i already tried that but it always stuck on boot animation, i forgot to install XXKQ2 what will i do? i cant open my samsung galaxy fit im crying now i just bought this phone from my allowance last week and now it is not openning i don't know what to help me, i just want to Deodexed XXKQ2 ROM_blacklist for G-FIT i just follow this link (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthre...?t=1251069 ) after i do this phone is always stock in boot animation
Sounds like a soft brick to me. If you have Cwm, when the phone boots up.poured the appropriate button to get into recovery mode before the boot animation. For example, I have to press power button plus down key at the sane time upon booting up my ATRIX 4G. From there you can flash act room possible and solve the soft boot problem.
Bear in mind that these methods are for my phone. You have to do done research to see how it works on your device. Don't worry though....soft bricks are "curable".

try this step.
Turn off your Samsung Galaxy Fit
Remove your SIM Card and SD Card, just to avoid any issues
Extract the previously downloaded firmware packaged.
Run ODIN 4.38.exe on your PC
Click the OPS button then select BENI_v1.0.ops from extracted archive and load it.
Set the Samsung Galaxy Fit into DOWNLOAD MODE (When the screen is turned on Press and Hold POWER+VOLUME DOWN+OK Button simultaneously) Then Connect the device via USB into PC.
If ODIN detected and recognized the device the COMORT mapping at the left side will change to color yellow.
If all is set and ready: Press "Start" button and wait...
It will then start to Download, the flashing process may takes around ~5 minutes.
If all goes well and successful your phone should reboot automatically
A square on the left will display a "PASS" word it means that the flashing process was successful.
Once all completed, disconnect the phone. Turn off your phone, insert back your SIM Card and SD Card again.
Turn on your phone. Then confirm the new downloaded firmware version by typing **#1234#.
thanks guys for you help my phone now is working i flash a new firmware , i am fro asia(philippines) but i use other firmware is it okay? when i type **#1234#. the screen said that connection problem or invalid MMI code.

Problems can occur if you flash a different region firmware.
I'd advice to flash ddkq5, atleast its Asian

This is for all those who have soft bricked their phone, if you are experiencing a bootloop or some other problem here is a detailed guide how to get your phone back to working condition. If your phone is not entering download mode or recovery mode and even if a USB jig is not possible or not working.... This is the guide for you-I do not know whether this will work in all situations but you could still try it if you have no other alternative. The Galaxy SL has a hard reset button between the camera lens and the speaker... DO AT YOUR OWN RISK!
1)Open the back over
2)Check between the Camera Lens and the speaker
3) There is a hard reset button which is a small cavity
4) You will need two people for this.. Keep that cavity pressed with a pin
5) Keeping it pressed use the download mode combo- Volume down + Home + Power pressed.
6)Wait and try it a couple of times and your phone will enter download mode
7)Flash to a stock firmware
Also thanks to sakindia123 for giving me a suggestion of making a thread on this ...

All trials failed
Hello,
after i've updated my Galaxy S GT-I9003 with an official Rom JPKPE Gingerbread 2.3.6, and after rebooting, it stucked at bootloop, i've tried everything suggested on web and forums, and lastly your solution, with no benefit.
the problem i noticed that when i press on wipe data/factory reset in recovery mode it tells me :
-- Wiping data...
Formatting /data...
Formatting /dbdata...
E:format_volume: rfs format failed on /dev/block/stl10
Formatting /cache...
Data wipe complete.
so, is the corruption of the format volume rfs that causes the issue of bootloop
and is this a soft brick of the phone, or hard brick, could it be solved or the phone is dead?
i tried rooting it with CF-Root and bagaria.
if i converted the format to ext4, will that solve the issue.
if so, what are the steps to do that and from where can i get the software that i'll convert by
Note: i've started updating with the XXKPQ ROM putting the PIT file then i downloaded the JPKPE after i issued that problem of bootloop
another Question, is it right that i update with the PID file only knowing that i couldn't find any other files for phone and CSC for this version.
Hope any body could help me to get my phone to life again.
Thanks

Yea exactly what devilhell said. Its impossible to hardbrick your phone technically if you haven't flashed any bootloader on it.

