Hi guys,
no one had ability to install this app on EOS 2.0? It was just fine in build 67 on my MZ601, while in the final release there's no way to sync with my google's note. Thanks for any feedback.

Hi!
I installed slade87's latest CM7 ROM on my Mini Pro - thanks for the great work, I didn't try all too much, the UI feels really really snappy, and the GPS seems to work better than with the stock ROM.
However, I do wonder if I can somehow avoid having to enter a Google account on this ROM. The original ROM didn't require it (just for selected features), but the CM7 ROM doesn't even allow me to even make calls without a Google account.
I couldn't figure out if this is caused by CM7, or if it is an upstream Gingerbread issue. Maybe there is another ROM for the Mini Pro I should be looking at in order to avoid this problem?
Froyo CM6-latest works
Using the latest CM6 ROM I found, I didn't have that problem. The Google account is only requested for apps that actually need it. Is there any Android 2.3 ROM which works the same way?

My bad ... The CM7 layout was so large that the skip button didn't fit on the screen, and I missed it. Thanks for confirming it wasn't the ROM!
Hello everyone!
I came from one of Task650's Roms (number 10, I think) and am now running the AOKP Rom Build 37 on a Galaxy Tab 10.1 WiFionly.
Superb experience in general, but two minor (ah, MAJOR!! ^^) issues:
First is, that the built-in gallery won't play .mkvs anymore and is lacking the thumbnail-view (I only get big squares of the album-/directory-art as preview).
And secondly I'm really, really, really (reallyreally) missing the ebook reader, which was included (or more precisely: was excluded, but held separatly, in case anybody wanted it) in the GalaxyTask Rom. I've tried dozens of alternatives, none them fullfilling my needs as well as this one.
My question now is, if it's possible to get those old versions of the apps running on the AOKP Rom.
I've already tried installing the old ebook reader, but for some reason it doesn't work. Haven't had any luck finding the old gallery-app though.
Thanks in advance & best regards,
Frank

I just found this great thread, fixing my problem with not being able to sync phone contacts with FB contacts on AOKP Rom.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1695406
I take no credit for the offered solution, I just link to it because it is in the Galaxy S I9000 Section but the solution works just nicely with the Sensation (and other phones). FB pictures are now showing up in in my people app!
make sure to thank ngenhit!
I've included it in my builds for ages, not sure why it was reverted.
I'm gonna try it on miui. Looks like it was made for a build a few weeks old, but who knows xD
Hmm, interesting. After being very happy with ARHD, I ran into some crazy issues and decided to lose some features and try a cm9 nightly.
I can confirm the latest nightly does not work with facebook sync.
Will give it a shot. Then will revert to 3.32 and give 6.6.7 arhd a shot again. With leedroid tweaks, it was the old gold standard for me.
Try the Euroskank CM builds, it has native FB sync
Hey all, I am currently running CyanogenMod 9 on my Sensation and want to upgrade to bruce2728's Jelly Bean ROM. I just want to know before erasing everything whether Google Chrome still has graphical glitches on the current (January 9) version of the ROM, as I rely on the tabs and bookmarks sync of Chrome and it being graphically glitchy would be a deal breaker.
Thanks in advance!

Bruce has clearly written that it is a Known Bug.
-Sent from hunt's Sensation
Try the internet explorer that is already in his rom
Sent from my HTC Sensation using xda premium
Glitch isn't that bad-- it's still usable 90% of the time. Really only becomes a problem when the glitch affects the keyboard.
Why so fixed on Chrome? I went Chrome since getting my Sensation-- it wasn't until half a year later that I tried the stock browser and realized how much faster it is. If you have a need for proper rendering and html5 compliancy, you could always use Opera. Don't know if it has issues with the rom.
Unless you're needing Chrome for its crossplatform capabilities, there are other solutions if the stock browser doesn't suit you. Maybe Firefox works.
Hi,
i am here for the first time, used the Search Function, but didn't find the solution.
my Problem:
Samsung P5100, in the moment running cm-10.1-20130103-NIGHTLY-p5100.zip, it runs very well.
As a Christmas Gift I got a Bluetooth-Keyboard Samsung Tablet Keyboard BKC-1B1
with the CM-10.1 firmware pairing is possible, but all the keys don't have any function.
Going back to stock firmware (Android 4.0.3 or 4.0.4), the keyboard works perfectly.
Again CM-10.1 - pairing ok, but not even one key is working.
Now, I tried another thing.
I have a smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S) running CM-10.1, too (cm-10.1-20130103-NIGHTLY-galaxysmtd.zip since today)
And, what happens? Pairing OK, and - the keyboard works.
Now my question: where is the little difference between the tablet and the phone?
I'm looking forward to your answers and ideas.
If you need any more info - no problem...
thanks so far
Michael

thx for your hint.
in the meantime i tried AOPK-Rom (Milestone1 or so), but this was not so pretty (AOSP keyboard crashes....), and it looks like not beeing quite finished....
I wanted to test the kernel you suggested, so I first installed CM10.1 Nightly 2013-01-17 and gapps latest gapps.
Nothing else, no wlan, sim-card is empty, no restore of apps from cloud, only bluetooth.
And what happens? the bluetooth keyboard could be paired - and works !!
Still running the kernel which came with cm10.1 (3.0.8 CM gf818e15 [email protected]#1)
the german key mapping doesn't work, but I think this is to be solved with one of the nice tools from the play store.
Until now I have wlan running, updated some apps, made email account, and bt-keyboard is still working.
Tomorrow I will install 1 app after the other and looking for the bluetooth keyboard - we'll see which one kills it.
thanks so far for your help
cheers
