man i think that something goes wrong with a parittion of your device
lets try this
flash 3.33 universal from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1459767
follow the instructions to the letter
before flashing check md5 sums(important)
use md5 checker to ckeck it(it is an exe for pc)
after that install 4ext recovery from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1631861 (only step 2 nothing else)
then put the cm rom in your sdcard and flash it from 4ext
best wishes

it is the patched hboot which you can use whatever fastboot command you want(you are not limited)
besides you need it to flash 4ext via fastboot command

i think something goes wrong with boot partition
also disable smartflash. you are on S-OFF
you don't need it
all i can say now is play with different roms and see how they go
but try this first
boot to the bootloader and select reboot
if it fails then boot to recovery
wipe dalvik + cache and then reboot
best wishes

use the format all partitions except sdcard option from 4ext

Remove the supercid and try to boot.. Change cid to something generic like HTC__001 (two underscores)
Command Is
fastboot oem writecid HTC__001

"It doesn't work" "I tried multiple RUUs" are useless to me.
What happens when you flash the RUU? Is it successful?

[Q] Problems installing firmware

Hello, sry if this has already been askedbut I'm a noob so... Untill now I had cyanogenmod 7.1 on my sensation and i wanted to switch to OpenSensation but I needed to install the latest firmware for that! So I tried doing what they said on theandroidsoul.com/how-to-flash-pg58img-zip-ics-firmware-on-htc-sensation/ but had no success. Now every time i try to start the phone it just gets stuck at the cyanogenmod9 boot animation! I tried restoring from NANDroid backup but then it gets stuck on the cyanogenmod7 boot animation!
If anyone could help me fix this I'd be very grateful!
EDIT: I also can't install cyanogenmod 7.1 again!

thanks that explains what caused the problem
I'll try to explain it briefly
now typically our sensation can be broken into three parts like (it may not be 100% correct but its an analogy to explain the firmware things)
hardware/device ---------------->>> firmware(HBOOT + radio) --------------------->>>ROM (ICS/GB)
so for it to run properly
you need to have GB firmware for GB rom (GB- ginger bread)
or ICS firmware for ICS rom
otherwise it wont work
now in your case
you hboot is 1.27.1100 (ICS one) but the radio is still of GB one (10.14.xx)
and
from "INFOversion-main: 1.45.531.1" this we can say that you are running a GB os ..and i think its cm7.1 that you restored
now you might have understood why you are looping
your firmware upgrade is half complete ( 1 part is of ICS one and other is of GB one)
and you are running GB rom..which wont work
so now you have two ways out
1.to have cm9 (ICS rom)
you need to properly flash the 3.32 firmware first (ICS compatible)
that you can find it here (get the universal 3.32 firmware )
universal firmwares
then flash the cm9 via recovery ..voila you are done
(for safe side you can check you flashed fw properly or not ...hboot should be 1.27.xx and radio should be 11.xx )
2.to have back the cm7.1 (GB rom)
here you need to flash the GB firmware
get the universal 1.17 firmware from the above linked thread and flash it
(verify the 1.17 firmware by looking at hboot (1.17.xx) and radio (10.xx))
then restore you cm7.1 backup ..and you are done again
NOTE: remember to remove the PG58IMG zip file from sdcard after flashing otherwise you cant go into bootloader/fastboot
What he said do that as well you might want to get supercid it makes things easier...
Swyped From My Sensation.
I tried doing what you said but i it says wrong CID and sometimes battery voltage too low! If i really got the wrong file how can i put the right file on the SD card with fastboot or sth and do I need to change the battery? thx

get the 3.32 universal firmware (NON TMOUS) one and flash it
if you want gingerbread rom flash the 1.17 universal firmware (NON TMOUS one)
firmware thread
that should solve your wrong cid problem
if it still persists
then do a supercid
commands to supercid
1.fastboot getvar cid (store/remember your original cid)
2.fastboot oem writecid 11111111 (eight ones)
3.fastboot reboot-bootloader
4.fastboot getvar cid (verify your cid now)
I did the superCID but it still says battery voltage too low. Do I have to change the battery?
mankiboss said:

of course you need to charge the battery
if while doing firmware upgrade ..your phone got switched off ..due to less battery ..it can potentially lead to a brick
ALWAYS when flashing a firmware ..you need to have enough battery (atleast 40-50% imho)

If you knew you needed SuperCID and S-off (only needed for installing 2.15 firmware with Sense 5 custom ROMs), why did you SuperCID then run the RUU?
SuperCID and S-on is a known brick with Jellybean RUUs.
How did you end up updating to 5.05, was it by OTA?

Now what way do you recommend for the no network problem ??
I need to help you
This may be proof evita ul and evita utl radios are not compatible.
This was assumed but never proven before.
The answer to the no network problem is likely you need to flash an evita utl radio again. But no images for one have been uploaded anywhere.
Another user with a functional evita utl and root should dump all partitions, in particular radio so we have access to radio 3.12.38.00.24.
eg:
adb shell dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p17 of=/sdcard/radio.img
Then upload the radio.img somewhere so alireza1994 can download it and flash.
fastboot flash radio radio.img
This is why you should not flash things that were not designed for your model of phone.

