What kind of Sensation do you have? You could always change your CID to super CID and then install a RUU from any region.

My sensation software model is 1.45.707.1....I can't find any ruu for this model...

[Q] removing android revolution hd rom from sensation

So I'm trying to remove the mikes 1986 rom off the sensation I have and replace it with the original stock rom that it came with. I installed the sdk as well as the adb driver. Pulled the serial number up threw the cmd prompt and got the confirmation that it would read threw plugging in the phone to the pc....
The only other thing to do was to use the ruu for tmo usa and the utility would do the rest.. thats where it took a turn for the stagnant... the error code popped up as being 155 which means that I was using the wrong ruu.. FINE. I used another on e (and only other one that was available) and I got the same code error... the phone is an american made model and the tmo usa is the only one that should work for it... from this point im lost on how to get it back to its original state (factory)
When you did the s-off mod, did you also do the SuperCID?
You may have to put the CID back to the original one then the RUU will install. I found this when I went back to stock with my Telstra Sensation.
do you want to unroot also or just a stock rom cuz they are stock rooted roms u can use. just boot into recovery wipe and flash
two tmos roms
There are two t mobile ruus, the one that you should use is the 1.29 version, since it is newer than the 1.27. There are instructions in the android development section for the sensation. They are on the bottom of the first post of the s-off section.
They work. I sent my phone back to HtC for warranty repairs, and the warranty was still good.

Hi,
To check CID, make sure you have adb installed and reboot the phone into FASTBOOT. Then type:
fastboot getvar cid
With your phone connected to your PC and it'll tell you your CID

you could just use the
[TOOL] OneClick SuperCID for Unlocking Bootloader
or try this way...if you are not familiar with command lines.
adb push mmcblk0p4MOD /sdcard/mmcblk0p4MOD this?

type
adb push
then drag the mmcblk0p4MOD file to the terminal/command
type a "space"

And now, I lock again and reset the cid to the generic value, HTC__622, followed to this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=26638060&highlight=fastboot+oem+lock#post26638060 to install 1.85
But the ruu installer still told me error 130, meant the Model ID is wrong?

[Q] software update?

Hello,
Upon many google searches I have come to believe that this phone has updated above 4.0.4.
I have complications updating so I came here with the following questions:
Did the at&t HTC one x finally get jellybean, or is that for other models?
if yes how can I update because I see get an error on the at&t software update tool, and I don't see anything in the "about" tab for updating like in other models.
Thanks
Edit: I forgot to mention I'm stock and unrooted.

According to the bootloader text, the phone was previously bootloader unlocked, and then relocked. Its probably also SuperCID, since this is the only way to unlock the bootloader on the AT&T version. Phone is also S-on.
Be aware that installing the AT&T Jellybean RUU with SuperCID + S-on will brick the phone. Advise you either change the phone back to the AT&T CID, or achieve S-off prior to running RUU or OTA or you will brick.
