Any developers buying the One S? - HTC One S

I saw a similar thread at the One X forum. And they allready have some good devs buying the One X.
So, how are we doing? Any devs out there that are going to buy this awesome phone?

Maybe me, But not sure to be known that much

You don't have to be known, you just have to make good ROMs for us ^^

If you develop good quality ROMs then you will soon get very well known

Will you be leaving the S2 mate?

I'm hoping to get one in December. I have released a few ports for the myTouch 4G, and was part of a team. But I'll be coming here hopefully within the year. Can't wait

I am. I was working on my ROM for my HTC Amaze, got it about half finished, but the phone has been relatively disappointing and there's a fairly serious lack of development for it, so I'm going to be trading it in for the One S as soon as it's released by TMo April 22. Since the stock rom has been posted already, I'm going to try and get some debloater software up for it very soon (possibly before I even get mine).

I was just saying to someone the other day. I put a Sense 4 Rom on this bad boy the other day, & it truly felt like new device! I'm sure I will eventually get a new phone, but I will keep this phone, if for nothing else to play with! I can't imagine parting with it, in fact, I've sold a couple in the past, & I still miss them!

I have a great idea, port miui to the one x and then you can live happily ever after with a more superior phone. The End.

Hey hey hey, shut up

What happened to the kernels?

Source came out, and a few kernels got posted, but none worked correctly for US models, and with AOKP.
Does anyone know of one that's 1) compatible with AOKP and 2)works on US models?
The DEV for this device is definitely weak.
There is just too many devices around, which is getting ridiculous
I miss the N1 days
Relax, its still early in the phones life cycle. If its the same 6 months from now, you would be right.

The US version wasn't released by HTC as of two days ago, it's still a kernel but there are differences between EU and US versions and noticing that specific features don't work proves that we need to wait for the US kernel versions source to be available.

Will Jellybean make our Sensations "butter smooth"?

Will they finally be as zippy as the s2's out there?

If S2 is as zippy as Note, then we have completely different definition of "zippy".

More Dev's

Hi People Just a question regarding more dev's to work for our beloved One S!
Is there enough room for another dev to work on roms for our device?
I know of a dev currently working on an older device who has made great progress on ICS & now JB who is looking to work on another device, your views on this are more than welcome & thought's on possibly inviting the dev to work for our One S!
Thanks in advance!
More the merrier
To me it's a great idea! The One S is a great smartphone and it's really a pity it hasn't the dev's support it would deserve. The bigger brother One X isn't actually a "better" phone than ours overall: it's just different and several people prefer One S.
When and if I get the money I'll buy a One S to help you guys out.

Me neither... And actually i dont even care. Of course official updates also contribute towards better custom roms, but i have some trust in the developer community that they can deliver a nice Sense 5 rom even without it ever being officially supported on HOS.

My vote is that we won't see sense 5
