So i'm new here and was messing around with the phone and exploring the different things I can do with this phone.
I want to go back to stock ROM, my problem is that I do not know my original cid before I rooted it. Is this a problem here is my main-ver information

I apologize greatly if I can not find this anywhere on the forums. I have access to a Linux box if that helps. I am trying to just get back to at&t bloatware rom.
You could just get s-off so then you can run an RUU without worrying. S-off thread is here.

Or you could just flash a stock ROM from the Android Development section.

I found my RUU and got the Rom_01.zip and Rom_02.zip
Rom_02.zip - SFX ZIP archive, unpacked size 1,680,452,716 bytes
that file has boot in there and recovery could I just flash that zip and be ok?

How did you retrieve those zips from an RUU? An RUU is an exe file.
And why did you even do that? I gave you the options you should try.

I would NOT mess with it. Both the Jellybean RUU and OTA will brick the phone, so its not exclusive to the RUU, and running the extracted file may still brick you.
The consequences are catastrophic (a true brick, only fixable by JTAG), so its not worth the risk when easy and low risk options exist. Either just S-off (as previously suggested) or another option is to change the CID back to your proper carriers ID.
I unencrypted them and extracted them. In regards to S-off I believe I have it except my phone won't run the SuperSU.zip file, I have Tampered and Unlocked on my bootloader screen.

Ok, now you can run an RUU to get back to stock. Don't mess with it though, just run the exe program.

My Sensation is messed up. Only ROMs with the ville c2 1.11 base boot up, and then it tells me "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped.", so I don't have data. Anything with the 3.x or 1.x base for the sensation doesn't work. I need my phone to work.
Do you superwipe between ROMs?
Yes, and even stock roms, flashed from the bootloader don't work.

From 4ext (if you have it) wipe all but SD - sometimes superwipe isn't enough.
Plus ensure your Radio/firmware are OK?

You need to get s-off first or you'll brick. Go here and follow the instructions. Only after you've done that and you definitely have s-off you can RUU.
You'll find the 3.18 RUU here. All you do is put your phone in fastboot mode, connect it to your pc, and run the RUU program. Make sure screen saver/hibernation is turned off, and make sure no other programs are running.
Are you wanting to go back to stock because you're selling the phone? If so, there are extra steps to do after this.

The radio was updated, but hboot did not. My guess, is that you did not pick the option in AROMA to update hboot. You can just flash again, and pick the option to flash hboot.

Yes, you can always revert hboot with s-off (which is required to run Turge's firmware update, anyway).
But unless you want to run an AOSP ROM that does not support hboot 2.15, there shouldn't be any reason to revert hboot.

So i got carls twrp zip and it worked installed all but the kernal for fw update since im running elementalx on my viperxl rom. it updated everything but htboot. will this be a problem since im on an att phone or will this be okay.. also reflashed carls same as above still on 2.14 hboot.

Maybe, maybe not. Are you getting any signal issues or random reboots? If not, then the radio and other modules alone may have taken care of this. Or if you never had these problems to begin with, it might just not apply to you (not everyone gets these issues).
Being AT&T doesn't have any effect on what hboot you should have (2.14 versus 2.15). 2.15 is not even an official hboot version for AT&T yet anyway (might be once they release Sense 5 officially, or they might get their own hboot version).
I don't foresee to many problems being on hboot 2.14, as long as your phone is operating correctly. The only thing I can think of, is if AOSP devs decide in the future they want to force everyone to hboot 2.15 like they did with 2.14. If that happens, you won't be able to flash those ROMs, or you would have to find some way to upgrade hboot.

And I want to know if what I'm about to do will brick me. I've changed my cid back to att, and I can relock my bootloader. Ive also changed my mainver to 1.00.000.0. Would it be very risky to run the 3.18 ruu?
Sent from my HTC One X using xda premium
Why do you want to run that RUU? You can't run an older RUU while you're s-on anyway. But, the one thing that you usually really need to worry about the 3.18 RUU is this: s-on + SuperCID + jb RUU = brick. How would you change the mainver?
Sent from my Evita
There was a flashable zip floating around for a different device, I tried it and it worked. I know that supercid and s on is a brick, but what about at&t cid and s on, that should work. The only point of running that ruu would be to get the 3.18 firmware and try to use rumrunner and facepalm and possibly firewater.

Why on earth would you flash a zip that's not intended for our device? That's one awesome way to brick it. You can't run the RUU. If you already have SuperCID, why not just try Facepalm or Rumrunner?

I flashed it as it didn't mess with anything phone specific and it was for other devices as well. Besides, the worst that could happen was it would soft brick. And I've tried those methods and they dont work. I've tried them sever times on different computers and different cables. I've also tried different roms. It just diesnt work.

What was the zip? Those s-off methods do work, it's just a matter of working out exactly what's going wrong in your case.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1865569 the zip is from here and I apologize for saying they don't work. I meant they don't work for me.

You got lucky, that zip isn't for our device at all, and I couldn't see anywhere where it says it's ok to flash on other devices.
I'd suggest you'd try the Facepalm s-off method again, if you have any issues paste the text from the command prompt here.

When I try facepalm, I get an error of not allowed when I flash the zip file In fastboot

The text from the command prompt? If I ask for something specific it's for a reason.

None of the RUU's there are compatible with his phone, he has the Evita_utl, which is the middle eastern variant. Running a standard Evita RUU will brick his device. He's s-on anyway so luckily none of them will even initiate. Maybe take some care when giving advice, had he been s-off your advice would have caused a brick.

There are no RUU's for your phone. Do not attempt to run any of the RUU's that the other member linked you to, they will brick your device if they succeed.
When you flashed the ROM, did you also flash the boot.img via fastboot afterwards? You need to do that because you're s-on.
