Just ignore..its normal..will no effect any problem to ur phone.
Unknown csc is related missing system/CSCVersion.txt, SW_Configuration.xml and csc folder..
Flash back to stock rom will shown csc but if flash back again to frankenstein mod 3.8 csc will unknown again..

Yeah its showing the csc in that code but it prompts in the recovery
Sent from my GT-I9003 using Tapatalk
since you say you've tried kpe, why not do it completely and start with pit, then kpe, hten try to access you csc? and what is the full message in recovery? "can't access csc" is what I usually expect when flashing fw in odin, especially any fw that doesn't contain a csc file when upgrading. what is cwm trying to access the csc for?
Yeah the message is cant access csc. It comes after i flash xxkpq after flashing xxkpe. I guess there is no csc file in kpq
Sent from my GT-I9003 using Tapatalk
that is correct, but this is after using odin, not cwm. so, are you getting this message after flashing via odin, or in cwm recovery, as you said in your OP?

Kies won't work unless you are on stock firmware. You'll need to go back to stock firmware/kernel and then unroot.
Just unrooting won't since the issue. You'd have to refer to the stock firmware as well as kernel as told earlier.
you'd have a custom cf kernel with cwm, goto stock by flashing xxkpe starting from pit.
Press thanks if helped

Go for your region specific firmware. Then unroot. I think there are unroot instructions on cfroot thread.

Install your region csc if you are using multi csc
To check your csc type following code
*#272*[yourIMEI]#
Take backup before typing this code
This will erase all your data

Because kpe is came with full firmware that is (bootloader, pda, phone, csc)
And when you use pit file you need all these files
To unroot single pda file also works
If any problems facing then flash with pit+kpe
Correct me if I am wrong

why KPE+PIT
OK, first for all, we have 2 type of firmware.
1. one package .tar file.
2. component type firmware .tar file.
for one package type, you only see one tar file which are flash using odin place in the PDA box. this is the incremental patch from you current working phone. you find all the data still in place.
for the component type firmware, you will have 3 or 4 tar file to flash using odin and place it in respective box. you will need to reset you phone, all the data will gone.
so, why must using component type, if need to flash to stock. Becuase you already corropted the firmware.
1. you have change the recovery partition and rooted and with custome kernel.
2. you have converted to EXT4, (stock is rfs)
3. you have bootloop because the above you have done.
others which having same thing done but not at bootloop, its becuase their done the home work (search and read). this i'm very sure about it.
so, if you have the boot loop, mean you done some step wrong.
so to save you, follow the instruction on the link above you should be fine.
legend:
pit file - this is partition information table, to tell the odin and phone how to prepare the partition for flashing.
example: I9003_latona_20110114.pit
PDA tar: contant all the system partition.
example: I9003DXKF1-REV08-ALL-low-CL1020446.tar
CSC tar: contant of regional specified setting
example: GT-I9003-CSC-MULTI-OLBKB2.tar
Modem: contant the hardware setting.
example:MODEM_I9003DXKB2_REV_00_CL863799.tar
bootloader, do not use this, if you are not upgrading from Froyo to GB. as this is a very important portion of you phone. ( the name already tell you that, "boot" "loader") do not mass with it.
same as PC, when you infected by virus or you have done someting corrupted the file of windows, you will need a reformat or reinstall OS.
hence, for the phone, flash the KPE+PIT
same as PC, when you wanted to update the windows update, you will just click the update and the windows patch file will install, same as you flash the 1 package firmware.
that all, hope you can understant

no that "must" use KPE, it depend on your choose, as long as it is component type firmware, i use DXKF1, so far so good. and most importantly you can use it with pit file. note: 1 package tar file can not use with pit file.
if you want to solve the bootloop, either you do trouble shoot the rootcause, or close you eyes, and once and for all "reformat" your phone.
that why we need the pit.
hope you "already" know that.
BTW, i see no different on KPE on battery life. i use DXKP9 it is a GB, and flash Bam Kernel. battery life is good 1.5day per charge.
Hi,
I have rooted DDLF2 (using CF-ROOT). Now that I no more need root (stopped using an app that needed root), I need to get back to stock DDLF2.
I have already unrooted it using recovery mode > unroot.zip method.
All I need is 100% samsung stock DDLF2 on the phone now, without the cf-kernel, cf-recovery and apps that the rooting process brought in.
Please advise...
Thanks

take the CR-ROOT zp file, open up with winrar, replace the file with DDLF2 normalboot.img, than flash with odin PDA. you will get back the stock kernel or maybe you will have boot looping, if not bootlooping, reboot the phone once, than factory reset.
try at your own risk.

Maybe this happened because you didn't clean install so here are the steps:
Download XXKPE from here.
Flash XXKPE by following the XXKPE install instructions (the archive should contain odin3 v1.83 or v1.85 if not here is odin3 v1.85)
Download DDLF2 from here (DDMF1 is the latest value pack so it's smoother and with better battery life)
Install DDFL2 or DDMF1( recommended) by following the value pack instructions (use only odin3 v3.04)
that's it, enjoy your stock rom
if this helped you ...hit the thanks button pls
Hey guys.
Still haven't rooted my phone and still using the ****ty stock 4.1.2.
Today I've tried to change my CSC from Bulgaria to Germany and flash 4.2.2 via OTA, but when i type *#272*(IMEI CODE)# to change the CSC, I'm getting error that says

Read a topic about putting an "," after # but still didn't worked.
Any other solutions how to fix this error?
P.S - I've tried CSC Changer app for Samsung from Playstore but it requires root for our type of firmware.
QUICK QUESTION: Can I flash official 4.2.2 Germany ROM via ODIN without rooting my phone and will this action increase my binary counter? Thanks!
Yes you can flash german firmware with odin without root. And i think it will not increase your binary counter. But maybe another member knows for sure?

no need for rooting to flash stock.
any official stuffs flashed with odin will not increase the binary counter.
you may need a factory reset after flashing if the product code didnt change to DBT
