[Q] Bricked H7300 Hero, how to recover.. HELP - General Questions and Answers

Hi people, urgently need help ... my Hero H7300 somehow got bricked while doing software factory reset. Need to know if hardware reset (vol down + power to factory mode) can help restore phone (though inside factory mode just can't find options to reset phone, only testing items).
If cannot, can someone kindly advise me how to flash phone with required rom (my hp is hero h7300 with gingerbread 2.3.5). I am completely new to this so do advise me where (download links), how to get the flash software, required h7300 rom, how to flash, etc.
Many thanks in advance. If can please email me [email protected]. I am in a state of shock as everything is in my bricked phone

If you get in the bootloader the phone is fine en not bricked.
I would just download another rom en reflash the phone.
I've never flashed from SD, I just use my computer.
i reflashed phone with org htc rom and radio and than back to org.spl its work !!
thx
There are enough custom roms available....
So don't give up and keep flashing...

[Q] deleted com.htc need your help

hey, please try to help me. I want your valuable comments and advises. as soon as possible
i have a rooted HTC EXPLORER with me. And mistakenly I deleted 'com.htc' and now wen i turn on there is a screen where is shows htc in green letters only. i cn enter to android menu. and I tried factory reset. But it didnt work. Help me guys.. please
URGENT :crying:
Are you using Stock ROM? The rooting tutorial specifically says not to factory reset.
Don't worry, you're phone is still useable. Just flash a custom ROM, you can find loads of them in the Android Development section.

[Q] Bricked SCH-I925

Hi All, I have bricked my SCH-I925 (Verizon) And need some help.
What I have done so far:
I unlocked the bootloader with the tool from AdamOutler
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=41016954
It workt just fine, but after a wile I tried to do a factory reset. After that it was not booting anymore and always ended up in TWRP.
I then decided to do a system repair to factory rom with the Verizon tool, This went wrong and now it is not booting anymore. I can enter ODIN mode but it will not accept any roms, Also the Verizon repair tool is not able to load the factory rom and get stuck on 83% falling back to 66% with the message the device is unexpectedly disconnected.
What I have now is the unencrypted factory rom grabed it from the Verizon tool when it was trying to write it to the device. And a Unit that will not accept any writing of roms.
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
I also have access to a RIFF-Box and second working SCH-I925 but unfortunately no info about the JTAG pinout of the device.
hope to help

LG P925 Accidental Delete Recovery Partition

I am new and in need of your help in reinstalling an OS for my unit LG P925 3D. I toyed around with the recovery menu and decided to delete the partition with recovery in it. I also deleted several options hoping that I would be able to bring back a malfunctioning OS with regards to creating a gmail account that it always says that my password is wrong.
My laptop cannot detect the phone when connected to USB. All i know is how to hard restart, in which it keeps on making a loop of the AT&T start up. I know it would be hard for me since im a newbie but with your instructions, I will try.
Thanks in advance.
PS. if possible , what will be the best OS android version for my unit?:crying::good:

Ngm wilco bricked flashing recovery CWM

Hi everybody, I have got a big problem with my ngm wilco. I'm afraid I made hardware damage. I was flashing the CWM recovery following these instructions: http://bm-smartphone-reviews.blogspot.it/2012/05/mt6575-flashing-tutorial.html using the ZTE V970 CWM recovery that I found in the second post in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1856578. The phone was already rooted. But the application Smart phone flash tool gave me an error message while I tried flashing without the preloader (I unflaged it because the developer says that it's not necessary). I also tried selecting all the flag, but I always had error messages. Unfortunately the Wilco didn't remain in the previously status, because now it's totally bricked. It doesn't turn on; I can't use the recovery pushing the power and the volume up button; I can't flash the stock rom because the pc doesn't identify the phone. I hope that I didn't made hardware damage, because I'm afraid that the official assistance wouldn't recognize the warranty considering that I was making modding. Thanks a lot for your answers
Nobody of you can help me???