Ahhh, missed that the OP has the utl variant (but its right there, amongst the posted info). Yes, it looks like this is an incompatibility of "standard" HOX software with the utl hardware. The incompatibility has been speculated, and I think another utl owner bricked his device trying to flash something meant for the "standard" evita. So the OP is lucky in this regard, and there is still some chance to recover.

Yeah you're right, there was a guy that flashed a standard hboot or firmware package and it bricked his UTL variant.

Does this work?
Are you sure you loaded the correct firmware to the device?

What does, Fastboot getvar all, show since you flashed things with the riffbox?
APN details are likely being detected because of the sim card installed.
No network could be these issues:
1)Radio firmware is not compatible. Return the phone to original firmware.
2)ROM is not compatible. Return the phone to original ROM.
3)The phone is damaged.
No one that posts in these forums has much information about Evita_UTL's.
The language barrier means information about this model of phone is very vague.

99.99999% of users on this forum have Evita_UL, not Evita_UTL.
You have flashed Evita_UL firmware to your Evita_UTL which has caused these problems.
We do not have any full dumps of Evita_UTL as very few that own this phone have come to XDA.
Evita_UTL is only sold in Saudi Arabia as far as we know.
Another user posted a CWM backup of his device here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=46816777
But it only includes data, system, boot and recovery partitions.
It does not include firmware files.
I have asked in that thread if the user can post his radio partition but so far the user has not responded.
You said you bought another Evita_UTL? Why not get the radio partition yourself from that working phone?

i think maybe you're already updating incorrect hboot firmware from that site..
to make sure that..just go to your bootloader again and select FASTBOOT..then type fastboot command "fastboot getvar all"..then posting it in here the output from that command..but don't forget to remove your serial number and imei first..to avoid someone can cloning your phone..

yap i think that you had already had wrong step..to unlocking your bootloader via htcdev.com...
to fix that...maybe you can try relocking your bootloader first...then flashing a stock RUU again..
but to do that..because i can't find the right RUU for you that have a same version as yours...you can download this RUU (this is a ruu for sensation xe) then modified that RUU file (i mean modified/ change the cid info on android-info.txt in PG58IMG.zip file..change it to your cid) or making a goldcard first to flashing that RUU or else that have a same or higher version than yours...
completed guide to flashing a RUU you can read here.. (you can read at step 4 in that thread)

[Q] RUU needed for Orange/EE HTC One SV

Hi everyone,
HTC One SV LTE (K2_UL) on Orange (it's about 2 years old)
Not rooted
S-ON
Phone was on 4.2.2
USB debugging is not enabled
I'm pretty technical and have scoured forums for the last couple of days and still haven't found a solution to the problem I have with my HTC One SV.
I left the phone on charge overnight and the next day I was presented with a screen asking me to decrypt storage. The phone was never rooted or tampered with.
The problem I have is that I'm unable to factory reset the phone or even get into recovery. Clearing storage doesn't make any difference.
Every time I try, the phone resets and takes me to the "please enter password to decrypt" screen. It appears that the internal SD storage or at least a directory is corrupt.
One solution is to run an Orange RUU to resotre to factory default but I can't fine one anywhere, and I could really do with one.
I'm able to run fastboot commands, but adb does not see the phone as a device.
Can anyone help?
I don't know, how that happened and i don't really have a (easy) solution.
But i guess you won't get it done without an unlocked bootloader and an recovery like Twrp.
A search broughr up similar problems on other devices: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2749625

Another thing worth mentioning is that when I try to run fastboot -w I get "Erasing 'userdata' ... FAILED (remote: not allowed)
I'm a pretty technical person (10+Years in IT) but I get the feeling that without the RUU to completely wipe it I won't be able to get this phone fixed.
I don't think, the RUU you are talking is available!
One idea could be:
-Unlock your bootloader
-flash TWRP
-try if you can get something done in recovery, if not,
-flash a stock rom
-get S-off with rumrunner.us
-downgrade hboot
-get Supercid
-run the WWE RUU (and debrand your device)
Is there anyone there who could help me? Does anyone have access or can send me a link to an Orange HTC One SV LTE RUU.exe ??

I downloaded both, but the "PL80IMG_K2_UL_JB422_SENSE50_MR_Orange_UK_3.11.61.10_Radio_1.18.40a.00.05_10.81a.40.23_release_340236_signed.zip" only extracts to 98.1K even though the ZIP file is 665MB is there something wrong with the ZIP file?
thanks,
Mike

I'm also a complete noob to RUU flashing. I thought the ZIPs would contain an executable, but neither of them have an RUU.exe file in them. Am I doing something wrong?
The Ruu is encryted, thats why you can't extract. And you don't need to!
Bootloader must be locked!
Rename the Orange zip to PL80IMG.zip, copy it to external sdcard, boot your phone to bootloader and let it search for files to update. It will ask you, if you wat to flash the zip, confirm with Vol+ and follow the instructions.
@djluisbento
Any news about the RUU for k2_u with Android 4.2.2 and software number 3.11.401.106?
