I found this nexus⁴ bamboo wood case while looking for a wooden case for my nexus7. I went ahead and bought one in black but its also offered in white which is out of stock for the n⁴ at the moment.

Yea I know but its bamboo wood so its something different. The s3 one is only $10 shipped if u know anyone with a s3. I got my mom a white s3 one. The n7 one is the same price as the n4 one too.

That's your opinion. I know 3 people who bought one as soon as I showed it to them. So obviously many people think its a good buy. I just put it on here on xda to show anyone who might be interested. If your not then no big deal but for those that may be interested that's why I posted it. :beer:

So I got my cases in today but to my surprise they sent me a nexus7 case instead of a nexus4 case. So I'm just gonna keep the n7 case and my fiance is buying me the n4 case for father's day lol :victory:. Bought a black speck case off of amazon after seeing one in the TMO store. Loved the feel and weight of the case. Got the case and slipped it on my phone. Didn't even make it a day without looking like it had been hit with a cheese grinder.
So i tried to think of a way to get rid of the scratches. Car scratch remover was a fail and i got so pissed i threw it in my father in laws sand blaster. To my surprise it turned out great. removed the black paint and used armor all wipes and spray then let it dry in the sun.

It developed a few scratches after a month. I put it in the sandblaster and retreated with armor all.
The scratches were very lite compared to scratches I had before I modded it.

Yea after I sandblasted it I used the armor all wipes for car dashes to make the black pop.

yes it is. The grey is more of a rubber material it was unharmed by the sandblaster.

Oh ok im with ya. I had no issues with that. I have a pair of Bob Marley's with the L shaped connection and they were fine. i could see how some of the fater connectors might be close though.

Nope. Never touched a fake one yet. Although I do know that the quality and precision manufacturing of the official bumper can't be beat.
I'm trying to sell my black genuine bumper though. I no longer need that one.
Also purchased the white bumper from Best Buy Canada. Was thinking of replacing my black carbon fibre dBrand with a white carbon fibre one too

In my experience they are not that much communicative.
I pre-ordered a "series 1 case"[1] 3 months ago. It was supposed to ship mid-march. I opened a support ticket at the beginning of April to discover that they "would have shipped in the next days".
Around mid-April, I discovered that the entry for the Nexus 4 bumper had disappeared from the website. Still no communication.
I asked for a refund. They refused because of Paypal's 60 days policy for refunds. No other info in the reply..
I asked whether they implied my money was "a donation" for them.
They are now going to ship me a series 2 bumper. Hopefully. By the way, I don't like the new model that much.

I used to have the Ringke slim case, but now I've got a Poetic bumper. I can't remember the exact price but it was less than $15. My phone has taken a couple of heart stopping falls, but so far so good! I'd post pics but my phone is my camera. I'll try tomorrow if I can find something.

After rolling naked(after a ringke fusion) for a while I went with this. It's definitely a nice case. Hardly feels any heavier to me.

I have to admit, I LOVE mine without a case too. Currently I've been using the Fusion, but the charger I've been using doesn't quite fit with the Fusion case, so at night, I take the case off to charge. And every time I have the case off, I say to myself... "Damn! That's a fine looking phone!" When I had my Galaxy Nexus, towards the last 3 months or so I ended up going case-less, I may eventually go that route with the N4 as well

The case looks good but what about the protection? Doesn't seem like it has much if it drops on the top/bottom?
I just jumped on this as a preorder with 30% off for Black Friday. I like the ultra hybrid (I have that one), but this one looks a bit more finished. Hopefully it doesn't have the flaw by the fingerprint sensor. Mine isn't that bad, but it bothers me. Hope this is a good one. Check it out here. Comes in 2 colors.

Nice, another case from Spigen. I really like this one, kind of like a bumper and the back is transparent but I wish they had more colours! I was going to preorder on Spigen and just cancel when it shows up on Amazon but I'm not in a hurry to get the case and the price is a little steep for Canadians. I don't even have the phone yet but I'm definitely getting this case!
Looking forward for this case to go on Amazon. Looks like a ultra hybrid with improvements.

My girlfriend has this case for her iPhone 6s and it is an excellent case. Definitely picking on up once it is available on Amazon.

It's not getting released until 12/7 so I'd imagine it will be on amazon by then
Unfortunately, this now shows a ship date of 12/14 on spigen.com instead of 12/7. There is still no Amazon listing for this either.
