NVFLASH not working, BAT file closing - Eee Pad Transformer Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
I'm trying to use NVFLASH to install a ROM to my transformer but the .bat file runs and just closes and disconnects my Transformer from APX mode. Can anybody help me here?

whats your serial nmber? if its higher than b70kas about there not sure exactly it wont work so if you have a b80 or b90 it wont work

I tried using NvFlash for my transformer with S/N starting with B70 and the windows.bat file didn't work.
But good thing I still had clockworkmod to flash a new rom which saved my transformer from being a brick.

[Q] APX Mode Disconnect

I have a B70 Transformer and I was trying to root it with Brk's script. When I try to do any operation I hear the Device disconnected sound in Windows and some random hex error "0xblahblah: Device not connected" and then my TF is just off and it will turn on like normal. Is this what is happening to everyone with the new BL? Or am I an idiot and have missed something?
I just rooted my b70 last night with the same method...what operation are you trying to perform?

Some where along the B70 production line, the SBK was changed.
So not all B70 can work with nvflash

It's does not sound like the normal error of locked bootloader models. I am not positive though.

I tried them all. I just tried to backup but images just then and still happening. This is the exact error that I get:
Code:
Loading bootloader to Pad... please wait....
Nvflash started
rcm version 0x4
Command send failed (usb write failed)
Then I hit yes to backup root (just to see what would happen) and I get:
Code:
Nvflash started
[resume mode]
connection failed NvError 0x30011
The system cannot find the file specified.
This means your bootloader is locked. Join the club :-(

Nvflash Problems with Revolver

Hi so im having a strange problem with my asus transformer tf101 . I rooted my tab yesterday no probs at all using the vipermod method. Then today I downloaded all the files needed to flash to the latest revolver ROM . Set everything up and put my tab in APX mode.
But every time I hit the .bat to start the flash It runs for a second then shuts down the window and disconnects my tab from APX. Im sure iv just missed a minor detail but its got me pretty frustrated.
So I turn to the forums has anyone got any idea what went wrong.?
BIT More INFO....I currently am waiting on my sd card so I cant flash that way and I am attempting this on a windows computer. Thanks!
What is the serial number of your TF? Not all are able to use nvflash.
ok so i got a SD card and rom manger still cant seem to get cwm installed or revolver . NVflash seems to just disconnect the usb when I start it . I found my serial number it's BCOKAS130761.
Im assuming by the looks of it thats a B70? As I said in previous post I am successfully rooted with full superuser support just can seem to get anything else working.
ROM manager doesn't really work on the tf.
To get cwm use this

As for your serial number, your BCO is not nvflash compatible.
You have sbk v2.

No usb no root please help

I have a tf101 that I rooted and everything was fine then I did a factory restore. After that it would no longer connect to pc. Comes up with the 43 error no amount of drivers will get it to pull up. I tried Ubuntu just hoping maybe it would see it. Nothing. I read downloading and updating a stock rom from Asus would fix it so I tried that now I have no usb, no root, no recovery at all. I am stuck. Any suggestions? Thank You.

Sounds like a bad USB cable.
It may charge, but it may not work for data transfer.
Did you type lsusb in Ubuntu to see if it shows nvidia. Or is it Asus. I forget. Anyway if it shows you can download the ics stock. Rom here in the forums. Then depending which sbkversion (sbk1/sbk2) you should be able to use nvflash for sbk1 or wheelie for sbk2. I think sbk2 is b80+
wheelie I think works for both. Just execute the appropriate script. Put the wheelie files in the roms folder. I assume that means you must unzip it first. I hope it works for you. Then you can root it again etc.
I forgot to mention the tablet must be in apx mode (power+volume up screen goes black) . If you have windows and not Ubuntu I think you use easyflasher. But I don't know about windows.

I bought two cables just to make sure. Still nothing.

2 suggestions:
1 - enable USB debugging in settings and see if your computer recognizes it as an ADB device.
If so, use PERI (Windows).
2 - Boot to ADB (VOL UP and POWER) and see if your computer recognizes it. If so use NVFlash or EasyFalsher (Windows)
Peri windows?

If your tablet is recognized by a windoze PC with USB debugging enabled, you can root using the PERI tool that Thing O Doom developed. The commands work on Linux, but you have to type them out manually. The .bat file only works in Windoze.
Nothing so far
Thank you for all the input so far but, still nothing. Windows will not reconize it in APX or normal mode. Ubuntu Does not either. When going into recovery all I get is the little guy on his back. I did download wlanadb and my computer will reconize it but honestly I have no idea what to do from there.

How to Restore Asus TF101 to Orignal FW?

Hello,
I am looking to restore my Asus TF101 to it original FW, hope someone could help me.
Currently I have a Asus TF101 with Rogue XM Recovery 1.5.0 (CWM-based Recovery v5.0.2.8), I have boot into recovery but unable to see an option to restock original FW.
I have also:-
1) Enable USB Debugging
2) Connect my Asus to my PC
3) Start 1-Click Transformer Root 1.1. bat
However it load up it seem to try to install adb-drives with dpinst_x86, even though I have already install dpinst_x64. It then stay on the, without any indication of installing.
"Waiting for device for first step...
If you didn't have derivers then this can take up to 5 mins"
Download the ROM from ASUSs site, flash it from recovery, Im on my tablet right now so posting links is a pain, if you google for TF101 ASUS you should find it
