With Desire S and Desire HD included, it won't be too much pain. These share 90% of the drivers.

I can. I believed it since I first heard bout ics rolling out to older devices. The my touch is a T-Mobile specific phone with with its own version of sense "my sense" and T-Mobile will not let HTC just remove it and I'm pretty sure HTC is not crazy enough to waste the time and resources to make a specific mysense ics version just for the my touch.

Dunno, is the Pananche, a glacier variant under t-mobile also?
Maybe we could petition to both htc and t-mobile?

I doubt HTC will ever give Sensation owners Sense 4.0 officially. They want us to buy a new phone.
^Not that HTC will ever give Sensation owners Sense 4.0 officially but I rather like to think that they are going to be dragging it out over an extended period of time. Much like DHD's case.
HTC isnt going to butcher their new products when Sensation sporting a dual core, can handle Sense 4.0 just as good.
Think it's best to keep all Sense 4 discussion in one thread

New HTC EVO 3D LTE RUU with Sense 4

Hey there Dev's...the RUU for the new HTC EVO 3D LTE was leaked and available here.
Since the EVO 3D LTE has Bluetooth 3.0 and is running the latest Sense 4.0, maybe it holds the key to us being able to get bluetooth fully working on our Sensation?
[UPDATE]
Sorry folks for the misinformation...it looks like the EVO 3D LTE may have Bluetooth 4.0 after all...I had thought the EVO 3D LTE had Bluetooth 3.0 because it says so on the US HTC website (http://www.htc.com/us/smartphones/htc-evo-4g-lte-sprint/)

Argggg...guess we'll have to wait some more before getting bluetooth to work.
Do you mean the HTC EVO 3d or the HTC EVO 4G LTE I'm confused

Have a look at the dev section of Amaze, then have a look at Sensation dev section. That should be enough to decide

It depends. If you want to root and you want a bajillion different ROMs to choose from, go with the senny. However hardware wise the amaze is better in every way and I think they had a nightmare sense 4 thing going but I'm not sure where it has gotten. Honestly I would trade if I was in your position just so I can sell the amaze for more and buy a nexus 4.
sent from my jingly bells
Im both amaze and sensation and here are the reasons to trade... Nfc although rarely used still have it on the amaze, 1gb of ram better than 3/4, processor is similar although different name, faster download over 4g, better camera in my opinion, feeling on hand is better for guys...
Reasons to keep the sensation... Little longer battery life, full viper support if u r a viper user, lighter than amaze if u r a weak link haha, cheaper to fix if you break digitizer, capafitive button light bleed on some amaze devices but fixable with many custom roms or an app, over all not many reasons to keep it...
Hope i helped

"HTC Sensation - MIUI"
"LG G2x - Stock and overclocked"
"LG Thrill - Slim Stock Rom"
Thank you so much guys for replying..
I am keeping my Sensation..
Dev support for HTC Sensation is great as compared to HTC Amaze. We have so many different tastes of ROM here to try.. And maybe we shall get a working JB Sense ROM for our senny in future.. (fingers crossed )
Once again thank you so much..

En effet, 1gb of ram better than 3/4
