Hey guys...
I have been recently trying gingerbread roms due to the stability and basic daily use..
But while I was on stock subway surfer was running flawless ...
But now the game is lagging
Can anyone provide me a gaming script for htc...which can make games run without any lags ... Searched forum but got script for cm9... No one for gb roms..:what:

After my all test u can try vm lag tuner
download link--in attactments
just run the script with root and boot permissions in script manager
I have tried almost all roms and all that but the best one which gives outstanding performance according to pico is stock one ! I would not recommend you to flash roms and all that !

It depends what you like, I personally love miui's customization options, check out some screenshots and do your choice, keep in mind that miui is not that bug free, still button light is kind a lucky gues will it work or not, I think is only this(or atleast this is the thing that I found)

Hey guys I have a problem with RealPlayer on latest Icysnap by neko it's installing well but when to open the app it appears a pop-up with scanning media then it just close. Every time I try to open the app the process is the same .
My request is that if one of you can install the app on their phone and post a comment how it worked on ics .
PS : On my other phone a Samsung ace running gingerbread it works well

Works here on Protos ICS. Did you rebooted your phone? And it is better to ask in the discussion thread

Yes I rebooted it but I think it's a rom problem .
New suggestions are welcome
PS : I didn't know Protos rom is based on ics

I didn't knew that, too
First, I wanted to base it on GB, but then ICS is so stable, almost like GB, so I've choosen ICS. But GB and Jelly Bean version are coming soon, too.

Why you use RealPlayer, MX player better more!!
I like more Realplayer you can play music and see movies with it . I think he is working only on gb because I flashed on my phone genetics by hephappy and the problem with player it's still there. I have an ace and the player works on him because it's with gb .
So the conclusion is that the RealPlayer doesn't work on ics

Yeh...I tried Popdog's Oxygen ics ,Rasheds JB nd hephappy's latest GenetICS ....Real player just starts nd tries to scan media nd just closes...
But thres no problem of watching videos with real player, bcz when we try to open a file from gallery or file manager nd choose real player,it works perfectly....since that we now got omx patches its cool too....
So its wrong to say its not working with ics ...it could b a minor bug....
BTW esfileexplorer is also getting fc in all these roms....

I tried differents roms too and I had the same bug like you and when I try to open a music file or video it's starting to play the file and I think like you it's an minor bug with that scanning pop-up .

I think Real player is a omx problem cause sme features like realmedia, avi decoding arent fixed till nw .. patches are still comming in from our most capable developers ... as for the es explorer try updating and fix permissions frm recovery .. if it dosent work u could use the "fix emissions" option in v6 supercharger
pls hit thanks if I helped in any way

My question is can CM9 run games as smooth as in stock rom..(Heavy games)...Because maybe CM9 wud not have enough free memory...
Yes, it has 406mb of internal space (by default) and ~200mb free ram normally.
I play Dead Trigger smoothly on cm9. See my signature for detailed info.

Besides the fact that you will get as many different answers as there are roms, a little search would have showed you this:

Depends on what Rom you are using and the phones I guess, GB is a good OS for gaming and ICS is terrible on smaller devices, I have infinity Rom ICS on my Xperia U and Gained over 1000 points in antutu benchmark. So for me stock Rom was not the best option for gaming.

Benchmarks on other roms are higher than that on stock Rom so obviously they are better in gaming compared to stock Rom
You can try kernel 3 and soon overclock will come so our phone will just fly

Ya dude overclocking is perfectly safe within certain limits Your phone will not blow up
Well actually not yet for our phone, maybe you are not checking out the cm10 thread, there was pretty close to fried nands , so it's kind a unsafe at least for now.

Well, for me,installing cm9b11,was the best for gaming...the best in terms of speed(less lag than stock),graphic clarity was outstanding...
If games 3d did not work as the way as expected..I would probably have gone back to stock...
Having said that some intro videos don't work or atleast very very slowly..video decoding problem still is present in cm9 and 10...
cm9 htc a310e
Ive always considered Stock ROM useless. It could not run simple games like Agent Dash. When i switched to Custom ROM i could run all games.
....
jaggy rom is betr for gaming...
nd overclocking doesn't really help for gaming ...
Lots of heavy games such as MW,GTA VC,MC 3,FIFA 12,SG are running without lag on stock for me.
I would prefer cm9
You dont have to particularly choose and download roms exclusively for gaming. Instead you can tweak whatever rom you have and boost your gaming performance. Just google for such tweaks. Why waste time downloading the same iterated versions of the rom...
Tweaks don't help as much as changing roms...

Trust me,cm9 is much better...for example,in gta,if you tweak resolution and other stuff above a limit, you'll surely experience lag...however,that's not the case with cyanogen..it will also lag but at a very high level

Oh,any special scripts you using?
No...but disabling logcat will surely increase performance..
But make sure that the games run on ics..
cm9 htc a310e
How to disable logcat?
Well i have seen with many people that after flashing cyanogenmod roms, coming back to stock the games that did not lag when i was on stock unrooted now lag quite a bit. Any fixes ?? I don't think so my nand is burnt because i never oc my device until cute_prince oc method arrieved
Hit thanx if i helped
Probably you are linking everything to ext... Keep game data on internel...
