Throw a new Rom on your sd card then flash it, it should come with a new build.prop and hopefully fix your problem

I tried to instal KA 03 xperia S speed rom..
When flashing it with flastool cmd, the command written by the developer, says "fastboot flash system XperiaSspeed.img"
But when typing it cmd says that " xperiasspeedimg cannot be found".
I browsed the folder and no file ending with the .img found. (The developer asked to extract and flash)

I've never done a Xperia but I believe you should still be trying to flash a full.zip not just an img I would download a full Rom and flash the whole new zip......... is this you first Rom?

Use flashtool to reinstall your ROM.

thanks but that would work if i had a recovery i said i don't have recovery flashed so i think the only solution is too figure out how to flash a recovery without using usb debugging or to debug the phone from the computer
fastboot flash recovery
nexus s http://download.clockworkmod.com/recoveries/recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-crespo.img
nexus s 4g http://download.clockworkmod.com/recoveries/recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-crespo4g.img
after that do a full wipe and flash whatever rom you like
man can't you get it i can't flash any thing without usb debugging is on and i cant activate it unless the phone boots
U need Odin then. Search the forum and look for your model stock tar file and flash it with Odin.

Your suppose to get the error message. Then, u go into control panel, and go to device manager and right click apx device, update, browse for the drivers and choose the whole folder.

Definitely don't use rom manager on the g2x for anything except fix permissions.

1st thing never use from manager to flash CWM , its a fake flash in fact I'm pretty sure all devs for the g2x say don't do it because **** can go wrong.
now go into device manager and look for apex device and right click and select update driver. then choose locate driver manually or the equivalent option I can't remember the options and then navigate the Nvflash folder and open the apex folder and threre will be two files one for 32 and 64 bit system choose the appropriate one and then you're done.

Redownload tthe file. Inside the apx folder it should have 2 folders and another note file.

Did you unzip the apx folder before installing driver. Extract apx folder in different place than zip file. If it doesn't work you have to uninstall all apx driver and install again.
Try i386 and make sure you have administrator rights , also disable UAC from control panel
Make sure u have a g2x folder in it C/

Don't use that. Just look up one of the threads. You plug your phone in to download mode. Command prompt and type things down. I forgot what. I did it yesterday

Flashing factory images?Which type of images(I'm bad at this sorry >.<)
Okay, problem solved.Using the "ADB push" method will do.By following this guide:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1667929 Just simply push the ROM into the SD card through fastboot mod,and flash the ROM,then everythings work fine. The ROM I used is Nexus S original ROM download from net.

Put the update on a MicroSD card, turn the device off, insert the MicroSD card into the phone, boot into recovery and flash from the MicroSD.
