Bricked A110 -- Help

Hi,
I tried to update stock JB and I had ICS v2 rooted Micromax A110.
Half way through it threw an error by saying Invalid FORMAT syntax or something of that sort after successfully copying files.
Now my phone
doesnt start
cannot go into recovery
There are no light blinking
Computer doesnt identify when connected
IT IS TRULY BRICKED..!!
Is there any alternative apart from taking it to service center?

Try to flash V2 rom via SP tool again if it doesnt work you have to take it to the Service center and btw which os do you use for pc?

When switched off and connected to a power source, I dont even see the battery symbol. SP Tool doesnt recognise the phone from two machines I tried (one win 7 32-bit and another win7 64-bit).
Let me know if there are any other options I can try

Uninstall the drivers of micromax /cyanus t2 if you have installed it check it via the device manager and install the drivers again try to flash it !

Many thanks for all the help and input.
I had to take it to Service Center in Bangalore. It was totally bricked and I explained them whatever I did honestly
They said my warranty would be void and they were still not aware if MMX had released a JB version and asked me to come 3 days later. Today I went in and lo behold my A110 was updated to JB and also warranty was not void. Nice people at support I say.
Now, me being me, within hours of getting my phone, I updated to CWM Recovery and rooted the phone

Hey guys.. New around the xda forums but not to the Android world.
Coming to the point, Here are the problems i'm facing with my Micromax A110 (Factory version: Andoid Jellybean - 4.1.1)
Everything that i tried so far:
(I have the ADB Interface and the micromax factory drivers in this step)
1. I installed on the Micromax Drivers provided itself by the phone.. the 64bit one as i have Windows Ultimate x64. Now the problem starts when i use the Su Recovery Tool by Bin4ry (or whatever his name is). Everything goes normal..i went by the instructions i.e Usb debug on ---> Media Device. Then on the tool i pressed 1 i.e The normal option and then carry the on screen instructions. It does come to the restore my data part and reboots. Now.. during the reboot, I get a windows update prompt which installs the MT65xx Preloader Drivers. However, the phone does not restart and so as well the drivers as it says device unplugged and then.. poof! Nothing happens.. I have to Remove the battery, restart manually and the program says.. Unable to copy files..Are you root?.. -_- Dafuq?
2. Now i used the famous SP FLASH tool.. but no luck again.. I tried to flash CWM Recovery through it.. but the application has its own problems.. either error 3013 (SOC VERIFICATION FAIL) or again.. the MT65xx driver not found.. AGAIN. -_-" I once also got the 1013 error
I did try disabling the driver enforcement signing but it was of no use (Obviously)
Your help will be appreciated (Thanks option ofcourse). Looking forward to your Reply

P.S - I dealt with the Mt65xx driver problem, but still.. the Su Bin4ry file cannot flash anything onto the phone (error protocol (status))

Hey I too had the problem previously I have install com drivers problem solved go here www.moulnisky.com. select Micromax /mmxa110/ you can find it there please hit thanks
If it doesn't work there may be problem with ROM which ROM are you trying flashing another ROM

I dont mind giving a Thanks but none of the above drivers work and they have a yellow exclamation on them in device manager.. :'(

Basically all the drivers u need are in or phone. Delete all pre loader and com driver using driver management or reinstall using setup.
And I think u know this steps to flash ROM using sp tool.
Alternative
Use mobile uncle to flash recovery.

salil is right..
uninstall previous drivers use Revo unintaller as it removes the traces as well..
Then flash CWM through SPFlash tool!
Well if you aren't rooted you can't use Mobile Uncle Tool!

Thanks for your advice mate.. although Skyrazor is right as root is required for Mobile uncle tools..
Im going to reinstall all drivers and let you know what the outcome is.

