i have rom 2.3.4 . ( s-off, recovery, root done)
i want file kernel can Power Saving batteri ?
i disconnect wifi, buletooth , GPS, use GSM, but my phone use ~160mAH in standy ! hix

You should Try The Bricked Kernel http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1256668
But be Carefull and Read Step for Step how to Flash it.
And Next Time you ask Something Plz give more Informations,do you use a Stock Rom?
Mod Rom?
And do you Use a App for Controling Cpu Speed etc?
Maybe you just have the Cpu Speed Set wrong when the Screen is Off

i set cpu low ( 192 ghz) when SCreen is off.
App for controling cpu : Cpu mater / onemand.
Stock rom 2.3.4. sense 3.0 ( remove app not use)
kernel you post :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1256668
have OC GPU but i don't want. hix . then i need app to see infomation GPU ?
Please help me ! thank

please ! help me.....

if you want features and pretty good battery life, go with the suggested bricked kernel, although it may still have bugs
if you want everything working perfectly, you control overclock, no gpu overclock (to my knowledge), practically no features, fast, excellent battery life (best if you ask me). go with stock or trinity, i suggest trinity though set them to ondemand
trinity

[Q] Undervolting guide?

Hi all,
I recently flashed Endymion V3.1 after my Desire S made a miraculous recovery from a broken microphone after reflashing to stock (I am stumped on this one).
I searched this and the dev forums and couldn't find any guides related to using the OC/UV Beater2 v1.5 app included in the ROM for overclocking and undervolting.
Is there a guide/documentation somewhere that I missed?
I just found this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1363981
But there isn't a whole lot of information there.
In particular I'm wondering about undervolting.
I have been running my Desire S all day at -100mV (temp not perm) with no issues.
If I set this to permanent and experience a stability problem, how would I revert to default?
The ROM dev (lowveld) has assigned stock values.
I have UV by -50 mV (Perm) & have no issues.
In case you wish to Activate (perm) your UV , all you could do is create another profile with default Stock values.
If you face any issues (reboots , etc) , you can activate the profile with default Stock values.
Hope this helps ...

LG Optimus Me (P350) Overclock

Hello,
i have Optimus Me and all i want is to overclock it a bit, without Android upgrade or changeing the mode. I have this kernel "kernel-pecan-drap-oc-0.1-rc3.zip" downloaded and i put custom recovery on the phone.
So i dont want anything to be changed on the phone, just ability to overclock, so is this it, just kernel flash?
Thank You XDA
Phone Info:
-------------------
Model: LG-P350
Product: Pecan
Android: 2.2.2
Kernel: 2.6.32.9
Build: FRG83
Software Version: V10a
Well I'm not a developer but if you want to run the stock OS over clocked you can.
first you have to root your phone using gingerbreak using that link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1044765
then install Custom Recovery AmonRA, follow instructions here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1080911
OR try:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1421198
after that is finished you have to install your kernel I think you already have it but here is the link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1259908
and lastly on your phone you install an app called set cpu link here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505419
Please read everything carefully as you go along...also... not all CPU's overclock to the maximum available it may freeze if you do... so gradually test your range till you find a stable overclock amount...
Eg: mine is stable at 748Mhz... others get 787Mhz or even higher to 825Mhz
I'm very new to this as well so I can't explain why CPU's have different stabilities.... maybe some one more knowledgeable can help...
good luck and have fun... eventually i recommend you use a custom rom...its alot better.. but your choice for now can be used as well...
Not all CPUs can reach max speed, because there's always small variance in the production, and that small variance causes the phone to be unstable at high clock speeds.
I, for example, can't overclock my Wildfire to 768, because it's just hangs, but other users are running at that clock speed just fine.
yea i figured that much from reading a few posts... that kinda sucks tho...lol.. jus gotta be lucky when gettin your fones...

Different kernels support different OC speeds so flash a custom kernel.

hi, i dont have now mtk6577 phone pretigio, now i have zopo zp998,and use it..
If your phone is a 1ghz, then OC to 1.5 is max you want to go. There are write ups here on XDA, just search. Going too high starts putting too much of a stain on the system. Under voltage can help, but you just can't be applying settings without knowing what they will actually do. There are write ups on XDA about that as well.
Try disabling your animations and other performance robbing settings and run the phone at 1.3 or 1.4. Other than that, you have some reading ahead of you. And make sure you backup up everything, before you apply settings to boot!!
Hit thanks if I helped.

Nope Bro it wont...By default the processor speed is 600 mhz but u can increase it in the settings...
First u have to enable Developer options i.e., Settings-->About Phone-->Tap BUILD NUMBER rapidly(Around 10 times)...
Now to check ur processor speed or to increase it Go to Settings-->Performance-->Just tap OK-->Processor :good:

prabhuinbar is right in what he says but not all the Roms as standard here will have the ability of overclocking your processor, I think mainly the cm11 (kitkat) roms have it included or the developers have an extra update.zip that when flashed can OC. Check out the ROMS section, have a read of what is and isn't included. They are all quite easy to install, backup phone, wipe, install new rom, install oc update.zip if needed. Then as above what prabhuinbar said.
It depends from ROM.
In some ROMs you won't be able to overclock until you flash custom kernel that supports overclocking.
And some ROMs/custom kernels can have different overclocking profiles(in some you can clock to 700Mhz in others it's possible to 900Mhz).
Basically overclocking is sometimes good but my my personal experience it may cause battery drain, random reboots;in some cases it can burn NAND,not happend to me.
