this is a first for me. I tried to update a couple of apps and got the insufficient storage warning. However, this is what I have available. Any ideas?

Hmm you might need to download it from your PC and put it on your SD card.

So I am truly confused.
I am trying to install an apk that is 6mb and I keep getting an error that I have insufficient space.
Problem is, 14 regular market apps updated just fine.
And I've 7.5 gigs free space.
I've rebooted into cwm recover, and fixed permissions, cleared the cache, still no fix.
Any ideas?

Yes sir.
The only thing done was a root. Other than this I'm stock.
Meaning I am not running any custom rom.
I have installed Google now... But that's it. That's the only mod flashed and it's been there two days before this problem manifested.

Of all the icons there one was a blank white tile, with the name of the developer, but no icon.
I deleted that...
Seems to be working now. You are a smart guy. Thanks given!

This may have been a different error, but the solution may help you. It sort of expands on macbrovin's suggestion.
Worth a try though.

So it is a gt-p5113 wifi only model running 4.1.1 from samsung. All of the sudden it is closing out of apps while they are being used any idea whats causing this. She did not do a system update or anything of that nature a lookout scan shows its good. I'm at a loss on this. Any help would be great.

In the last few days Tapatalk has started acting up - it kicks me out of my XDA login after a while of me not using the app. It never used to do this. Anyone else having the same issue, or know a way of fixing it? I'm using Tapatalk 4.4.12
