It was working fine and now when I restart, it only shows "Surface" on screen and nothing happens:crying:...RT is not loading at all...Please help...
Update : Spoke to MS Support and sending it back for a replacement.

I purchased a new Moto Q9c from wirefly.com about 4 weeks ago.
About 3 days ago, it started freezing up on me when I try to turn the phone on (I noticed this normally happens when batt is very very low)
When I press power button, The Phone shows "M" logo, then "sprint " logo....then gets stuck on "windows Mobile" logo indefinitely.
It does not ever get past this and I am unable to use phone or make/recv calls.
I spoke to Sprint tech support - they tell me this is a known issue with Q9c and they are working on s/w update.
Can anyone tell me how I can fix this? Or tell me where I can get the s/w update?
I am past my 30 day exchange period and wirefly basically said I'm on my own.
Easy Fix
While the phone is off press and hold the E and C then turn the phon on with those buttons still held in. Eventually you'll see a little message appear in the top left corner then you can let go of the buttons

a couple of days ago i was flicking through pictures on my phone then the screen went all black with a few random flashes of white straight horizontal lines towards the top of the screen then it reset!
when i went home from work i thought it was the 6.5 rom.. i flashed another 1 and it wouldnt display anything on the screen so i pulled out the wire and i got an error message sayin it wasnt flashed properly or however that message goes... anyway so my phone shows the boot loader screen.. 'Upgrade Rom code error Please try again' flashed a couple of other roms and i know its on it jus doesnt show anything on the screen.. i plugged in my phone and used mymobiler which is an aplication 2 use the ppc using ur pc mouce and used this program 2 bypass the alignment screen.. http://goatechno.blogspot.com/2008/12/windows-mobile-stuck-at-screen.html
i then had random white flashes on my screen... bottom left lights are lit?
what do i do? is there a bad graphics driver or something?

Folks, what must i do when a samsung omnia i900 starts up with the samsung logo, after a while i get a blue screen with some dots and then later it all goes blank. dunno what my boss did with it but that's how it looks like now. when i hook it up to my laptop it it shows up when the samsung logo shows up on the phone during startup. afterwards it simply disappears.
i believe this ph is bricked. can any of you help me out here how to get it restored. thanks a lot.
ps: i aint done much in this field so pls be v simple when showing me what to do.

The device is Samsung Vibrant.
So recently I replaced the screen and it has an annoying bright strip on its left side that randomly shows up from time to time, so I decided to reinstall the screen to fix it. After doing that the screen would stay black but it still reacts (it vibrates upon unlocking, etc)
Before I do anything else, I was wondering if anyone has encountered this and managed to make the screen work again, before I send it back. Thanks.
I think connection was failing and by replacing display it failed ...

My CUBE i9 (bought in March 2017) becam an issue after a few months.
After startup the screen remains black (no backlight, no picture), but Win10 started.
Only after switching ON/OFF about 20 times, the screen will once switch on and computer works normally after that. I kept it on for several weeks without any problem.
Unfortunately, after closing the lid and a restart, due to often ON/OFF switching Win10 "broke" and now only (when the screens turns on) a kind of DOS screen (called SHELL) appears.
I am quite desperate and have no idea how to get it repaired.
Writing Cube Service Center doesn't lead to any reply...
Do you have an idea where I can get it repaired (I live in Germany)?