Do The Following Things-:
1. Uninstall The Existing Drivers & Then Reinstall Them.
2. Let It Install Properly First Don't Connect Your Phone.
3. After It Gets Installed Then Run SP Tools & Complete The Procedure.
4. Click Download Button & Then Connect Your Fone It Will Surely Detect Your Device
5. Then If Any Problem is There Try Meta Mode.
Hope U Got It & Your Device Will Be Detected.

buddy i was also having same prob with win 8
and tried each n every solution but nothing worked
try this method with win 8.1 or win 7
it will surley work..!!

Mobile Bricked,Issue in Flashing

Hi Folks, i had an issue with my mobile. I bricked my mobile and now when i am trying to unbrick it i was not able to flash it using SP flash tool. I had used this tool many times and had a good idea on flashing. We have 2 mobiles in house, Me and my sis use same mobile. When i try connecting my sisters mobile my Laptop i recognizing and showing in device manager as MT65XX. but when i connect my mobile its showing some thing like alcatel. Please check the attached JPEG file and help me out friends.

Submitted my mobile at service center and they had reinstalled OS again. Got my mobile back again.:victory:

hey try meta mode with sp flash tool
remove your battery and hold both volume+power button to enter meta mode
with holding those buttons connect usb and click download in sp flash tool

@AnilLonely May this problem occur beacuse your drivers are not installed correctly in pc/Laptop so you need to install drivers correctly in your pc/Laptop.....so just go this link for how to installing drivers of Micromax Magnus-: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=49414446&postcount=198&nocache=1&z=1086929826997220
After this you install drivers correctly in your pc/Laptop then just go to this link for flashing stock rom using sp tools for your brick devices. So just to this link and go through it-: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2167244
You can also find install Mobistel Cynus T1 Driver you can find this on obove link.
Make sure you download stock v3 rom for Micromax magnus and just flash using sp tool....

His problem has been solved quite time before.The problem was while flashing via sp tool the flashing process was interrupted because of power failure or something. In such case your pc wont detect your mobile. But that doesn't mean that the device is bricked. All you need to to is uninstall drivers restart your pc and again install the drivers. It will work again:laugh:

using USB deview, uninstall MTK, preloader and vcom drivers then manually re-install.

uninstall drivers and install updated mtk drivers,use latest sp flash tool, It wl work, I had same issue with my a117 device,now its working fine

my le1s eco is dead....computer is not detecting my phone

due of unstable rom my phone is dead.. i want to flash it with the stock rom using sp flash tool but in devicce manager my phone is not deteccted by my laptop...if once the drivers are detected everything is solved, please tell me how to make my computer detect my phone

Im also faced the same situation few months back,
Do these steps..
1.install adb drivers in pc,
2.in ur phone open twrp and select adb side load ..
3.run sp flashtools as administrator,press cntrl+atl+t and select device test..... now connect phn to pc..
4..if still ur pc didn't't recognise ur device...
5.then Chenge the com port (connect ur phone at back usb port of ur pc..)...

Do you have a backup of your rom you were using before?
If not then try to flash rom using SP flash tool ...for further information you can search on YouTube...?

Dude ! how am i supposed to go to twrp while phone is completely bricked.
It doesn't turn or just show red light and the pc is not detecting it.
Is there any solution i can get it recognized by the PC.

I try flashing the x509 using the stock firmware but it's still not recognised by the computer.
What should I do to get my phone recognised by the computer my phone is letv 1s le x509.

Have u tried installing vcom drivers ...? Before installing the rom.....

Le 1s suddenly off not detecting sp tool and charging show red light
4 month before when i use leeco le 1s mobile suddenly off and i press power button mobile not on.. Mobile is ****ch off i try to on mobile but doesn't on, when i connect phone charger notifications light is red and not show screen charging or any other change and i also try sp flash tool but not working mujhe lga hardware problem hoga so .. After some day when mobile give local show then his charge me 1800 and mobile is on and fine.. After few hours same problem mobile off red light while charging not detect laptop.. When again i give mobile local show he suggested for mother board change and price is 3000 and i not charging my mobile motherboard sir please help.. Hardware problem or software same ideas any one
