Yeah I'm adding content while It's up. Since it's all 3d asset in high resolution price will go along with it. People buying it now get a better deal since they're gonna get updates free obviously.
It was converted using uni2lwp
Love Unity engine! Seems like the latest and greatest with games and apps atm... Good choice! Suggestion: you mentioned adding particles and other flowers. Dandelions would be awesome with the seeds blowing off similar to the Samsung wallpaper. As a gardener among my other hobby besides tech, mechanics, biology, and space (yeah, I'm a curious nut lol!)... I have a few flowers in mind like a hibiscus on a bush, a poppy in a field, orchid in a tree canopy in the jungle, etc. I love the idea of the lady bug, maybe adding multiple colors or types of butterflies, a hummingbird sipping nectar fluttering or landing on flower, a creepy mantis or green camouflaged spider waiting for prey, etc... All kinds of possibilities! Just some ideas... Proud to be an early adopter! Love quality and interesting lwps. Thanks!

Wow! Thanks for all that feedback! That's so helpful .
The process of changing parent of objects mid animation to making something land on the flower then take off again is beyond me at the moment. I just last night got the code working (albeit backwards according to my QA testers) to enable and disable entity renderers.
I'm planning on first setting up a render of the modeled lily duplicated hundreds of times to create an actual field, rendering that in Maya then matte painting in mountains and leaves, and adding the fake depth of field you see on this current one.
I've got some really cool ideas for other wallpapers in unity but I'm going to fully flush this one out before I move on, mainly because people are buying in at 99 cents and I want them to be really happy with it .
Thanks again for the feedback! Updates coming soon!
Hey this is pretty cool! i really like the 3d models as my wallpaper!

There's a blatant shortage of original ppc games out there, so I give you my concept:

I can render all the art assets and I have people who can do music/voice - now I just need ppc coders.
It's kinda a 3D pre-rendered ride utilizing the touch screen interface unique to ppc to get you feeling as if you were in the cockpit.
You control the gunpod/weapons systems but not the flight path, your sexy female pilot does all the flying.
What do you think of the idea?
if you don't control the flight path, isn't this just a 2d shooter with nice background? Like Operation Wolf!? Al you've got to do is tap on the asteroids/tie fighters etc?
Just a suggestion for the gameplay - in one of the pics you've indicated the player is taking hits from behind. That will be impossible to prevent/predict in a 2d on-rails shooter - so perhaps something like the scanner in elite, as a radar, will allow you to 'see' what's going on behind you. However, doing that in 320*240 won't be easy I guess!

Actually, off the top of my head there's two ways to prevent it - as indicated you can set shields forward or rear, also, if there is a section of the level where you are being attacked from behind; the turret (pre-rendered camera) can just turn around and look behind the ship for awhile - it'd appear dynamic even though it was (all) pre-conceived.
And yes, it's a shooter with a nice background, not really like op wolf though.. i'd say more like einhander + mechwarrior II + rebel assault.
really so little interest?
looks very nice for a spacesim. More detail, upgrades, powerups, options..multiplayer?...
Yes there is alot of different configurations for weapons and so forth planned - I really want to achieve the level of customizability and interaction in mechwarrior II (I always remembered how I loved the way you had to powerup and setup your mech before heading in to battle) and weapons configurations inspired by the classic einhander backed by a great story that makes you want to play over and over.
I was thinking of making a demo video but if I can't find coders, it's all for not..
ok where can i get it from ?????
Looks very good to me

Bro, it's still under developement.
Nice game, can't wait to beta test
Is it any harder coding for ppc than other platforms?
Is it similar to programming for x86, just compiled differently?
There just seems to be so little out there...
Look for a book called Win CE Application Programming.

I can't go learning how to program, it's too far from my field. I really need volunteer coders.

This game uses Box2D, the same physics engine from Angry Birds and it has online rankings for each level.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
- Use the cannons to topple the boxes and get the key to the next level
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
- Get three stars on each level
- Topple all the boxes to get bonus points
- Try to be a record holder
WHY IS BOX TOPPLE BETTER THAN ANGRY BIRDS?
- Sync your progress on all your devices
- Quick level restart (only one touch)
- Online ranking for each level
- Online ranking for each pack
- Overall worldwide and country ranking
WHAT IS WORSE THAN ANGRY BIRDS?
- No cute birds to throw
- No evil pigs to kill
- No funny sounds (yet!)
- No catchy music (yet!)
OTHER FEATURES:
- Lots of packs and levels available (and more to come)
- Lots of stuff to topple (boxes, keys, diamonds, etc)
- Box2D physics engine (same as angry birds)
ONLINE RANKING:
http://boxtopple.pinkpointer.com
MORE INFO:
- The box color indicates a unique characteristic, a combination of restitution, friction and density values
- Each cannon color has a different shot type, which is good for specific box types
- The value of each box is proportional to its area size
- The weight is based on the box density and its size

Pretty cool game, art is good and implementation is pretty solid.
Couple quick notes: consider not using a wake lock
Device battery life will be significantly affected by the use of this API. Do not acquire WakeLocks unless you really need them, use the minimum levels possible, and be sure to release it as soon as you can.

