Hey there Dev's...the RUU for the new HTC EVO 3D LTE was leaked and available here.
Since the EVO 3D LTE has Bluetooth 3.0 and is running the latest Sense 4.0, maybe it holds the key to us being able to get bluetooth fully working on our Sensation?
[UPDATE]
Sorry folks for the misinformation...it looks like the EVO 3D LTE may have Bluetooth 4.0 after all...I had thought the EVO 3D LTE had Bluetooth 3.0 because it says so on the US HTC website (http://www.htc.com/us/smartphones/htc-evo-4g-lte-sprint/)

Argggg...guess we'll have to wait some more before getting bluetooth to work.

well it wont be incoporated into the DHD section, apart from its looks its about as close to the DHD than the evo is to the classic desire
Isn't the Inspire 4G *exactly* the same phone as the Desire HD? Apart from the radio bands that is.
The Desire HD supports HSPA+ as well, but no other carriers in the world call it 4G.
yay new forum

In England this month the HTC inspire is coming out, is there any differences between this and the 4G? Is it just the 4G that is gone? Will i be able to use all things on the developers forum without worrying that i will break the device? Thanks in advance guys!

Well *laughs* AT&T doesn't send 4G (HSPA+) through the Inspire 4G or the Atrix 4G. The only thing that you would need to watch out for is that most of the ROMs use AT&T radios so you would need to find a dev that will make radios for your carrier or you could just flash a radio that would work with your carrier and the ROM. That is how it works between the Bell Atrix and the AT&T Atrix.
Why would they release the inspire there? Dont they have the desire HD already? Its the same phone

I thought that because of the looks but the HD has a 1ghz single core vs 1.2 dual aswell as Bluetooth 3.0 vs 2.1 and has gingerbread with sense 3. I'd rather wait a few weeks and get the inspire. I would probably get the desire HD if there is problems with inspire and the inspire 4g roms.

Ummmm flashing a ROM in recovery won't change the radio. I've changed ROMs quite a few times and not once have I received a different radio and I'm NOT using the stock radio.
You sure the device will be called Inspire? From the specs you name and the release (dual core, in a few weeks) I could bet it's the Sensation / Pyramid pending how HTC / your carrier will name it on your side of the pond

Inspire 4g is just a desire HD without a front facing cam. You described the HTC sensation. Unless the euro name for the sensation is the inspire, in which case inspire 4g is different.

With Desire S and Desire HD included, it won't be too much pain. These share 90% of the drivers.

I can. I believed it since I first heard bout ics rolling out to older devices. The my touch is a T-Mobile specific phone with with its own version of sense "my sense" and T-Mobile will not let HTC just remove it and I'm pretty sure HTC is not crazy enough to waste the time and resources to make a specific mysense ics version just for the my touch.
