Skyrocket guys, its been fun and this has been the best group of people I have worked with but recently I bricked my phone and had to send it in with my geek squad protection from best buy...welll they approved me for a junk out which means i get a phone pretty much of my choosing....I will be getting the Samsung galaxy note! I will have to pay a small difference but since i laid my hands on the note i loved it!!!

I actually just exchanged my Note back and joined Team Skyrocket. The Note is an awesome device, don't get me wrong, but I couldn't get used to the size.

Same here. The SR is tiny but far more functional for me. I'll await the arrival of the S3 or something else manageable with one handed operation.

so far so good on the note going to run it stock a few days!! What had happend to my skyrocket is I bricked it.... im assuming from a kernal and rom matchup that didnt get along....first time on any android device ive owned.... from the captivate to the infuse, and then bam out of no where on the skyrocket after flashing 100000 roms on it...... brick lol best part of all of this is my upgrade is untouched so in December new phone

Man I have been using the Infuse and donating to the cause for a long time now. The roms put together by DMAN bigfau and others have done an awesome job keeping the infuse at the top of its game. I have had the AT&T infuse phone with T-Mobile service and have dealt with not having Edge internet service long enough all the time. Got a sweet deal through target and couldn't pass up the offer. Got a T-mobile 4g Samsung Galaxy S II and am loving the speeds etc. I am going to keep my infuse as a souvenir. Thanks again guys for the long run.

My girlfriend just got The Galaxy S 2 I was so jelllyyyy. But she let me use it for a while I love it. Be sure to stop by the forums every now and then dont forget us Infusians!

This phone is extremely nice already installed all my apps etc rooted it but not using custom roms yet. thinking about miui rom but maybe fown the road. 30 mins after getting the phone its already rooted lol instant warranty void lol. Gotta love it.

BIGFAU ... Its all good love what you guys do. Man this Galaxy S ll Hercules from Tmobile is the bomb. So fast and actually using tmobile 4g is something i have been missing for a long time. I loved the infuse but not being a tmobile phone gave me edge speeds. Which sucked.

Hey everyone,
I just got the Nexus S 4G last night, traded my Epic 4G Touch for it. Hardware wise, I guess I downgraded, but practicality and such - I'm a very happy camper.
GPS works great, fits like a glove in my hand, and I love that it's in a much newer condition lol.
Any way,
This phone came running on an ICS build. I'm not really sure which and it seems stable so far. I'm just curious, is there a more recent type of ROM/update I should run on or is it okay to just stay on this build here.

Anyway, to the OP, I actually went the opposite way.. I traded my nexus s for a second e4gt, kinda regretting it.. You will love the ns4g, it gets the job done.

I don't know much about that device, but I believe the issue with it is that almost everything is signed, which would limit you in terms of flashing, for example, no jelly bean for the moment until a source that is needed is released.

I am going to have some fun tho'... next time I go to the grocery store just before I get to the line I am going to put the phone to my ear as if on a call, get in the longest line and talk (so that I can be heard) about this cool new phone I have... I'm gonna really play it up just to see the reaction :silly: :laugh:
I have a Droid Razr and my girlfriend has the Infuse. I personally like the Razr better, but it has a lot less roms available. Its just so sleek and thin, and the battery life is a bit better than the infuse. But to each his own :good:

Yeah...I think all the advice was from flashaholics...we don't like phones with little roms , doesn't matter how nice it is (my vivid) if it doesnt have a lot of roms then I don't like it!

Well..if you can trade the razr with an s2 then go for it...s2 has a lot of development...so I guess I approve, just make sure to get a good Samsung from the razr...Samsung's are the best when it come to development IMO

Hi guys.... I am leaving this forum. I started learning things in htcmania.com (spanish forum) and then I started entering here.
This is a fantastic forum. I have learnt A LOT about android, and I started being a big noob... but now I have to left this forum
my i9003 has broken. I lost touchscreen in a half of the screen. It is not in warranty so I can't repair it, and it costs 90€. For that price I prefer to buy another phone adding some money from my pocket.
I will continue developing REMICS rom until I buy my Xperia S, since the phone boots and I can verify it.

no, its not in a case, I've lost the TPU case 2 days before I break it. It just slipped from my pocket and fell with the screen down on a sharp edge. This would not have happened if I had the tpu case -.- soo use it, no matter what, dont take it off lol
