sorry for putting question here but i can't access android development page due my low posts, so i'll share my problem here.
do i put htc sens on disk drive or charge only in order to easy root fr3vo ??
and i tried both way and all it says after start Easy Fr3vo.bat is
"adb wait-for-device"
can some1 help me?
i turned off HTC sync and and should i turn off bacground data too?
i turned on USB debugging mode!

Update htc d s android 2.3.5 s-on unrooted!!

I AM NOT TAKING RESPNOSABILITY OF ANY PROBLEMS AFTER DO AT YOU OWN RISK!!!
1.Download this to desktop: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=H0TH2841
2.Rename to update.zip
3.Move into root of sd card ( in sd card )
4.Unplug from PC
5.Go to settings-power-fastboot ( uncheck )
6.Turn off mobile
7.Hold volume rocker down then push power button and keep hold of down key on volume rocker and wait untill screen goes white!
8.Then it should come up with Install file update.zip. Press OK!
9.If That didn't happen go back to 6. but dont turn off and dial

if this does work, then great, but, you could try to package the parcel a little better, how about adding an explanation detailing exacting what this update should do and under what conditions (from what ROM and hboot versions it's safe to run) along with where you actually got it from or did you create it on your own?

Found deep in XDA Adds android 2.3.5 and Sense 3.0! Thats it!

is this the latest ota release or the first one? MUCH more detail is needed if you think people are gonna flash this.

Doesn't work on mine. Unrooted asian version.

Ok I understand. In the Thread "sense 3 ota update" or something like that in htc desire s general forum. on page 15 comment 145. Some guy posted the link so i took that and some people tested it out and said it was Safe, as you can see in one of my other threads about this update! So i just decided to make a guide of what to do and see if it helps, it will probably get rid of your root, but that is why i said only people with unrooted devices and s-on. It is Android 2.3.5 and Sense 3.0. The guy got it from HTC.COM 9(SOMEWERE) FOR EUROPE! Is that all???

It'll not work on non-euro roms. Hence not working on Asian once. Because of CID checks and also you will not be able to force update if the rom is not asking (downloading) on the right HTC server.

Anyone done this successfully yet??

Ok. What you have to do is that when it shows the exclamation mark in the triangle you hold the volume up rocker down and press the power button. Though mine is not updating still, it goes to where to you see "install updates".
Please someone reply.

[Q] Removing Roms

okay so i installed this rom to my tmobile htc sensation and now after a few hours i hate it and want to go back to stock is there anyway i can becuase i tried to use vol down key power button but it wont work it'll just turn on the normal way and i didnt back up anything at all i know that was a dumb move on my side but i just been stock htc sensation with sense UI on it again someone please help me !!!!
the rom i had been using was SENSEaY_XE35_v2.1.0 and now im trying to get stock again

Make sure that fastboot is turned off in your power settings. Now you can boot into recovery. Alternatively i am sure you can do it through the restart function on Senseay.
To get back to stock rom, i'm sure if you use the search tool you will find what you are looking for.

Android dev forum there is an explanation if how to go back to stock.
If one rom didn't work for you can always try another. Try ARHD or Insert Coin, etc.

Well I removed the from because of something small I didn't like about it but I'm stock again now and wondered if I was able to keep stock and have the beats audio software?

If you are full stock. No root what so ever then No unless your carrier releases an update for it containing Beats Audio

Is well I flashed the stock rom back to my phone does that mean I'm not rooted anymore like I still have my S-Off wouldn't I be able to put that beats audio on my phone only?

HTC Sensation

I have a HTC sensation , and im trying to put ICS and i did everything and when i try to reboot it to the operating system it goes to the HTC screen with the logo and just stays there forever and doesnt start the operating system

Also i went through CM7 and it still wont work

Well more info would help... You saying you did everything means nothing as we who want to help you don't know what everything is... Provide us with your phone info and we will be able to better assist you.

Yeah ok, the problem here is your trying to run a GB ROM on ICS firmware = not gonna work.
You need to flash 3.33 firmware AND an ICS ROM - look in the dev section for roms and the firmware

Did you install the 3.32 or.3.33 firmware?that is the firmware you need to run ics.
Did you install this firmware already?

Like I'm not sure but CM7 is on it and the ROMS but whenever I try to reboot it ..it just stays on the HTC screen

post the complete hboot details here (even screenshot would do)
also output of this command (except imei and serial number)
fastboot getvar all

[Q] HELP: After last OTA update - bricked!

My phone is almost bricked after todays last update.
I can enter the settings (after I slide down the menu from the top) and that's it. There is NO WAY to access the home menu or start panel - also, my HTC One S was pretty warm.
I've restarted the phone for 15-20 times but no effect...
It's branded (T-Mobile) phone, rooted and some of the bloatware was removed (nothing too important, tunel radio, soundhound, FB and games)...
Is there any chance that this is possible to repair?

Damn you! Your phone isn't even bricked it's so annoying when people say their phone is bricked when it still lives! My phone is completely dead and it won't turn on! THAT IS A BRICK! Now boot into hboot and run a stock ruu. You should be fine.

ok, hboot is bootloader but I have one more question: is stock ruu on my phone or do I have to download it from somewhere and put it in my phone?

You have to find the file there is a post on this forum called stock roms ville villec2 just pick the right one for you.
