Tried changing the Y-Cable setup , ensured that the USB reader is Powered on , tried changing the memory cards ( 2gb SD card , 4 gb ones ) and also tried changing the card reader. Nothing at all happens, still the same !! Well mine is unbranded phone ( i hope it means i can put any sim into it ) here is my phone info ( may be useful ) :

eMMC SMS 7376MB, FA31
TOUCH A1(F:80,ID:10,V20,B:AA)
Radio-16.23.03.17

I tried the Gold card method from here : [Noob-friendly] Goldcard SPL Downgrade Method; No Android-Phone and/or custom wires!
and put OMEGIMG.nbh file from DFT HSPL's thread into it ( around 24mb file ) and made the gold card

SPV M600 Unlock
Im failing to unlock SPV M600, with SPL 2.10.001, using Lokiwiz03a. My problem is in reading the cab files in M600 (Cert_SPCS and EnableRapi) when i transfer them by bluetooth or Memory cad i fail to see them in the phone so that i can run them (this is what its giving me: "Could not update itsutils.dll to the current version, maybe it is in use?")
I have used the method in this thread

Try and use the cable, rather than bluetooth.
Also, make sure you've checked the "Show All Files" on the devices file explorer (right soft key).
thanks mate. I used the cable but cant locate the files. i cane only locate or run them in the phone if connected to the PC.
Use the batch file from lokiwiz to try and unlock it.

Hello everyone,
í have a little problem - my qtek s200 usb probably is out of order and i can't connect pocket with pc. so i consider go to service under the guarantee, in mind, that they will fix, but there is the problem - in my device are upgraded to wm6 and free servise is missing. I want to put in it older wm5 version of windows(i have my old wm5 backup file "nk.nbf").
so, does it possible to downgrade my device without usb?
yse you can
there was memory card dump in the ftp site, but you need to unlock CID first I think
I can't help you in this, slow internet connection, but if one can dump you the ROM, you can install it without USB
i'm waiting too the solution

i can't find thet memory card dump(can jou give me the link?). i found just program for creating backup SD card, but there i need USB connection from device to PC..
the link, I said there was one, I can't find it.
first did you unlock CID, you can't backup the rom into sd image if you didn't unlock CID, and I think you can't restore one without CID unlocked.
you can't put the nk.nbf in the image and restore, it is not that easy
you need to put it in RAW format not fat using the tool psdwrite.exe from (itsutils.dll) but in your case you need to use cardreader to put the bin file, I can't help you and give you the file becasue of the slow and bad internet
just give your device to the service under the guarantee and tell them it hardware problem not software and you installed a theme
is there a way to see if its CID unlocked?
yes ... if you can make a sd-dump or flash all roms with different CIDs... its cid unlocked :->
one more question about dump sd image..
may someone knows how to create that bootable SD from original shipped rom? i'm searching for raw file everythere, but i found nothing..
hello one more time. i want to wake up this thread, becouse one more problem happend to me. so, my one prophet now is absolutly dead.
it's heppend becouse i was updating rom over bluetouch and it stoped with error. it's stocked in htc screen. i could enter bootloader, i could do hard reset, but it's not helping.
so i'm asking one more time, maybe someone have saved his his rom dump image and could share it?
I'm banned now
but I can help, I'll try to upload the bin file
did u unlocked cid?
ca u write it in raw format on the card?

yes, my prophet cid is unlocked. i think i can write raw format on my card, i have 3 types of card readers, so one of them should be able to do that. of course, i need to know which program i should use to put RAW to SD.
thank you for help

Situation is like this, I was using newest 6.5 version but wanted go down to older, upgrade failed with message that file is corrupt.
Now when I turn on phone I see only HTC logo.
Hard reset does not work because as soon as I unpress softkeys logo appears.
I can enter bootloader and start upload but always 3% progress and not more.
upload from SD card does not work
bootloader (color bars) shows
ONBL 1.35.0000
SPL 1.35.0000
CPLD - 04
Code:
Cmd>getdevinfo
Device Model ID = V O X 0 1 0 1 0 0 HTCSVOX010100»S4HTCE

item is SPV E650 from Orange UK
I tried almost all ROMs from FTP but no luck, wrong VENDER ID
however this one
RUU_Vox_HTC_WWE_1.15.405.2_4.1.13.37_02.83.90_Test.exe

First choice for branded devices is the original ROM, so you are lucky to get it and it should work. The Vodafone V1415 is device where no official ROMs are available and there you have to use the "Gold Card" method (search for this in the Forum and Wiki). This will put a special key in the boot sector of a (non SDHC) card (devicetype and card-serial dependent) which allows you to load ANY ROM from the bootloader.

if u get it to work then tell me how u did that... i really want to know!!!
i got fed up when that happened to me.
when the htc logo continues, it means u phone is hanged. and even the time clock of the cpu stops. after 5-10 minutes u can also see the htc logo flickering a bit!!!
if u have the same problem then u will have to give your phone to the service center.