As long as your boot partition and recovery partition is not corrupted your phone is recoverable. If boot partition is corrupt your phone will not boot. So as long as your phone boots it is recoverable.

3. Click PIT button and select this file: latona_20110114.pit
4. Click PDA button and select this file: I9003xxxxx-KP7...-.tar.md5 (single file FW)
5. Put your phone into download mode: Press Volume down + OK + Power.
6. Connect USB cable and the program will detect the phone's Com number.
7. Click Start button to download the PIT file to phone.
8. After it is Done Click on Reset button, then unselect Re-Partition box.
9. Click Start button to flash the files to phone.
10. Everything pass except there is 1 failure.
Now my I9003 can boot up, however with bootloop issue. What should i do now?

I had my phone i9003 flashed to a i9000 stock rom by a total mistake.
I had both pit files on my PC so I mixed up by a mistake.
Now my device is completely dead and nothing works out. Not even charging, completely unusable now.
Hardware reset, JIG's and combination keys, ODIN setups..nothing takes me to download mode.
Phone is still under warranty so afraid to JTAG.
Do you all think my phone is recoverable? Will the samsung warranty tech's will find out about the issue and won't the claim?
Please help. tried everything and now clueless.

This has been answered a lot of times before in various threads.
Before you start doing anything....
the most important things to know are:
1. How to use ODIN for desktop (or Heimdall, if yout prefer).
2. How to properly root and install CWM.
3. How to use CWM.
the important things to have handy in a directory in your SDCard:
Mobile recovery (so you're not caught with your pants down while away from a desktop):
1. Rooting files for ICS (non permanent touch CWM and the CWM install file for ROOT).
2. CWM installable Honeycomb or ICS original ROM.
3. CWM installable CWM 6.0.27
4. CM9, CM10 or CM10.1 whatever it is you fancy.
5. Mobile ODIN
If your near a desktop (in a flash drive, or if it's your own computer):
1. Latest installation of KIES.
2. ODIN 1.85
3. Latest ICS or HC MD5's
4. Odin flashable CWM 6.027
NOW.... to recover from your problem.
1. Be sure to have KIES installed on your PC.
2. download the latest firmware from here: http://live.samsung-updates.com/index.php?device=GT-P6200
3. turn of your tab and turn it on while pressing the down volume button. Keep holding power and the (-)vol button until the bootscreen. let go of the power button and keep holding the (-)vol button until you get into "Download Mode"
4. Extract the Firmware. (unzip the firmware in a directory. you'll now have an xxxx.md5 file)
5. open Odin. plug you tab to the computer. 1st bar under ID:COM will turn yellow.
6. click PDA and navigate to and select the md5 file you have extracted.
7. Click start.
in a few minutes you'll have an HC or ICS stock P6200.

Man, you wipe data over the ICs original recovery????? if yes, your tab as bricked, and you need to return to service the tab...
Wiping from stock recovery ICS causes your tab to be bricked.. weren't you aware of that before? But wiping ICS with CWM is safe and stock recovery of HC is safe

Thank you for using XDA Assist. First, always make a nandroid backup in your custom recovery before flashing roms. If you don't have a nandroid then you'll have to flash the stock frimware using odin. You can get more help here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=31713212#post31713212

Thanks, anyways i should have made a backup, but i didn't which was my fault.... but now i can't do anything since i'm stuck on the boot screen. the only thing i could do is open the bootscreen. hence i planned of installing back the stock firmware by selecting on the "apply update from sd card" . but the thing is that, even it says apply update from sd card, when i select it , it just shows up the files on phone and not the "external storage" which is the only way by which i could copy the stock firmware and then install it.
Now as you said i could install it through the odin mode, but i have no idea on how to use the odin mode and how to install it. the only thing i know is that i could open the odin mode in my phone by pressing the powerbutton+home button+volume down button. please can you assist me in installing it through the odin mode...?
Please see this, http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...08-2013-odin-3-09-odin-1-85-versions-t2189539 The only thing you need to worry about is flashing the .tar.md5 file in Odin's PDA slot, AP slot for Odin 3.0 and higher. Google odin 1.85 xda to download Odin v1.85 which will work fine.