(from android sdk PowerManager reference)
Try using
Code:
this.setKeepScreenOn(true);
inside your main View instead.
On the first playthrough there was a considerable delay between all the boxes being knocked over and the end-game screen coming up, consider bridging this gap by disabling touches and putting up colors/streamers during this time.
Also, the targeting bars shown in the first level are pretty helpful - consider keeping some version of them throughout the game! (How does it look if they are faded/more subtle?)
Lastly, kudos on your ad placement - it's out of the way, yet still visible.
I will check the setKeepScreenOn feature!
Disabling the touch will cause the impression that the game is frozen, which is not. It is waiting everything stabilize (the same happens on angry birds). Maybe some feedback to the player might be useful, i will think about it!
I will think about the target bars!
Thanks for the feedback!
iatll,
I did what you suggested: removed wakelock permission and added keepscreenon!
thanks! =)

This is great news. Finally the PAC is back. Flashing right away.
Not bad. I just installed it and I gotta say, it looks quite good. Certainly pays homage to the game that started it all. I just hope that Namco doesn't have anything to say about you using one of their most iconic figures without permission.
Could you please attach the apk to your post so that people without Play store access can get it as well? Thank you and thanks for sharing.

Hi, I just uploaded on google play a puzzle platformer game I made using libgdx, I'll be updating and fixing bugs in the coming days,
if anyone can download it and check the performance on your device (android 3.2+) would be great.
• On Screen Analog Stick
• Physics
• Pixel Art
• Increasing Difficulty
• Simple to learn
• Challenging puzzles
• No ads
• Free
Get it on Google Play
Great. Fun game with lots of variety during gameplay. Easy enough to pick up and play. Hard enough to keep my interest.
thanks
can i up the thread?
up
It looks really hard, but only at first look. Can you make posting of scores? I got hight scores, I wonder is there somebody else who could get more?
you mean scores as the highest level you reached? I could add an online score with it on the next update, good idea
Here's a gif showing how to solve level 7, for anyone stuck there
http://imgur.com/uQJD2gt
Added Online Ranking and Achievments, minor bugs fixed!
Good job
Nice, the pacing is perfect; gradually bringing in new concepts. I'm also going to give a positive review on google play.
One thing though; on level 4 the stone has a tendancy to roll away from the door platform and it feels more irritating than a challenge. Also on my screen (galaxy S3) the stones appeared distorted it is always wider than it is tall (even after rolling)
Other than that; perfect
Nice work! Look good

thanks, can u post a screenshot of the distorted stone? I have a galaxy S3 too and it looks fine :/
at level 4 the stone is bigger than other levels and go up isn't difficult, maybe it should have other levels before helping players become familiar with the control

It looks easy. Too bright green as for me. Controls are not comfortable
Nice concept, I think the graphics and performance need a little polish, also it should default to landscape as my device had huge portrait borders above and below the game area.
Thanks for the feedback , I left the auto-rotate to 4 directions because of so many different devices but you can use either portriat or landscape mode it supports all. I will work on my art skills haha. I tested the game on various devices and didn't have problems with the controls. I missed Super Mario Land for Gameboy so I made something similar styled.
Thanks for the feedback anymore would be helpful.
Hello,
I like this kind of game. It's always fun but indeed, I think also background when I play is too bright green. Characters needs perhaps to be more refined.
Keep up the good work .
Sylvain
Thanks for the feedback its wierd how different devices display like some are just right and some display the green as too bright.
Cool. The colors are a bit bright. I guess it's too late now, but for your next project I'd suggest that you check this site out: http://www.pixelfor.me/crc/ <-- It's great for when you're making retro style games.

Thanks I never seen this site and tools before. Its just like the color style used in the old NES days. Thanks!!
I found the controls difficult. I don't know if it was intended but I found it easier to slay enemies by jumping right when they got next to me rather than attempt to land on their heads.

What device do you have? I know on devices older than SSG 3 and below the controls are sometimes sluggish.
My next game I might make something easier to control like a runner. This time I was just inspired by platformers and the old gameboy.
Superland Platformer is still up and I was thinking to do a part 2. What are your thoughts?
