PS i need new radio for this hboot?
Your S-ON. It says this in a thousand places, you will need to wait for Revolutionary to release their tool for 1.27.0000 devices.
Why won't people read? It says this in at least a thousand places. Just clutters up the Q&A Section.

Thank God
You can flash any zip, because you are SuperCID'd. I recommend using 3.32 Unlocked in HTC Part 1.

Best way to find something is to search, here is a link to a site that has all the ruu's
http://www.filefactory.com/f/4e1ce47f16313c0d/
If its not there PM this member with the RUU info you are looking for he should know where to try: Football
And if you had looked at that site you'd see there isn't a 1.94 RUU there.

Precisely
Bump
If I remember right the 1.94 ruu wasn't a full stock rom, but an update to the original 1.73 ruu.
If you want stock back for warranty work or similar just download the 1.73 ruu and install it. If you want to use the stock 1.94 then install the 1.73 and just do an ota update to 1.94.

I was in the same situation you are in...you can Download and flash TWRP using adb which can be found here: http://teamw.in/project/twrp2, Once flashed you can go to recovery from bootloader and flash a rom using TWRP, i used Nocturnal ROM, it works great! It can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1796256

It won't let me install the 1.73 RUU as the current bootloader is newer than the RUU it's trying to flash and doesn't work
Here is the OTA Rogers System Update - (1.94.631.3).
So how can I get back to stock from 1.94? I'm on hboot 1.11 and the 1.73 ruu won't let me is their anything I can do???

you can find the 1.94 ruu in both these threads
[ROM]Evita Shipped ROM Collection
[RUU] One X/XL LTE RUU's
What is the appropriate RUU for CID: HTC__J15
I don't know but I do know there's a Q and A section for posts like this.

You're right. I am sorry.
If MODs can move my thread, please do.
It is an Arabic version, so you need a rom with X.XX.415.X. RUUs available are 1.28.415.9 & 1.29.415.11, though the latest update is 2.17.415.2, but the RUU has NOT been leaked or found yet. You can only get it via OTA update after flashing 1.29.415.11.

The point is how to flash that old Arabic RUU and then update, when trying to flash the old RUU I get an error that the bootloader version is newer.
You cant. Not until we get S-off.
Does anyone have the RUU for the HTC One S CID HTC_017?
I need it because my phone is having issues.
It should be on Sneakyghost's Dropbox link, find him in the Touch Button issue link. The link is in his signature.

I as well need to find this RUU file. I searched for sneakyghost's posts and could not find a drop box link. He has other links in his signature, but nothing that points to Dropbox.

Thats fine, I'll take that, it's from a small regional carrier, Cincinnati Bell Wireless. They have released OTA Jelly bean for it. Can you either PM a Dropbox link or post it here?

Have you ran an RUU before? You can change your CID to its original, the relock your bootloader and run the RUU. If it fails, you can run the ICS RUU then apply the JB OTA.

I am looking for the same answer. no it doesnt say if it will brick or not. but some people have say it will with super cid. you can flash a new cid with fastboot oem . The thread really has no instructions on how to do anything. it just supplies the link for the file.
I tried to flash to ruu via the windows executable file that it came with, but i get an error everytime. 159 image error.
I am original on t-mob though. this may be the prob. im not sure.
everyone else says just have your cid HTC__001. if your s-off you can change it in fastboot.

Firstly: The RUU is meant for unbranded european devices.
superCID bricks phone when you flash OTA. Using RUU should be safe.
So you have no use for this ruu since you are tmob
