Hey guys.. New around the xda forums but not to the Android world.
Coming to the point, Here are the problems i'm facing with my Micromax A110 (Factory version: Andoid Jellybean - 4.1.1)
Everything that i tried so far:
(I have the ADB Interface and the micromax factory drivers in this step)
1. I installed on the Micromax Drivers provided itself by the phone.. the 64bit one as i have Windows Ultimate x64. Now the problem starts when i use the Su Recovery Tool by Bin4ry (or whatever his name is). Everything goes normal..i went by the instructions i.e Usb debug on ---> Media Device. Then on the tool i pressed 1 i.e The normal option and then carry the on screen instructions. It does come to the restore my data part and reboots. Now.. during the reboot, I get a windows update prompt which installs the MT65xx Preloader Drivers. However, the phone does not restart and so as well the drivers as it says device unplugged and then.. poof! Nothing happens.. I have to Remove the battery, restart manually and the program says.. Unable to copy files..Are you root?.. -_- Dafuq?
2. Now i used the famous SP FLASH tool.. but no luck again.. I tried to flash CWM Recovery through it.. but the application has its own problems.. either error 3013 (SOC VERIFICATION FAIL) or again.. the MT65xx driver not found.. AGAIN. -_-" I once also got the 1013 error
I did try disabling the driver enforcement signing but it was of no use (Obviously)
Your help will be appreciated (Thanks option ofcourse). Looking forward to your Reply

P.S - I dealt with the Mt65xx driver problem, but still.. the Su Bin4ry file cannot flash anything onto the phone (error protocol (status))

I dont mind giving a Thanks but none of the above drivers work and they have a yellow exclamation on them in device manager.. :'(
Basically all the drivers u need are in or phone. Delete all pre loader and com driver using driver management or reinstall using setup.
And I think u know this steps to flash ROM using sp tool.
Alternative
Use mobile uncle to flash recovery.

salil is right..
uninstall previous drivers use Revo unintaller as it removes the traces as well..
Then flash CWM through SPFlash tool!
Well if you aren't rooted you can't use Mobile Uncle Tool!

Im going to reinstall all drivers and let you know what the outcome is.
Thanks for your time
I am unable to boot my phone but my pc detects as a device.
Also, i cant boot into Recovery menu.
Any process which will allow me to install Android again on my phone.
Phone Model: Xolo 10000
Regards.
Does your pc detects the device in adb mode? If yes, try to flash custom kernel with recovery, or just recovery and try to boot it again, maybe that helps. Or if You can connect your phone in flashtool mode and flash the whole firmaware throu flashtool, that should resolve the problem. Good luck anyway.
in command prompt, adb says <waiting for device>
ps: I m such a newbie,,,please help me
I think you have bricked your phone . Try to install the stock ROM using the flash tool . If it didnt work then take your phone to service center and have a repair done
actually i'm in army and about 300Km away from nearest service center
I dont think its bricked, as long its response. "waiting for the device" means that you dont have correct drivers, you need adb driver, phone driver, and to be sure, serch in forum about your device what else do you need, then it should work.
i searched everywhere but no drivers for xolo a1000.
please note, i installed Jiayu 3g rom, after that everything messed totally.
And, i wiped /system before installation.
Seems like You've been searching not enough hard, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39393136#post39393136 read carefuly, coz its for xolo q800, but the drivers seems to be the same. Once You get connected device, try flashing stock firmware.
Actually i have already installed them but it still shows waiting for decive in ADB bro..
I'm affraid I can't help You any futher.
Goodday,
I am trying to flash an update to Android 4.4 on my Iocean X7S. (MT6592) with sp flash tool. (Download rom
I am doing exact the same as this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3zMFkuJBiwY&feature=youtu.be
When i put flash tool on download and connect my phone to my laptop it simply does nothing it goes charging and thats it. Flash tools stays at 0 precent and doesnt go up.
The drivers of MT65xx Preloader could nog install so when i try to install them manually i connect my phone go to device manager and MT65xx Preloader is visible for like 2 seconds and then device manager refreshes and preloader is gone...?
What do i need to do to correctly flash the rom to my phone?
Thanks in advance!

Hi guys,
I just recently happen to soft brick my micromax a117(mtk 6589t chipset) while using a software to increase the ram. I forgot to turn on the debugging mode. Now i am unable to flash and install stock rom cause the debugging mode was not turned on .
I am able to access the "android system recovery" mode. However, when I try to factory reset the phone I get an error showing "mount/data error".
Can anyone please help me fix my phone? I have used this phone for less than a year.
Please help me I do not have a spare phone either

Try to install stock rom using SP tools. There will not be any problem. I have done it without debugging mode on.
Just one most imp thing is that Always use LATEST SP tools. Best of luck

1. Power off the device and remove the battery(don't connect to pc juz switch off)
2. Open device manager in pc(control panel -> hardware and sound -> device manager)
3. Double click Ports(COM & LPT). It will show some COM ports available
4. Now connect your phone to pc
5. A new device appears in ports tray named something like Mediatek device(not the full name i cant remember now). It will appear for only few seconds. Before it disappears quickly right click on it and click properties
6. In the properties window goto Driver tab and click Update driver
7. A new window pops out, in that select "Browse my computer for driver software"
8. Now browse for the folder u have the a117 drivers and proceed. Windows will install the drivers.
9. Disconnect the phone and restart the pc
10. Open SP Flash Tools(try latest possible version) with adminstrator privilages, select the scatter loading and browse for the file in stock rom folder and click "Download"
11. Connect ur phone and sp tools will detect the device and wait for the process to complete.

I'm facing BootLoop issue in my Lenovo S820. To my research it has also been found out that it can regain its normal state if resets to factory setting. But when I tried to do so I could see some Chinese script. Please check the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2576746 as some one already have been facing the same language problem. Since then I have been trying to flash my device using SP Flash Tool. To complete the task successfully I got to follow all the procedures. So I install the USB driver and here starts my problem. After the successful installation of the USB driver to my system (have tried in XP, Win 7 & win 8) my device isn't DETECTING and so flashing cannot be done. Please help.
