Well, relocking the device isn't a great thing to do in such a situation. You need to Flash an RUU for your device (find it in the development forum).
you can also try unlocking your phone again if you have the files needed (I don't really know how this procedure works so can't help here), or getting S-OFF, which I don't recommend for you.
if you have the unlock code.bin just use it with the fastboot command to unlock the bootloader again
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
after that choose reboot from bootloader and see if it boots
if fails then flash again the rom from recovery
by the way what boot.img did you use?

you did right
don't use smartflash since you are on S-OFF
that means you have 4ext recovery
do this:
format all partitions except sdcard from 4ext
flash the rom
let it boot
don't flash any other kernel

Firstly, I am very sorry if I have done wrong. But I couldnt just find help in other threads. I want to help a friend fix his Sensation XE Z715e. It stucks/reboots on the HTC BootScreen.
The device is Bootloader Unlocked but S-On. I read some thread and read about the RUU. I relocked the bootloader and ran the RUU. After the whole process... The RUU program said "Completed" but the device is still stuck / Reboots. Is there any other means? Please I would be glad to get early response as I am somewhere I can download any needed file now. I migth not get the chance tomorrow.
Attached is the "fastboot getvar all" details. Please help!
can you show me the detail of RUU that you've already installing..?, i mean..did you already try this RUU..?
if yes..but still stuck..
did you already tried (while your bootloader is still in unlocked state)...tried to installing a boot.img that are extracted from the last custom rom that you've using it..?
or if still stuck..did you already tried to installing a different custom recovery (ofcourse this is while your bootloader is in unlocked state too)...anyway what custom recovery do you had before..?, if before just using cwm..now just tried installing 4ext touch recovery..and after that you tried installing another custom rom...and don't forget to enable smartflash future from 4ext recovery before installing another custom rom..
if still stuck...just tried flashing a boot.img manually from fastboot.. "fastboot flash boot boot.img"

i think there's something problem in emmc partition..but i don't know what's that exactly..
i think the best way to fix that..just brought your sensation to the HTC service center..or 3rd party service center that already had a riff box / jtag tools that can flashing your sensation emmc from the beginning..
Hi,
It seems that you were going along the correct lines with the RUU you were running.
My only suggestion would be to relock your bootloader and try it again.
If it still fails , then, as JJeamy suggests , an HTC center would be the next step.
Hello, I have a honor 6x and when i want to root it.
So I unlock OEM and bootloader and i flashed twrp via "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img", no error appears but when i try to reboot my phone in recovery it boot in "erecovery" mode. I tried to flash "recovery2" too but then when i try to boot in recovery my phone stay on "Your device is booting now..". I try using Linux Vmware too but there is no change.
I try many possibilities but nothing work, have you a solution ?
Thank's to help me.

Try this method
First copy the recovery img to your phone sdcard
Then
"fastboot boot RECOVERY.img"
While on recovery flash the img file from sdcard.
Press Reboot to recovery.
Let me know how it goes

You have to unlock the bootloader to gain access to flash or boot via fastboot
Edit : You've to change RECOVERY.img by your recovery name

Hi guys!
I have installed twrp recently but i decided to install stock recovery back. After installing stock recovery still twrp appears.(tried it 3x times)
Any idea?
Thank you for your answers.
Are you using fastboot to flash the recovery? If so what gets displayed when it fails?
As BakedOnSomeSour said, stock recovery must be flashed through fastboot using the same command you used to flash TWRP, and so "fastboot flash recovery <recoveryname>.img". That's the only way to flash a recovery (unless that you use dload and reflash full firmware).

Allow USB debug and OEM unlock by developer settings menu and retry... Plus, tell me what your fastboot says about FRP and Phone

If FRP is locked, read my post above. OEM unlock must be enabled by developer options.
Anyway, procure yourself a valid copy of your actual firmware's recovery and retry a flash by fastboot. Then, try to boot directly to recovery
Thank you for your asnwers. Finally i fixed my problem.
