i just barely got ICS lol
i was waiting for a Stable rom then found one awhile back and i was all excited now i have to wait for Jelly. lol damn. but maybe it's just a sign time to upgrade the phone. cause my google+ hangout cam freezes still. anyone's working ? with what rom ?

I agree, Why can't they make a launcher like that?
Maybe you're better off asking in a miui forum (miui-us for example?)
I run miui on my Desire and it's great. The speed of aosp with a little bit of *sparkle*.
I think it suffered a bit as many of the early themes were straight out iphone rip-offs, but the community has really matured and is turning out some good stuff these days.
I'm sure there will be miui for Sensation - will probably just take a little while.
CM for Sensation will be great as well. Nothing like a little variety!

Strictly speaking that is true, but bmarko had MIUI on the Galaxy S II about 95% working before the first CM7 nightly was out for that device -- I know because I was using it. And even now he has only used a couple of fixes from CM7 to my knowledge (vibration and 1080p camera). My point is with the desire and knowledge to do it, MIUI on the Sensation could be developed without a prior CM7 release.

Uh wut? Nexus ICS alphas have been floating around for weeks.
The evo is always going to have more roms available at any given time, since there's a ton of devs working on that phone... And more options because of Sense.
First of all the things we have are sdk ports so they don't count. Second I would rather have a rom with half busted stuff than nothing like we do now. Wahh it sucks.

I don't think that someone has a decent working ICS right now.
But come on, don't start a ton of new threads just to aks why there's no ics. I know it's exciting but after all it's just ICS xD
And it's just a max. of 1 month waiting time 'till the ota gets out. I would go so far to say that no one of us will die from waiting
Max one month is a huge overstatement. It will be a miracle on xda street if we get an ota in a month. Mark my words.

I don't know. I just went over to the Evo forum to see what was going on, and they were struggling just to get the sdk port to work.

ICS Build from source. May not be perfect but something to flash. Think primarily for I9020T, use at own risk. Don't know if someones shared this already but sorry if someone did.

I was working on my ROM for my HTC Amaze, got it about half finished, but the phone has been relatively disappointing and there's a fairly serious lack of development for it, so I'm going to be trading it in for the One S as soon as it's released by TMo April 22. Since the stock rom has been posted already, I'm going to try and get some debloater software up for it very soon (possibly before I even get mine).
I really want to get the HTC One X, but I really love using MIUI on the MT4G. *sigh* What to do?...

I was just saying to someone the other day. I put a Sense 4 Rom on this bad boy the other day, & it truly felt like new device! I'm sure I will eventually get a new phone, but I will keep this phone, if for nothing else to play with! So, I love my skyrocket, yet I have always wanted to have an HTC phone. I have seen that there is a sense rom for the gs2 but I'm smart enough not to flash a gs2 rom on my phone, so if someone could please make a sense rom for gs2 Skyrocket or help me in making my own rom.
You know, people will flame and get upset and stuff over this request but I totally feel you. I'd like the same thing. I'd totally bbe down for a Sense Tom

Building a sense ROM is insanely difficult and problematic
There ARE ways to make it feel like sense though.

Well, at best you're probably going to get a launcher that looks like Sense but the deeply-integrated stuff is never going to be there. If you want a true HTC experience ultimately you're going to need to buy an HTC phone. Odds are you'll end up flashing an AOSP ROM eventually though.