simple
you load bootloader (via camera button method)
next you start flasher from your PC and upload ROM
trick is to find the right ROM because when your phone is locked you can use only dedicated one which is compatible with your operator
otherwise there is a magic described above
once again EOT

i tried the method u stated. i always prefer this one over any other. but it did'nt work for me. now its the headache of service centre guys since it is still in warranty!!!
Did you lookup the Gold Card method? This WILL work - as this is exactly what the service will do. I am sure this is not a warranty case, but you maybe lucky.

yeah, i too think was not a warranty case but i gave a try and yes, i got lucky since this was the 6th time i gave my phone for a warranty claim.
OK, tired of trying new ROMs now? To be in the safe side you need to understand how things work:
1.) SIM-Lock (your phone is locked to a network/SIM Card) will stay even after ROM change. There are services to Unlock your phone and allow any SIM card. This has nothing to do with "Application Unlock".
2.) Application Un-Lock is the method to allow any program to run on your device. This is achieved by changing security settings in the registry of the WM operating system. Only privileged applications may do this - mostly "SDA Application Unlock" can do the job.
3.) Some devices are "branded" and the device carries a "Vendor ID" so that only ROMs can be put on the device where the ROM "Vendor ID" matches that of the device. Examples are: Orange E650, Vodafone VDA-V or V1415. This has nothing to do with SIM-Lock, even though many branded devices are SIM-locked as well (not VDA-V which I have one). The check for the Vendor-ID can be skipped either using a universal loader "USPL" (which is usually part of the cooked ROM distributions and called from a batchfile) or the "GoldCard method" which is your last resort and will ALWAYS work.
BTW: GoldCard is the slang for a special prepared microSD or miniSD card, not a SIM card! And it is NOT the process of loading a ROM from these cards - which is an alternate method of loading a ROM, e.g. if the Windows/USB is not an option.

does gold card method works with 4gb micro sdhc?
No it will not work with a SDHC card. The device in boot-loader moder seems not to be able to access the SDHC card. A normal (up to 2GB) card will work however - any size will do it as only the bootsector will get some bytes written to. The card remains usable - you can even take a card with data on it - writing the data to it to make it a "GoldCard" will not harm the data stored on it.
Mind that the key written is specific for a certain device-type, e.g. the Vox. It will work in any Vox then, however.

Find out what SPL you have. You can do that in fastboot mode while powering down your phone. And then press Home+End/Power to get it there. Write down the first lines in the application.

it is unlock as i have the same phone. you need to root it first then flash whatever you want. its so easy after rooting......... flash direst from sd card by using home+power button when phone is off as no need for all that adb push stuff. you can actually place the Rav1.1.1G.img straight to sd card without all the messing........ if you look at commands that all you doing anyway.............but using sdk tools. i use an external card reader to copy all files over, pop back in phone and do ma thing

i cant using adb to change the hboot ;(
i cant install my official rom ruu htc saga ara 1.36.415.1 ;( error 140 i dont know why my current rom 1.47.415.1 and i did that before
i cant install ruu htc saga europe 2.10.401.5 ;( error 131
i cant create goldcard cuz i dont know the sd card cid "i cant using adb on fastboot"
Plz tell me what can i do???
Well, I'm not sure there is a lot to do when you're S-ON. But I would give Android Flasher a try. It worked for me, even if adb couldn't recognize my phone.
Thanx my friend i will try it
Android flasher doesnt work with hboot S-ON.
U can make gold card on other android device. And then, u can run RUU Europe 1.28.
If you can't, you can take to Services or S-OFF by XTC-clip
I had the same problem, but do not dispair you can fix this.
Obviously one point you have missed on the whole goldcard thing is that you dont have to use ADB or your bricked phone to find out the CID, put it into a card reader and use your PC. So onto making yourself a goldcard.
The process of creating one is rather hit and miss, but I eventually got one to work. Make sure you use an MicroSD card that is 2GB or smaller as any larger than this and it's a SDHC card and wont work. I used a old 1GB Sandisk card my girlfriend had spare. Have a look on the forums for a goldcard.exe file to run on windows to simplify the process, I found this worked when the forum described method did not. Keep trying with this as it took me many attempts to get a working goldcard.
From your post it sounds like you want to install the cool new Android 2.3.5 with Sense 3.0. Your problem is your phone will not take the European RUU 2.10.401.5 as your phone is from another region - 1.47.415.1 (india?) and got screwed up in the process. The bold part of the software version number relates to region. Mine was from Thailand and the european update worked when installed with my goldcard.
When you have your goldcard created you need to extract the ROM.zip file from the RUU (just run the exe and look in your PCs temp directory whilst the exe is open, it unpacks itself there) and then rename this to PG88IMG.zip. Put this file onto your goldcard and then power on your Desire S whilst holding the Vol. down button.
If you still get errors like 130 or 140 your goldcard is not made correctly, so try again.
Once you have the new update working take yourself to htcdev.com and unlock the bootloader, then you can flash CWM recovery and root it as well.
Hope this helps
thanxxxxxxxxx all really i miss these solutions because i was very confuse
thanx again for all i will try it and give u my feedback

One tiny correction on this part, I use a 16GB SanDisk Class 6 GoldCard. Means its an SDHC and I haven't had any problems with it.
