Iam running on ICS, and i want to get back to GB. When i am connecting my phone, its connecting and disconnecting fast but i am able to install drivers in device manager. After successfuly install it says that device is disconnected.. Any ideas ?
EDIT:
Now, after install there is still "connect/disconnect" USB sound, but it seems that drivers are installed.
Did you enter "S/W upgrade" mode ??

I dont know how its called but i am doing this without inserted battery
No ,, you must enter S/W upgrade mode (by insert the battery while you hold vol+) then some thing will apper on the screen (tow arrows like the sync symbol) this will make your phone still connected with your pc .

I mean are you sure this rom you flashed is good ??
Try flash another *.bin file .
Because sometimes the error in the rom..

Yes, i flashed it for first time. It is bootv21e.rar from xbsall. Tried again and there is same problem... Where can i download another bin file?
Did you read the thread carefully? ?
This is for bricked phones and this rom take you into recovery to restore an old backup . Be carful before choosing a rom .

Hello all,
I recently asked a friend to get an optimus 3d from china , he got it for me but it was not p920 but SU760 , i dont care really but when i inserted my dutch sim card the network signal was coming and going often , also the phone was already rooted with clockworkmod rom i tried to reset the phone y going into privacy > delete all data > but clockwork mod rom was still there and the signal was coming and going , so i connected my device into recovery mode to hard reset to latest stock firmware using recovery phone option using samsung tool.
It downloaded 430 mb file and installed the firmware and said completed , but when i powered on the phone i got LG logo and later T world logo like the logo which is on the back pannel and colours changing all the time like a pattern and it was like that for 30 - 40 mins later the screen went lack but all there buttons at the bottom , home entrer and options were illuminated .... no android OS .....
I? tried to recover the phone again via LG software but did not help same result , i am really seperate to get the phone working as it's my first android phone in my life , i really wanted to use it but now i cannot ....
also on all over the internet they talk about o3d p920 and not 03d su760 ...
Please can someone tell me where to find su760 stock firmware and how do i flash it to the lg phone ,,, i cannot even enter hard reset mode using volume key combination and home and power button ,,, seems phone is stuck in a cycle .... please HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For Hard Reset try this
remove your usb cable
remove your battery
insert battery again
press and hold volume down button
press power button
(you dont have to press 3D button thats for CWM Recovery)
(you also dont have to press the Home button)
after 8-10 seconds it will show you LG logo
release the power button and then the volume button
It will take you to the recovery menu
select yes
then again wipe EVERYTHING
ALL 4 OPTIONS
you can move with volume up and down and with menu key you run the commands

try volume UP and power, sometimes it needs to try several times to get in the CWM.
and its very crucial to do the fully wiping.
i wipe everything before the flashing and after.
i tried volume up and power still nothing ......

The KDZ tool needs to run from a Win XP environment. That's how I managed to downgrade my LU620 (also from Korea.)
I've tried over and over to run the program on win 7 but it almost always crashes...

if your phone doesnt start put it in download mode like Trekfan422991 does in here (this is p920 but try it might work)
XSball : first thank you for the video , i tried again still no luck also i put it in SW download mode still no luck ....
even formatted my PC did clean install of XP still no luck ...
i can try lg flash tool and making custom usb cable by soldering resistor on cable , but i dont know wher to find su760 bin file ...
or last resource is to send the phone to LG and get it fixed ...

i tried this but. my su760 only vibrate and blink when i power it on.
i tried to use lgflash tool but it keep saying wrong dll. i can't find a dll. for su760 help please,,, :crying:
Su760 can also be flashed with p920.dll

I was flashing a cwm recovery using terminal emulator appp on my lg su 760 ics v30b....i typed the command and clicked enter nothing displayed but it started a new line .... i rebooted normallly and everything was fine...when i typed in command reboot recovery the phone shutdown itself and now it is in kindda this situation when i press the power button it vibrates LG logo appears for 2 seconds and then shutdown itself i hope any one can help me..........

