[Q] Supercharger Script - Motorola Atrix 2

Can anyone help me with simple steps on how to install the supercharger script here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=991276? I am on the latest version of CM10 by wang and I am confused on the actual thread of the supercharger script. I don't understand if I can just run the script like I've seen on some videos on youtube or do I have to do the whole thing with Jelly ISCream mod? please help

Flash this, then go thank rdavisct, this goes with our cm10, but it should work with Wang's as well.

I flashed the supercharge script and my phone was stuck on the cm10 boot screen for about 10 minutes so I got worried and pulled the battery, I just reflashed the ROM and it Booted fine, should I try reflashing and just let it load for a while?

Same thing happened to me when I flashed. Wiped dalvik and cache. Didn't factory reset.

Yeah we have found the problem and rdavisct is working on it, it has to do with the services.jar file, and the zip you guys downloaded still had the one from our v3 and that is similar to wang's 9/28 build, so we should have it all fixed up soon and working with wang's 10/11 build and our v4/v5 build.

Shutdown Restart Fix?

Anyone know of a fix for the freeze on power off or restart? Could'nt get flash from odin working. Flashed nandroid backup version then mhx backup version over it. I also cleared caches, delvik, and formatted. Still freezes on power off or restart. Lokking for a simple fix hopefully!!
quickboot from market, or 14 toggle mod for ics
14 toggle mod didn't work for me, but i did read that romracers kernel fixed this problem for some. I'm gonna give it a try when i get home

Should've searched first. Sorry...Factory reset a few times and it'll start working or like above said 14 toggle mod and also holding power for 10 seconds does the trick. Ill stick with 14 toggle method until fully working CM9 Kang version is done over in T989 Section. Thanks guys! Close Thread!!
Just keep re-flashing till it works.
I've flashed four times. It worked two of the flashes, didn't work the other two flashes.
Cant shut down
I tried everything in this post. Still could not get it to work.. Restoring my original nandroid...

Cool story
Darkside wipe then reflash the one click. I'm staying here till the bugs are worked out. It runs PERFECT. I'm having a flash hangover. I need a break. Had some close calls testing just about everything out there.

It gets cooler. Here is what I did.
Had working shutdown on ICS leak and a nandroid of the same.
Flashed mhx's deodexed ICS and had freez on shutdown
Did a nandroid restore to the original ICS leak but the shutdown issues persisted.
ODIN flashed stock (3e) recovery and did a factory reset.
ODIN flashed latest clockworkmod touch and wiped delvik, system, cache, and data.
Restored the original ICS nandroid and problem solved.
Did not try with mhx's ROM though.

I wasn't aware that a 3e recovery TAR for ICS had been released? Did you flash the same 3e recovery that GB uses into the ICS leak?

Reflash it boss.
i tried man like 4 times =/ and even different ics roms..nothings working
similar problem, mine starts loading the rom then freezes.
Are you guys following the instructions? Pull the battery and reboot into CWM and wipe the cache, dalvik cache, factory reset
Are you wiping and clearing multiple x's
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using xda premium
i wiped dalvik, battery, and did factory reset, i flashed the ics radio then flashed the rom but nothing

You have to wipe them at least 3 times. Pull the battery and wipe everything again multiple times
alright ill try it and let you know what happens
still nothing it gets to boot animation makes like a little click noise and reboots

You might have got a bad download. Redownload and check the md5 and make sure the download is good
You know what? This might be dumb reading some of the newer posts around here but are you using a newer recovery mod? Also use the darkside super wipe, I find it to work better than doing the wipes manually.

Try darkwipe, it was the way how I got ics to boot.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using xda premium
tried getting a fresh download, still no luck...ill try dark wipe tomorrow and let you guys know how it goes.
I don't think i have the latest cwm either but it worked for my phone i don't know what the deal is.
I use darkside wipe, clear cache and dalvik cache, then format /system /data and /cache.
I know its overkill but I find I pick up less ics bugs when I do it.
Have you tried the one click method?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using xda premium
The battery finally just died from all the reboots and I left it alone over night then it came on after I put it on the charger and rebooted but was still buggie so I used super dark wipe and flashed again and now it works great...I definitely recommend that wipe when flashing

Tried that too. Doesn't work.
Take out battery then power on? Format system then install ROM and reboot?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1248644
Do that and then reflash CWM.
Darn...someone beat me...oh well

I had the same problem with 2.1 and 2.5 on my phone. For some reason, the flash does not work on my phone the first time. both times I had to pull the battery when I got stuck on the boot screen then boot into recovery, re-wipe, fix permissions and reinstall. It always worked for me on the second try.
Good luck.

This happened to me once. Try to re-root the phone again then flash it.
Did you do a dalvick cache wipe too? Also were you flashing a kernel with 2.5? Are you coming from stock or a custom rom too? And if you are coming from a custom rom does it use a custom kernel? You should also check the md5 of the rom and verify it didnt get corrupt on download/transfer.

Yes i wiped the dalvick, fixed permissions, formatted just about everything and factory reset, when that did not work I formatted and wiped everything before and after the flash. still no luck. I was not flashing a kernel, (to be honest im not even sure how to do that) and im coming from a stock rooted rom that i got when i first rooted with odin. I checked the md5 and everything matched up too.
How!?

How do you re root? would i have to use odin to flash the rooted rom again?
The process of how you flashed sounds right.
When you say it's stuck forever, how much time did you give the phone to reboot. Sometimes with a new rom, it may take 5 min or longer for reboot to finish. If you haven't already, just walk away for 5-10 min before checking it.

Clean rom wouldn't install for me on my phone... Weird stuff happened on the screen during boot animation and then would vibrate like crazy and go into boot loop... I came to realize that it was the kernel and I flashed lean kernel and it worked perfectly... I think these roms act differently on everyone's phones and sometimes there's no rhyme or reason to why things work for some people and not others... Just my. 02 cents

Some roms not booting all the way up.

Okay so i ran synergy rom for a bit, loved it and worked good.
I tried flashing CS SG3 ROM
I couldn't get it to boot all the way up, i tried everything odin back to stock and retried, wiping system , everything.
still couldn't get it to boot all the way up so i gave up and ended up going to GALAXY MOD It worked perfectly and i loved it.
But today I tried flashing release 15, it also will not boot up. But when going and flashing release 14.1 again it works perfectly.. does anyone know what my issue is or how to fix it? I'm so confused... do they have something similar that could possibly be the issue?
Galaxy mof has problems booting on its newest release if you want to flash rls15 be sure to use cwm touch recovery and pick developer's choice not custom
If you do choose custom be sure to put force gpu rendering.

Oh okay. I will be trying this. thank you.
The only thing I can think of is not wipeing?
You can always try a dirtyy flash between ROMs. But if it doesn't fully boot.
Try wiping cache and dalvik cache.
You can also fix permission just to be safe.
Also. Maybe make sure you are on latest CWM? or TWRP.
