Once again, I just want to remind everyone of the Mofi pouch.
You can see Matias Duarte taking the Nexus 4 out of a Mofi pouch here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=66-4uMQqerA#t=36s
I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this since I've used this pouch ever since I bought my Galaxy Nexus. Bought it twice and will probably buy one more when I order the Nexus 4.
I'm not luckyexpress168, just of fan of the high quality product. Here's his/her store link:

Nice. Been using on my gnex a pouch similar to the original Nexus one pouch but this seems better

I bought that as well when I got my Galaxy Nexus but yes, this is thicker and because N4 is 5mm shorter in length, it should fit better than even the Galaxy Nexus.
Which item are you guys purchasing? I don't see Nexus 4 anywhere.
awesome! I was wondering what case Matias was using! Just ordered the "Kangaroo" version (not because I'm Aussie ) http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/36046530...X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_3419wt_1397 (This should fit the Nexus 4, Nexus 4 is smaller than the SGS3 except for the thickness)

Are these MoFi pouches totally soft or do they have material that provide firmness? If I am not mistaken, the MoFi pouch seems to be just soft fabric.
(I've been using a leather pouch for the Galaxy Nexus, which provides good protection against edge drops.)

Yes they are completely soft, but from my experience with my HOX they are plenty thick enough to protect the screen when I dropped it. Kind of like a synthetic felt kind of fabric which cleans the screen every time you push/pull your phone from the pouch; quite a tight fit though... headphones never really fit in too well. Still, best pouch I ever owned and much better than a bully case. Had a bright orange one myself, sucker for bright colours hope that helps.
I really, really want a Mofi pouch, but I'm not sure which one I should order! What device is closest to the Nexus 4 in terms of dimensions?
To those that keep their phones in pouches, too you guys put the phone and pidgin your pocket or do you keep both in a bag? Random and weird question, I know. I wear Levis 511 and am curious how you guys carry them

It doesn't add too much bulk? I may have to try that.

Nope. But then again I don't use tight fitting jeans. Don't think that would look good on me

I think a Galaxy Nexus pouch would fit the N4.
The tmobile t989-galaxy s2 case is like 4 mm off height wise, but almost spot on everywhere else.
Specs via phonearena.com
Nexus 4- 133.9 x 68.7 x 9.1 mm
T989- 130 x 69 x 9 mm

I would agree with that statement. If you watch theVerge video where they are talking to Matias, he pulls the Nexus 4 out of the Mofi Pouch. Since i don't think anyone at Google told Mofi about the specific dimensions, and it's not likely that he has a GS3 since he works at Google, my bet is that he used the Mofi Pouch with his Galaxy Nexus and it fit great via the video.

That's what the first post in this thread says.
Will this case fit the Nexus 4?
http://www.incipio.com/cases/smartphone-cases/lg-smartphone-cases/lg-optimus-g-cases/lg-optimus-g-feather-case.html
I had an Incipio on my Galaxy Nexus for almost a year and it protected it quite well...
Unsure whether I should have posted on the Q&A forum but since it is an accessory issue...
No. Although the two have very similar internals, the Optimus G and the Nexus 4 have very different shapes and such form fitting case will definitely not fit the Nexus 4.

I'm looking for a good leather pull tab that works with a Nexus 4 with the official bumper on and I got a few cases up with dimensions close or similar to the bumper
HTC One - 137.4 x 68.2 x 9.3 mm
Xperia ZL - 131.6 x 69.8 x 9.8 mm
Nexus 4 Bumper - 133.9 x 68.7 x 9.1 mm
With that in mind the Htc one would be a bit tight width wise but by a very little amount, would it still pocket nicely? Xperia XL falls short height wise but would the difference revere much of the phone if in a leather pouch?
Has anyone tried a leather pouch or any pouch from these phones on their Nexus 4?
Considering ordering the zl one after seeing the phones shape hands on

Polycarbonate I believe. As such, I don't see it better than the tried and true Ringke Slim or even the SGP or Poetic Slim cases. At $16.00 + $19.00 shipping, there's pretty much no reason to get this.
Im a big fan of Spigen and like both their Slim Armor and Neo Hybrid cases, though paramount to me is which one has the smallest footprint, and adds the last amount of bulk to the height and width of the phone. Has anyone seen these cases side by side?
the slim armor is slimmer, but also offers less protection

I bought a neo hybrid case when i got my s4. it's made up of two pieces and can be a hassle to take off completely. I ended up sending it back because the button extender for the power button was on so tight that you couldn't tell when you were actuating the button anymore. The slightest tap would wake the phone. That's a big no no if you have it in a pocket. I got the ultra thin air case in rubberized black, and never looked back. I'm not one prone to dropping 700 dollar equipment, so it suits me just fine. Wicked cheap too. I recommend pairing any case you get with a steinheil ultra crystal screen protector as well. It gets greasy sometimes, but a nice microfiber cloth has it looking brand new again in a few strokes. Have had one on mine since i bought it months ago and still don't have a scratch on it.
I love my Neo Hybrid. Never had any issues with the buttons at all...

In some of the amazon reviews, I saw that people said that extended use of the neo hybrid case led to the volume and power buttons of the s4 becoming pushed into the phone so that once you took of the case it was very hard to push the buttons.
Has this happened to anyone else? After having used the neo hybrid for a while?
Not me.
Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
If you're getting the neo hybrid, buy the one with the reinforced frame (only available on the Spigen website iirc). The frame around the USB port is too flimsy and can break easily if you're not careful.
My question is which has the least amount of bulk, im pretty spilt on either one in terms of style.
My Neo Hybrid broke on the bottom above the charging port from everyday use even when in a leather holster. So I got the Slim Armor View and I'm very happy with it. Everyone who sees it, wants one for their phone. But they are only for the S4 right now.

i am with you. Most case manufactures don't list the weight, which is very useful.

My only issue with the Slim Armor ports is that the power port could be about half a mm bigger on each side. Its a very snug fit with some of the more bulky micro-USB connectors.
One very nice feature is that it has the terrestrial TV antenna port for the japanese S4, at least on the cases sold in Japan.
I think the fake neo hybrid cases actually have a larger charging hole.

Is the Slim Armor made of aluminium? If not, are there any signal issues regardless.
