after a couple reboots(some people like me get it in 3 days, others have never got it).
This CM10 was an update by @jjm34 (OTA 1.1.0). Member @Johnt880 discovered that this update brings a stable baseband. All credits go to him! I merely created E single and E dual versions and Deodexed them! I also replaced the boot.img with @UltraGamerHD his Hades kernel, so you'll get 1,5 gHz OC and some other stuff.
The bugs of this CM10 are:
-Magnetomet not working(no automatic landscape/portrait)
-Video recording doesn't work.
-Video playback doesn't work(no YouTube)
-Bluetooth acts strange(it connects, but refuses to exchange any kind of media)
As you can see that's pretty bearable.
Installation instructions:
1. Download the appropiate ROM for your device. Choose the Odexed or the Deodexed version(easier modding).
2. Download the Gapps(contains Play Store, so pretty important)
3. Place the 2 .zips on your SD card(internal or external, doesn't matter)
4. Flash the boot.img inside the ROM.zip. You can use Flashtool or the Android SDK.
5. Boot into your preferred recovery(TWRP is the most convenient). Blue LED=TWRP. Green LED=CWM.
7. When using TWRP: Wipe cache, dalvik-cache, data and system under ''Wipe'', ''Advanced wipe''
When using CWM: Wipe data(hard reset), wipe dalvik-cache(under ''advanced'') and format system
8. Install zip from SD card>CM10ROM.zip
9. When it's done, install zip from SD card>gapps.zip
10. Reboot system, insert PIN and enjoy your SIM recognized CM10
Little advice: CM10 doesn't give you the option to switch between Wi-Fi and 3G like stock does. So when you insert your G-mail and password, it will use precious data to establish a connection. If this is something you don't want to, just skip the G-mail, skip the creation of a G-mail, and go to ''Settings''>''More''>''Mobile Networks'' and uncheck the data. Now you can enable Wi-Fi and open the Play Store. You will have to insert a G-mail and now you can since you have a wi-fi connection

No! It's an update released by jjm34! It's not a standalone ROM! Check the size.
You can flash this when the SIM bug occurs!
What I meant is that I forgot to add hsr0's kernel in the zip!
Hope that's clear.

To be absolutely sure(sorry..)
jjm34 and hsr0 both built a CM10 ROM.
We discovered that jjm34's ROM+hsr0's kernel s the most stable for the E single.
BUT on jjm34 his sourceforge page for the E single is an update of 150 mb.
Now, when you are on jjm34 his ROM and hsr0 his kernel, you may experience the SIM bug.
Flashing the update will solve this. When it happens again, just flash the update.
Note: remove the apks in the update that you deleted in the base ROM. Otherwise you will get those apps again. Also, when you modify anything you have to add the files to the update too! Otherwise the system wll be overwritten with stock CM10 and your mods will disappear.
Hope that it's now completely clear! Correct download links will be up in 10 minutes.

I am sorry for misleading anyone , I just never thought of testing the video,I tested camera and panoramic as they worked. I assumed the video would too
Anyway keep up the good work Many thanks
Wait.. camera and panaroma? Those work, it's only video recording.
@Johnt880 No problems, you are now in my list of people whom I like a lot! By a lot, I mean I'd be star-struck if I met you.
Thank you very much
Is this the full rom?? 155mb? thats a big size for a baseband fix....if its a full rom...this should be advertised as the new cm10 rom for E

just a gsm fix dude.....
before, if you get this bug you had to flash stock ftf again & then cm10 @MatsPunt someone said flashing xboost (rom only) also fixes the problem..
I had no problems with GSM on CM10 !
1 . Flash Jjm32 Kernel
2 . Go to Recorvery and Wipe data / factory reset
3 . Flash Jjm34 Rom + Gapps
4 . Power Off device
5 . Flash Kernel Hsr0
GSM and battery percentage works perfectly on my Xperia E C1505

Just installed. Looks and runs great. The only two thing I've found are NFC not working and video recording... Will stay on CM for a while. <br />
P.S. And one morre bug - touch is not properly working. I mean that especially on lockscreen it is impossible sometime to unlock the device. <br/>

You don't need it. Just flash the zip in the download link in recovery. There are touchscreen issues after sleep with the build however, so I would nandroid your present config if you would like to revert.

So a unlocked bootloader isn't required if I have root and recovery?

If you have root and a recovery installed on the xperia z2 tablet, then you have your bootloader unlocked already.
Root just gives you higher privileges in the running state. To install lets say Clockworkmod recovery, you need write access to the boot partition, which comes only with an unlocked bootloader.
I´m not sure, but my LTE Tablet have Dual Recovery installed and rooted as well.. But still locked Bootloader. I need to unlock them to be able install any custom ROM.
For now i´m on Sony Stock ROM.

I stand corrected, your tablet can have a locked bootloader with XZDualRecovery and root. Sorry for that...
You can install a custom ROM however make sure you create a backup of /system/bin/chargemon in a location you know it keep secure, then just flash the locked dual recovery beta zip.
I had xzdualrecovery on my xperia z2 tablet with a locked bootloader but it would not stick when I tried backing up or flashing a custom ROM. I went ahead and unlocked the bootloader and installed a CWM recovery in order to avoid loosing a recovery because of bootloader errors/bugs.
