hey all, i just got my new touchpro.
it's my first HTC and its so awesome.
a little help..how do i check the rom? on the splash screen it says 1.9 ad loads of zeros. that the verison correct?
how do i upgrade it and where do i find it?

During boot you can see the firmware version
if a new version is available you can find it on the htc website
you can also check in the settings/system/device
i have ROM 1.90.404.1 NLD of 8/1/8
mine says 1.90.401.1 wwe
checked htc website but on the uk the Touch is not even listed
any advise
You have the latest version.
The Touch Pro is not up on HTC's uk site yet, but it is on the main europe site.

A software download tab will appear when there is an update. Its early days for an update - its only 1 week old!

it's a vodafone branded trophy, and i treid vodafone germany, vodafone uk, vodafone spain and vodafone ell.
Also tried htc europe.
rom version is 1.09.172.06 and i didn't find anything mating to this...

yeah, its almost the same. only difference is that i had Firmware revision number: 2250.09.10972.168
I said had, because i flashed yesterday with the nodo update so ist unbranded now.
don't know how it worked because before it just wouldn't update, an all of the sudden with the same y-cable, goldcard and sd-reader the phone updated
but i still don't know wich provider was mine.....

i recently bought an HTC Tophy from Craiglist and it was working for about a week .
afte that i wasnt able to make or recieve Phone calls . im not show but i think something wrong with my radio connectivity
help wanted .. the only time i can use my phone is when i connect it to the WIFI
