Hey guys, searched forums and couldn't find anything about this. As you all know the stock color values on Galaxy Tab 2.0 (I have 7") seem off and very washed out. Samsung is usually pretty decent with calibration from factory but seems to be poor with this tablet.
Anyone mess with the color values yet? I haven't tried yet, admittedly I don't have the best eye for this kind of thing. I am rooted running AOKP, but I'm not sure if there's any kernels that support color tuning yet.
Any help or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated, thanks all

Hello,
I greatly respect the devs for all of their hard work in fixing these issues t-mobile and samsung massively neglected. I have a quick noob question after reading and searching for about 20 hours on this massively helpful site of which I seem to be overlooking.
Which roms go to what phone? (SGH-t959 vs i9000)
I installed Bionix Frost on my SGH-t959 and it runs decent (few minor bugs). I'm just not sure if it is the one I'm supposed to have. Having the i9000 out there makes it very confusing for me as I soft bricked it the first time I tried a different OS. Anything is better than the stock froyo so far but I want to make sure I have the right one.
I'd greatly appreciate any advice with many 'Thank you(s)' bestowed upon thee!

please....i have the same question the only different is i have the vibrant 4g
Hi guys,
I've come from a Rooted/Rom'd Hero and just got my Sensation yesterday, it's already been rooted and had quite a few roms on it, but I think I've found one I think I'm going to use daily (Pyramid3D v7.4.0), though for some reason the text is slightly stretched, and that's putting me off quite a bit as everything looks out of proportion, just slightly
Anyone know how to fix this/if it's a current problem?
(Would've posted on the thread, but I've not got enough posts lol)
Thanks,
Dan
edit; re-installed the rom and still does it :/
Hello All,
My wife has a T869 and it is running the most recent stock ICS update (UVLG7). I have searched these forums, and have not found a Deodexed/Zip Aligned version anywhere.
Does anyone have any idea, whether work is being done on this release, or if it has in fact been done, and I missed it, just point me in the right direction? I'd appreciate the help.
Also in an Ideal world I would love to find one that is de-bloated as well, but I am willing to take care of that myself
Like many others I got this tablet for free, and i've searched on here and gotten it rooted, however i haven't seen any posts about roms that might work on it.
I was curious if anyone might know of a version of Cyanogenmod that will run on this tablet. The built in governors in the stock rom slow it down so much that it's hard to get it to do much of anything at a decent rate of speed and considering its hardware is better than what was in my HTC hero i know it should run a lot better than it does so i was hoping to find a version of CM that will work on it and make it a more viable tablet for on the go use rather than on the go frustration.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Hi,
I've done much research with little success on how best to address my issue. Partly because my Droid 3 (D3) is outdated with little recent activity and outdated posts. I hope the community can help provide me some troubleshooting tips and recommendations. I apologize for using any terminology incorrectly (i.e. ROM). Please correct me if I do.
FIRST, I use my (work issued) iPhone as my primary phone. Previously I had used my Droid 3 and it had been extremely slow running a stock ROM. I gave up using it back then but most recently loaded it with a custom ROM (Cyanogen "Solana " 10.1-20140216 / Android 4.2.2). I wanted to use my D3 as a media / app player only. I had thought perhaps loading the Cyanogen custom ROM would make the D3 perform faster. I really like the layout and it did seem to work faster.
I may go so far as to say perhaps it started getting slow again when I reloaded my android apps (IDK?!?). I searched for similar posts and did find a thread where I can make changes to the performance (set to PERFORMANCE setting).
Anything else more than that I am not quite sure what I can do. I read the post a custom ROM called "Steel Droid", but I am not really sure if this works any better or not from Cyanogen. I mean the date for Cyanogen is newer than the most recent Steel Droid version issued on Jan 2013).
I'd like to get some opinions from this site full of experts. Is it worth keeping the D3 or should I sell it? Should I use a Cyanogen ROM or Steel Droid ROM? How can I troubleshoot? Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
