[Q] [MOD][9/19] - Extended Power Menu - JB 4.1.1 Only! 10.4.2.13

Hi Guys
I'm new at this hope you can help. I have the Asus TF300T and it is unlooked, rooted, and TWRP 2.2 recovery. (I have done a lot of reading the last few months) I am running the latest version of Jellybean from ASus which you guys call stock i believe. I would now like to have his extended power menu. But I don"t know how to do it. I also don't know if i need odex or deodex. And does that still enable me to keep the Asus version of Jellybean on my tablet or due I need mod version.
Hope someone can help
Thanks in advance
Linda

You actually got the right area, and here are your answers...
First, how to do it - remember how you flashed in root? Do the same thing with this zip.
Do you need odex or deodex? By default the stock ROM is odex, so that's what you want.
Finally, you keep the same ROM you're using. This is just a tiny mod to it.
I'm running this myself and love it.

[Q] upgrade from previous cleanrom & kernel

It's been about a year and came back to check up on the latest offerings from the hard working folks here.
I am currently running
Android version 4.1.1
Kernel 3.1.10 [email protected]
CleanRom 2.3
TWRP 2.2.2.3
I would like to get current on all. Should I follow the steps as if my device was brand new and starting from scratch or is there a more preferred way to go about it with my situation?
Thanks folks.
We're now on 4.2.1, here are current version of software you use:
Android: 4.2.1, as I said
CleanROM changed into CleanROM Inheritance - Xenogenesis, stable 4.6 should come out in a few days
For kernel you have some optoins: MaxKernel, Hundsbuah 3.0.6 or _that kernel.
TWRP - 2.5.0.0
You should visit Development section and check kernels out, also look for instructions on how to upgrade. Bootloader update is essential before rom update, keep that in mind.
Also, this is tf700 General, you have Q&A section for that kind of topics

Best Rom

I'm currently running clean rom on my transformer and it's very nice. However, I just put a rom on my phone that is pure android but with a lot of the AOKP tweaks/options. Is there any Rom for the transformer that would be comparable? Thanks for the time to answer this.
There are several. Look through the development section.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1582
Also, make sure that the ROM is compatible with your bootloader. :good:
ex 4.1 bootloader = 4.1 ROM.
ex 4.2 bootloader = 4.2 ROM.

[Q] Asus Transformer tf101 problems flashing

I was having issues starting up my Asus Transformer tf 101. One day my Asus Transformer tf101 would just flash the start up screen repeatedly. I found a solution on the internet on another site which worked but now my tablet has Android 3.0. I was going to post the link to this solution but I was not allowed since this was my first post. It was from justanswer. I would to have at least 4.0 if not 4.1 or 4.2. I have tried re-flashing new roms and following online tutorials but every time I do so the start up is just displayed until I turn it off or the battery dies. More specifically I have tried a couple different versions of the Nightlies and AOKP roms. This tablet originally came with Android 4.1.
Any ideas of what is happening or what I could be doing wrong?