Are you able to flash kdz roms using lg flash tool? If not what is the error your receiving?

-if bricked you need "omap4boot" to enter download mode .. see the ressurection guide in the general section .

If it boots it'll get in the download mode. You may not see it but it's there.
Just ready the flash tool and plug whatever rom or baseband you wanna flash then shut down the phone , plug out the battery but be ready to put it back in , hold down the volume + button , plug the usb cable while holding , you're going to hear windows connected and disconnected sounds in this order ;
1. Connected (This'll get you into the fastboot mode , We don't want that at the moment)
2. Disconnected
3. Connected again (You plug the battery in before it disconnects again)
The flash tool should take over and you can release the volume + button.
Ok let me begin by saying i have problems with my phone like in touch screen doesn`t work at all,capacitive buttons (touch buttons near home button) don`t work after i flashed without knowing s5570 firmware ( a lot of them before i figured out i had s5670) then a lot of s5670 firmwares but still no success ((( what is there do to in this case ? Phone boots every time but can`t use touch screen and the two side buttons that stand for back and settings on screen i think. Power button works and volume aswell. Please help !!!!

Since ur touch doesn't work anymore, switch it off by removing battery. Now,
*Requirements:- Samsung Drivers, Odin.exe, BENI_v1.0.ops, firmware package.
1. Re-insert the battery & go for download mode by pressing & keep holding Volume Down+Home+Power buttons together. Yellow triangle appears with downloading written below it.
2. Install Samsung mobile drivers in pc.
3. Connect ur phone in download mode to pc via USB cable. Let the pc ensures ur phone to be "ready to use". Then open Odin.exe & see the COM PORT mapping box will turn yellow(indicating that ur phone is connected successfully)
4. Place BENI_v1.0.ops under OPS field & the .tar.md5 file under One Package. Click start, wait for ~10mins till done.
5. Now again remove & re-insert battery. Press & hold Home+Power buttons to enter stock recovery. Wipe data & cache there & reboot.
Problem solved...

If don't go with stock ROM with 1 file, he can try with stock ROM with 4 files.

Hi guys this is a simple tutorial on how to flash Micromax Funbook Infinity. :highfive:

So here we go :
1.Extract the live suite in a new folder.
2.Extract the usb drivers in other folder and the Rom file in other folder.
3.No shutdown your tablet using power button.
4.Open the livesuite.exe and select the first option on top.
5.Then select the img file of rom.Then minimize livesuite.
6.Press and hold the reset button of P275 and connect it to the PC using data cable and press the power button 6-10 times till you here a sound. Then remove your hand from the reset button and keep the tab in separate place.
7.If the drivers in not recognized by your pc then open control panel and go to device manager.Then right click on the unrecognized device. and install the driver manually but making the path as the driver extracted folder.
8.Then 2 massage will pop up. Yes them.
9.Wait for the flash complete.
10.After it is done restart it once and hurray you a flashed your tab :victory:

I am getting an error msg 403, saying that forbidden from downloading the file. Pls advice. I have a bricked P275, which went totally blank while trying to load Fun Series ROM v3.0. No response to power button, Reset button. Cannot get it into recovery mode as well. Your advise appreciated.

First of all sorry for late reply Thanx for telling me about the links [LINKS FIXED] You hard bricked your FB so you can try to flash you FB as per my tutorial and if it doesnt works then.If you have warranty give it to the service center and tell them lie,they will replace it. Or throw that tab out of the window and forget it. It is impossible to recover funbook infinity from hard brick.

Both are stock roms. Ver 1 is lighter than ver 2 however Ver 2 has more stability,faster,has inbuilt ram cleaner,updated apps.

