Nope. Never touched a fake one yet. Although I do know that the quality and precision manufacturing of the official bumper can't be beat.
I'm trying to sell my black genuine bumper though. I no longer need that one.
Also purchased the white bumper from Best Buy Canada. Was thinking of replacing my black carbon fibre dBrand with a white carbon fibre one too

Ditto, the only problem I have is most cases are black so they don't look good on a white phone Imo. But honestly I'm sure 99 percent of people use some sort of a case so in the end it really isn't a huge deal.

If you check the international GSIII Accessories forums, people have threads about cases and often times the white phones have very nice cases. I actually have seen since nice combos there.

Plus the poetic looks like there is a gray part on the back side that the Google one doesn't. I have the Google one and it is VERY nice

Actually, I think the Poetic one has more appeal thanks to price, not availibility If I wanted to spend $20 to protect my phone, Id rather get a full case. $5 to offer small protection while still showing off the beautiful back is two thumbs up and a customer
(Keep in mind I also bought xtremeguard screen protector+skin so I am fully protected)

Sadly the case has a few cracks in it now. It fits very tightly and when removing it some cracks opened up. Also the piece just above the volume rocker broke off. The material it is made from isn't great and seems as though it will break if dropped might have to revert back to my Case Mate Barely There.
But it still looks awesome and hardly adds any weight or width to the phone. Plus it was free lol.

I've been.looking at the blue one. I decided it was worth the price. I paid $30 for neo hybrid and it feels good on phone but outside phone it feels cheap and it ain't gonna give me any protection and this one looks awesome.

Ordered the orange. Was torn between this and the Slim Armor but I feel that in the event of a drop, this one is going to offer the most protection out of the two and I'm a bit wary of the Slim Armor and the button issues I've seen mentioned a few times. I used to have the Ringke slim case, but now I've got a Poetic bumper. I can't remember the exact price but it was less than $15. My phone has taken a couple of heart stopping falls, but so far so good! I'd post pics but my phone is my camera. I'll try tomorrow if I can find something.

After rolling naked(after a ringke fusion) for a while I went with this. It's definitely a nice case. Hardly feels any heavier to me.

I have to admit, I LOVE mine without a case too. Currently I've been using the Fusion, but the charger I've been using doesn't quite fit with the Fusion case, so at night, I take the case off to charge. And every time I have the case off, I say to myself... "Damn! That's a fine looking phone!" When I had my Galaxy Nexus, towards the last 3 months or so I ended up going case-less, I may eventually go that route with the N4 as well

The case looks good but what about the protection? Doesn't seem like it has much if it drops on the top/bottom?
