i tried to install a live wallpaper.apk in my phone.it was installed succesfuly but when i tried to apply it,my phone reboots and it was stuck at samsung galaxy y logo..i then tried to wipe cache/data then i tried to restore my back up but 'cant mount data' pop's up on my cwm..then i tried to flash a rom but it was'nt succesfuly installed yet,my phone reboots and was stuck at samsung logo again..any advice or comments will be greatly appreciated.thanks!

I understand if flashing via odin is the final result will bootloop but do not panic because I never felt well and the way out is someone to pull out the battery, let sit a few seconds, replace the battery and then go into stock recovery mode, wipe data and cache ... reboot, try to see the results ...

i have a rooted samsung galaxy pro gt b7510 with stock rom.
today i just replaced all my system fonts with a custom one via rom toolbox app. it said to restart after installing font, so i gave it superuser permissions and bang my phone FROZE!
SO I have to restart it by holding power button and after reboot it just freezes in samsung starting screen..
i rebooted in recovery mode and did a hard factory reset but it again freezes in startup screen.
so what to do now..
any help will be greatly appreciated..
did you do a full wipe and reflashed the custom rom in recovery? you should do a nandroid everytime you try to switch system settings like that.
no i dont have a nandroid backup.
and i did a hard reset via recovery mode.
i downloaded a stock rom for galaxy pro from internet and pasted it in my sd card root as update.zip(its name was gtb7510ddkc4 something in rar format so i extracted it and renamed it as update.zip)
then i powered on my phone on recovery mode and applied the option apply sdcard:update.zip
but it stops and gives error(ie, it doesnt install that rom)
wat should i do now?????
should i try download mode??
i dont know anything bout it, so please explain in detail.........
also know that my phone powers on and gets stuck in the starting samsung screen. so i have to pull the battery out to switch it off.

ok so i started android system recovery mode.
and i did wipe data/factory reset
and i also did wipe cache partition
and then,
i did apply sdcard:update.zip
BUT,
i get this message,
E:can't mount SDCARD:update.zip
installation aborted.
so whats the solution to this?

one-click unbrick not working! still stuck in boot loop after a "successful unbrick!"
it started with my sd card not being read.
I factory reset/wiped the system cache and dalvik cache
still wouldnt read my sd card. I re-installed cm 10 and got stuck in a boot loop at the cynogenmod screen
I factory reset/wiped the system cache and dalvik cache again
then the phone got stuck in a bootloop at the samsung screen and the phone wouldnt access cwm recovery.
I tried super one click unbrick and nothing. tried a couple of entrophy's one clicks, still nothing.
i can atleast access red recovery now but the system wont mount which im guessing is why the phone is stuck in a boot loop.
Cache wont mount either and i cant flash any roms

Pull up odin, Put it in download mode and stock it back to GB. It should be working then :good:

in my experience odin never works for me
idk how to use it.
it never reads my phone when in download mode.
it only reads the phone when in debugging mode.
but i will try and let you know how it goes

I have tried at least 5 different roms with no success. Does anyone know a fix to this? One of the roms was a aosp ROM and it got the furthest. it got past the galaxy tab logo and to its android loading logo, but it froze and restarted. This is really frustrating and i would just like a fix. anyone?

my brother almost rom for proper functionality before flashing requires you to wipe cache and factory reset and dalvik cache wipe
i think you did not perform it
also as now you are on boot loop if you are able to boot into recovery you can try to do these things it may work or you may boot in rom
also if not possible you can then flash stock rom through odin
also after flashing stock rom you will stuck o samsng logo so dont panic and reboot into recovery and wipe factory reset and cache partiiton and reboot { just these two things }

Hi, I whenever i perform a factory reset and device wipe, it restarts the tablet. Im not exactly sure how to flash a ROM through odin, I have used it tho.
Also, all the links to my tablets (p5113) roms are broken. Do you know of any working ones?

For P5113 you can use P5110 Rom´s - IR included to support P5113
For KitKat-Roms you need to use one of the latest recovery´s - else you´ll get "Error 7".
And don´t forget
"format /system" before flashing too

Am i suppose to format the system in CWM? whenever i do this, the tablet shuts off.
Is that suppose to happen?

Sorry if I'm intruding (I own the P5100) I have the same problem of bootloop, I've done the reset (also the / system) but as soon as I install the latest nightly of CM 11 7 gives me this error (Error 7), what should I do?
All of this has happened to me for a simple update to version

Error 7 means your recovery needs to be updated. Look at Android-Andi's signature, he has links to proper recoveries.

Hello, I have been trying to work with formating data and stuff but whenever i do cwm crashes so i tried switching to TWRP and it also crashes when trying todo anything with storage.
Any fixes?
I just want some type of android back on my tablet.
Disregard above. I am now able to format and install roms but whenever i reboot it goes back into TWRP. Any ideas why?

Firstly sorry for my bad English
I've got my Galaxy S6 G920P Sprint Version into bootloop by accident while go back to a stock rom from a cook rom
I've use the stock rom (G920PVPU3CPB6_G920PSPT3CPB6_G920PVPU3CPB6_HOME ) try to get out of bootloop but It didnt work, the phone is hanging on the samsung logo. It was like this after the blue screen of "System update" youtube.com/watch?v=LYGaHF5W2Ew&feature=youtu.be[/url]

hello friends need some advice regarding my note 4 .I left my phone overnight on charging in the morning he begin to restart untill get in a boot loop so I try to wipe cache and restore to factory settings got failed,then I use cf auto root and he started I downloaded root checker and when I try to check he get into a restart loop.i flashed with Odin twrp try to wipe /restore/dalvik wipe no joy.Then I try to flash stock ROM with Odin I get message about success but he keep restart the I try to install custom ROMs no luck again .I use kies to upgrade and initialisation get message like being done but still restarting I try to wipe /format cache ,wipe/restore factory settings no luck getting E:/ can't mount efs no such file and can't mount system.I tryed to flash stock from card no luck E:/ can't mount system can't find last install .I upgraded and initialisation with smart switch get all process done but still in recovery loop. I try side load can't mount system.Run out of imagination please help