I tried to do the flash but not working I pressed and hold the reset button as you said but when I connect the device to the PC and pressinf the ON/OFF button I did not hear any sound.
My tablet is showing only the start logo when I turn it ON and it's still like that
I thinked that it will be possible to flash it, some times if I press the menu button and the ON/OFF button the tablet show a android logo with a red warning icon.
If you have some idea, please help me

First open live Suite. Then select the image. then minimize it. then Take your tab.hold the reset key. then while pressing it connect it to the data cable. after connecting. press the power key 5-10 times (dont leave the reset button) .You should here a sound then and the massage pop ups. Is there any way to permanently rotate screen or change default orientation ?
Problem is when we watch any thing on this it remains in only one direction pointing all btns & ports downwards So we can not watch when external pendrive is attached if we can rotate screen permanently this problem will be solved...
So i need to rotate screen while paying video pointing all ports & btns upwards ...

Sorry for late reply.It is happening because you are going into recovery mode.If you press and hold power and the rest together then it will go into recovery mode.
Just do what I say. Press and hold the reset button then connect the tab with data cable to your pc while holding the rest button.After connecting press the power button 7-10 times until you hear a sound.Then release the reset button.

Micromax P275 power button problem
Hi,
Plz kindly read this long note with patience ....
I'm facing a unique problem, don't know if anybody has faced the same. I bought mmx p275 by the end of March and it was working fine with some performance issues sometimes. One day I happened to put the tab on charging and when I pressed the power button to check the battery level, it suddenly flashed a message that tab was encrypted and it is going for factory reset. After it booted all my apps were lost. I again installed them but to my surprise, my tab became smoother and faster than before. I then rooted it to install some system monitoring apps n everything was working like charm. By mid-August the real problem started, its left speaker stopped working; I knew now I'll have to go to the service center, which I always wanted to avoid at least for mmx. However, I couldn't manage time to go there.
Now coming to the real problem, in the month of September a friend gave me a game (he played in his mmx p275) which as soon I installed avast blocked it as a virus. I somehow managed to uninstall the app, after 2 days the tab started to malfunction, became slow and more importantly the power button stopped functioning, I thought power button's days were over. I was unable to use the tab, as you know it only works through that button. After someday I put it on charging (it was entire time wake as I was unable to shut it down), then I casually pressed the power button and to my surprise it responded. Thought finally problem was solved. But no it was only the beginning, next whenever I pressed the power button sometimes it would work like normal and sometimes it would automatically shut the tab down with a thud sound. Whenever it does so the date and time resets to 2 Jan 1970, 5.30pm. In addition, it boots automatically say after 3-4 hours. Now the button does not respond whenever it is connected to charger or computer and after its disconnection, it takes 2-3hrs to respond. Otherwise, it works with a mind of its own. Thinking of the virus effect, I put the tab on factory reset thrice but to no avail. Now I'm in a fix as what the problem - is it hardware or software. Before taking it to the hopeless service center, I want to check all other alternatives. Plz plz help me out.
N.B. Except rooting I've done no customization.

I would like to kindly ask you how to back to stock rom?
I found thread with the step-by-step, but i am not able to remove the battery from my tablet.
I have currently cm 10.1.3., tablet: gt-p5100 (3g+wifi)

well, there is no need for removing battery, first backup all your data also in internal storage , Use triangleAway to reset your counter for Official system status and getting OTA updates, download it , open and grant it supersu, click reset flash counter , when its done , power off , press vol down plus the power button it will say promt to continue , click vol up to continue , install usb drivers on your pc , connect your tablet to pc , open odin it should say added in the white info box , click on PDA and select the stock rom file "tar.md5" you downloaded from sammobile and then press start wait for it to end and then reboots , after that unplug your tablet , hold on your power button it'll reboot now quickly press on vol up + power again then release power when you the tablet logo appears and then in recovery select wipe data and perform it then click reboot and voila you got your stock rom back

I have another issue with my tablet.
When the flashing was done and the device was rebooted, my tablet starts with white screen. unfortunately i am not able to add the link from the outside of the xda forum.
I've tried to flash it with official Polish ROM (version 4.2.2) branded by T-Mobile.
