I downloaded the install for Wp7 for Htc hd2 phone and everytime i get a error after mgdlr load, " Readme.txt for this release is missing" . How do I correct that and get wp7 on my htc hd2, anybody please!
U mustve downloaded the wrong file for your phone ! Or the moderator has done some error
Download the right one and try installing

The first 5 steps went successful, and I've tried installing multiple ROM's like :
Transformer 1.1
Touch VII
and both ROMs are giving me same error on command prompt ( although in the end it comes as successful upgrade ) and this popup of "SUCCESS" comes on my device while upgrading.
the error i'm getting on command prompt i'm getting is :
Writing the new CrossBow OS Rom ...
Copying C:\Downlo~2\itsutils.dll to WEC:\windows\ItsUtils.dll
could not update Itsutils.dll to the current version, maybe it is inuse ?
try restarting your device, or your active sync.
then that Congratulations msg comes up ~~
I hard reset my device and I'm still on Windows mobile 5

-Download again all the .zip's from web to the desktop and extract all to desktop again
-disable antivirus and firewall
-run pvtemp.exe(choosse between g3 and g4 depending of your mobile model)
then run the update.bat

That is just the help file opening in Explorer. It did not work for me either. Just install, close explorer then soft reset and Touchpal should be there as an option.
go to CooTek site and download the WM6.1 demo.The WM6 demo does not install successfully under the latest official WM6.1...

Hi everybody!
I'm brandnew on this forum, I didn't find anything on this topic....
I just bought an HTC snap and I'm having quite a big problem. Before doing anything I installed the update from WM6.1 to WM6.5 from the HTC homepage...it worked perfectly. After that I installed some other softwares like skype with the exe file, no issues at all and the programs are running good. Then I tried to install some softwares with the cab files; some of them couldn't be installed at all (Resco explorer). With some other softwares the installation could run until the end but with no errors but then if I started the program I got following error (for example for Galarm):
"An unexpected error has occurred in GAlarm.exe"
If you go to details you get this description of the error:
at Microsoft.AGL.Common.MISC.HandleAr()
at Microsoft.WindowsCE.Forms.InputPanel..ctor()
at ay.b4()
at ay..ctor()
at cy.a()
The same error for all program installed with cab files.
It would be great if somebody could help me!!

Hello there,
I download from the site ,the update for windows 6.5 ,for my lolite but i have a problem here...
Everything normal but when the load bar appears to my phone, i hear a sound from pc like "loosing" connection from the USB . And then the updater on my PC screen inform me about an ERROR connection...Why i cant establish a connection between them ?
Can someone help me please ?

The ERROR is 262 UPDATE ERROR
