Hi all, I recently bought a HTC Hd7 Windows mobile as a second user, everything works great and as it's meant to. The thing is whilst looking through the phone settings I seen that it still had the previous owners phone number stored as "My number" in the settings. There appears to be no way to edit it. I have tried software reset and a hard reset both with sim in and sim out. Does anyone know how to edit this to show my number ? I know it's not a big issue with the running of the phone but I would just like it to show my number. Thanks for any help in advance

Hi Guys, not to sure if this is a simple one or not so thought I would ask you lot as you seem to know your stuff. Have been using an HP iPaq 6915 for the past couple of years. Finally got work to replace it last week with the Touch Pro

they should be stored in your device by default. It's probably just asking you to delete some of the sms's from the sim itself?
Have just deleted some, will see what happens now.

It might be the settings on yor contacts. 1st. Go to CONTACTS, 2nd click the option/menu button on your phone, then click on DISPLAY OPTIONS and make sure all your the boxes are checked.

Does someone has a clue how to fix this? I tried to call microsoft but no success and same for the seller and HTC support

I'm not sure if this is in right place, I have just joined today as I was told I could get plenty help here.
I have an iphone 6s clone which is running Android. It was working fine with UK sim and all was good. I stupidly did a factory reset, through settings. When the phone restarted instead of the apple logo, it showed Android, then mediatek. When the home screen is shown, in top left corner it says invalid imei. Also the settings button is no longer there. The sim is no longer recognised.
I would like some help please to get this phone working again, preferably in simple terms as I'm not very good with mobiles. I did not note the imei number before I did a factory reset. When I type in *#06#, there is an imei number which comes up.
I did a search on google about this problem and it was advised to go into engineering mode and choose connectivity/cds and type imei. But when I go into Engineering mode, under connectivity there is no cds.
If someone can help me step by step with clear instructions on what I need to download,install then I could be able to sort this out with your help.
I understand this is not Iphone forum, but mine is a clone with Android running.
I would greatly appreciate all replies and help.

i could be wrong, but i doubt you will get much help here with an iphone, even if it is running android. sorry.
