[Q] Need hard help (URGENT)

I received my T-Mobile One S, and for some reasin decided to update it to custom Jellybean.
result: Doesn't booting after HTC logo(started after I flashed the kernell), installed sdk, but adb can't see my device, drivers up to date. can't see my sd card(Can see the E-removable drive, but when I try to enter it, it says there's no E-drive, when I unplug the device the E-drive dissapears). Factory reset doesn't help. I think the is that I flashed the kernel, and I can't find the stock one. Any suggestions, guys? I am very new to all these, and English is not my native, sorry.:crying:
Try to download and run this RUU.
But first lock your bootloader in fastboot.
fastboot oem lock

I had exactly the same problem, try to flash stock boot.img and relock bootloader to flash RUU, or try adb in recovery (for me adb works only in recovery in this situation) and send a rom to sd card, hope will help you

Well, relocking the device isn't a great thing to do in such a situation. You need to Flash an RUU for your device (find it in the development forum).
you can also try unlocking your phone again if you have the files needed (I don't really know how this procedure works so can't help here), or getting S-OFF, which I don't recommend for you.
if you have the unlock code.bin just use it with the fastboot command to unlock the bootloader again
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
after that choose reboot from bootloader and see if it boots
if fails then flash again the rom from recovery
by the way what boot.img did you use?

you did right
don't use smartflash since you are on S-OFF
that means you have 4ext recovery
do this:
format all partitions except sdcard from 4ext
flash the rom
let it boot
don't flash any other kernel

Help Needed - HTC Sensation Z715e

Firstly, I am very sorry if I have done wrong. But I couldnt just find help in other threads. I want to help a friend fix his Sensation XE Z715e. It stucks/reboots on the HTC BootScreen.
The device is Bootloader Unlocked but S-On. I read some thread and read about the RUU. I relocked the bootloader and ran the RUU. After the whole process... The RUU program said "Completed" but the device is still stuck / Reboots. Is there any other means? Please I would be glad to get early response as I am somewhere I can download any needed file now. I migth not get the chance tomorrow.
Attached is the "fastboot getvar all" details. Please help!
can you show me the detail of RUU that you've already installing..?, i mean..did you already try this RUU..?
if yes..but still stuck..
did you already tried (while your bootloader is still in unlocked state)...tried to installing a boot.img that are extracted from the last custom rom that you've using it..?
or if still stuck..did you already tried to installing a different custom recovery (ofcourse this is while your bootloader is in unlocked state too)...anyway what custom recovery do you had before..?, if before just using cwm..now just tried installing 4ext touch recovery..and after that you tried installing another custom rom...and don't forget to enable smartflash future from 4ext recovery before installing another custom rom..
if still stuck...just tried flashing a boot.img manually from fastboot.. "fastboot flash boot boot.img"

that's so weird...
i think there's something problem in emmc partition..but i don't know what's that exactly..
i think the best way to fix that..just brought your sensation to the HTC service center..or 3rd party service center that already had a riff box / jtag tools that can flashing your sensation emmc from the beginning..
Hi,
It seems that you were going along the correct lines with the RUU you were running.
My only suggestion would be to relock your bootloader and try it again.
If it still fails , then, as JJeamy suggests , an HTC center would be the next step.

Unlock your bootloader, download this backup (2.34.401.5) drive.google.com/file/d/0B5LDnn44r6-JYlNOaXJGa2NmZkk/view and restore it in TWRP. When backup is restored, flash stock recovery and do factory reset/wipe. When it's done you can boot into android

You need to flash it through computer. Use this drive.google.com/open?id=0B4Og2FG3PR_XNTZVYldvS0ZkaGM&authuser=0
Open the folder, hold left shift and right click anywhere in folder, open command prompt and type in "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img". You need to place recovery.img in that folder or it won't work, and your phone must be in fastboot mode.
