Atrix 2 Moto Logo Freeze - Motorola Atrix 2

Hi,
SV7 Roms installed but,my phone restart moto logo freeze open anroid recovery orjinial rom install but error ''E:Signature Verification Failed''
help please
thanks

Need a couple of very important pieces of information my good man:
1. What carrier are you on?
2. If the above answer is AT&T then were you on the ICS leak BEFORE you installed the ROM?
3. Are you able to get into stock recovery or fastboot?
Answers to these questions will help us, help you fix your phone.

Sounds like the system and/or boot image(s) are borked. If you're trying to use the stock Android recovery to flash the "orjinial" rom, that won't work, seeing as how you've replaced the stock image with SCv7's. You'll need to boot into AP Fastboot or use RDSLite to flash the stock images back, then you can try to do whatever you were attempting to do, sans soft bricking...

Thank you,your for message
RDS Lite used, but error message ''phone returned fail'' help please

It won't allow you to flash with a low battery mate. Charge the phone up and retry.

You can't. RSD lite is not capable of flashing an APK. Just not what it's designed to do.

[SOLVED]Rom Manager Boot Loop after selecting Backup current rom

Hi.. I installed Rom Manager onto my friends p500,it was rooted earlier.. but it did not have a custom recovery ..so i flashed the latest cmw through the rom manager app.
After which i selected to create a back up.. The mobile restarted (to enter the cmw recovery for backup operation).. but soon after the restart the mobile got stuck at the LG Logo.. I waited for about 10mins and it did not respond. Then i removed the battery and then power it on.. but it is stuck at the LG logo.. I am unable to get into custom recovery.. (power+home+volumeup).
Also, Mobile is not detected when connected to pc.
How to resolve this issue?? Please help

Even though the the P500 is "supported" by ROM Manager, ROM manager is extremely wonky with that device. ROM Manager is not the only way to install a recovery and IMHO is the worst way to manage that device. ADB, Fastboot, and FlashImageGUI are much safer alternatives. FlashImageGUI requires the 'flash_image' binary to be installed on the device. I've never seen it on a stock ROM for any device but it is usually included with custom ROMs. 'flash_image' can be extracted from /system/bin of any custom ROM and pushed to the device. FlashImageGUI can be downloaded from Play Store. The other two alternatives are a little more cumbersome, but just as effective.
I have written a Windows front-end for the fastboot executable called Android Flash Recovery. Assuming that your device drivers are correctly installed and the device can be booted in to fastboot mode, Android Flash Recovery can make recovery installation much easier. The link for AFR is in my signature.

SOLVED [soft brick]-[need help] ---Edited

I have a Atrix 2 MB865 which is not a AT&T phone.. It was on ICS before..I rooted it,flashed custom recovery and everything went smooth till here. Then I tried to flash carbon 4.3 unoffical rom through CWM recovery.. Got a message that flash was a success but when I rebooted I got stucked in bootloop.. I tried flashing a stock rom using RSD lite in fastboot mode but everytime it get stucked at "7/20 rebooting cbt.bin fail".. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Recovery mode is not working and phone is opening is just fastboot mode and no matter what stock rom I flash (ICS or GB) it is stucked at that 7/20 rebooting step and I get a FAIL message... again I say any help will be really appreciated.
EDIT:I can enter stock recovery... will this help???
The above scenario was my problem yesterday and after a lot of browsing and understanding the basic concept I was able to recover my phone.I want to thank to all the Atrix community group for helping me out and providing very good and accurate set of instructions. For me I come from a samsung background so dont have any much knowledge about Motorola chipset but again thanks for the helpful threads/post I was able to recover my phone.
SO THIS IS HOW I RECOVERED
As I mentioned in the above scenario that I was able to enter in fastboot and Stock recovery mode but flashing a stock rom (no matter ICS or GB) wont work because flashing failed in RSD LITE (7/20 Reboot cbt.bin FAIL).
I had drivers and I had antivirus turned off and I have met the every requirement that is favourable for RSD lite to flash stock rom package to my MB865.
Then I saw this THREAD,all thanks to @alteredlikeness.
He proposed a menthod of flashing firmware without using RSD Lite and it WORKED!!!!:victory:
He provided a batch file package and told to extract in your FXZ folder(extracted Stock Rom folder).
As told the device must be connected in fastboot mode to PC and then the batch file should be run ... I followed all the instructions carefully and took a while to run the batch file but in the end it flashed everything and I recovered my phone.
Just in case if anyone has met the above mentioned problem try this method .. It seems to be working for both AT&T and NON AT&T MB865 phones.

Are you pressing the recovery buttons correctly? Take out battery then put it back. Then try pressing the Power button and Volume Up + Down together and see if it opens CWM..

Don't worry bro! Try to boot into CWM again because it should be there. Then try to flash the ROM again...
And remember, in future, always take a Nandroid backup before you install anything, mod or ROM. It really helps in case something goes wrong and phone stops working,

None of the tools will work unless you install the correct Drivers.. So install teh drivers that are given in the SP Flash tool thread and then try.

So, you flashed a ROM via cwm.
A few lines later you mention that you can't install cwm... is there something I miss????
Whatever;
Can you enter Fastboot/Flash mode manually/via PC and flash a new ROM from there using Flash Tool?
Have you unlocked your bootloader?
Have you tried following these steps?
That's pretty much everything I can think of.
I hope it's just a software brick... :fingers-crossed:

But Now I have another question how to enter mt5689 in Fastboot/Flash Mode manually via pc .....with flash tool......
plz can anyone tell how to enable usb debugging mode when phone is bricked.....
if you want to install a stock rom via odin, you dont need usb debugging to be on, just boot into odin/download mode (google to see how) and flash a stock rom, then do whatever you need.

Stable rom as in stock rom? or a stable custom rom?
in any case. if you have cwm or twrp you should be able to access the file on your computer, or even transfer it to an sd if the phone has it..
if its a custom rom flashable zip though you you might as well just flash it.
if its a stock rom an you cant aces recovery then you have to redownload it to your pc....

Now you can't unbrick your phone because you overwritten the preloader of your phone. Remember: when flashing with SP flash tool you mustn't flash the preloader. The preloader is the file that makes possible the flashing with SP and now that you have overwritten it or flashed the wrong one, you probably won't be able to recover it. Take it to service center.

When you tried to installed Axis ROM you do a dirty flash or a clean wipe? Can you still get into twrp recovery?
Piece of advice always do a backup or at least have a backup available on your phone.
Make sure to do a clean wipe and then install the ROM. If none of them work flash the official stock ROM for your phone via Odin
