Overclocking your device to 530 MHz should help.
If not then it's a problem with your headset.

Voice recording with Χperia L

Hi,
I would like to record an upcoming meeting. I have download some apps but all of them have the same issue. Unless I put my mouth in front of the mic, the recording is not audible. Is this something I can fix? Is this a problem with the device (ver. 4.2.2).
(My phone is new.)

[Q] Bluetooth Audio a bit low?

Hey guys,
Recently switched from wired headphones to wireless Bluetooth ones and am noticing that the volume is significantly lower via Bluetooth audio. I am using the Google play music app. The music is a bit louder when streaming etc but its about 75% of what i would want the max to be when using google music. Anyways to adjust this setting? Maybe something in the mixerpaths.xml for Bluetooth audio?
Thanks!

Have a look at divine beats thread or any other sound mod thread,if it says that it works with Android O then okay but if it doesn't then you'll have to live with it until the developers release sound mods for Android O.

Will do. I guess no one figured out an easy way to mod this in the mixer_path.xml file?

Yes,fix somewhere lies in that file itself and I guess with a little google search you'll be able to find the solution which includes modifying that file.

Tried Google and XDA extensively. No dice.
Edit: they have a bunch of stuff but only to fix speaker and wired headphones volume. Not for Bluetooth.

No way. How do you get that for 1+1? Or you use Pixel or Nexus? I asked Agent_fabulous port that for 1+1

Speaker is very tinny

Does Viper4Android fix this? If so, what profile is everyone using?
Thanks
That is the profile I am using for speaker at the moment.

Thanks, I haven't rooted yet but when I do I will give this a try. :good:
Has anyone else got any profiles they recommend or a guide for how to use Viper4Android?
Turning on speaker optimisation totally deals with the tinniness - but it makes it sound muffled...

I downloaded the .XML file above and placed it under /Viper4Android/Speaker_test/.
I had to create the speaker_test directory. But after that, I opened Viper4Android and loaded a custom profile and it was under the list as Speaker_test.

Thank you. I'm a bit of a stickler about sound quality. It took a while before it was sounding good to me. I do the same for my vehicle and different headphones/speakers I have.
