Boot loop issue - i9003 kp2

Hi,
I am facing an issue with latest release 2.3.6 from past 4 nights. Every morning when i wakes up i can see boot samsung logo in my phone and it keeps on restarting automatically afterwards when i remove the battery and power it on again whole data is wiped out including contacts messages mails but applications remains only. I have tried reinstalling the firmware its same.
Please advice.

flash xxkpe firmware first then ddkp2

1. Flash with pit file alone of xxkpe with re-partition checked.
2. Then click on reset button in odin.
3. Then enter the mobile again in download mode.
4. Select four files pda, modem, csc, bootloader with re-partition unchecked and flash it.
5. Flash xxkpe once more.
6. Flash with ddkp2.
7. Wipe cache and factory reset.
got new galaxy i9003 on replacement.....

Most easier way is to factory reset before flashing a new rom. Remember wipe davick cache, after u flash too.

But you can see that after flashing a new rom it automatically factory resets, the time between the flashing done and the phone boots i.e. some process occur in phone u can see that automatically factory resetting

I was facing this same problem, not only with kp2 but even kpq bone stock with no root. I guess it's a hardware fault as even a full fresh install doesn't fix it.So my advice is to give it to the service center and let them replace the board. That's what they're doing to my phone, will get it in 2 days...

Hi guy there are many members with this issue I was one of them I got my phone replaced

Yes its unacceptable that so many phones are failing at roughly about the same time... those whose phones are still running fine do run a risk of this happening to them too!

I am facing the same issue with my GT-i9003 since last month... been to service centers here in Bangalore multiple times but these guys are clueless. They kept it under observation for more than 10 days in these 4 visits and promised to fix it. They dont agree to this being a hardware issue and insist that there is software fix which they are not able to explain or convince me so far.
I contacted the Samsung support and they got back to me. Yesterday they asked me to again submit my cellphone to the same service center and promised that they would fix it. I am really confused as to what steps to take now to get my phone fixed as only a month left for the warranty to expire. If this is an hardware issue, how do I get it replaced? Please advise.

it may be boot loop..flash i9003 with ddkp3 and clear cache / do factory data reset... dont forget to backup

Continously mail and call the customer support and say them that it has been more than 3 times the service center cant fix the problem and ask them and force them to replace the handset... i had a similar another problem and gave it two times and recieved it without repairing the fault.. atlast i fired on them and they replaced with a brand nrw mobile.... say them that you are going to complaint the customer court...

Then i send to service center and they change a new PCB(motherboard?), then this problem solved.
Now new problem arise, GPS totally no working.

hi , i am having galaxy sl i9003, and all was going good until came to newzealand and? updated my cell by official FW by kies. when i did that the cell restart by by it self and it stucks in the boot lood and when i saw the loop i remove battery and after that i starts it again what i see is my phone is formated no contacts no messages.thats not all after that as i had no choice to go for? unofficial FW i tried some FW from every were. read so many forums and tried on my phone but didnt worked but what i came to know is my internal sd is broken thats the problem. i read one solution which contains root the phone and tried it and ended up having one more addition in my problems now it doesnt even starts its just stucks in boot loop no matter what ever i do. i can go to download mode and recovery mode thats all nothing else . i hope you here can help me out plz!!!

If you can go into download mode just flash xxkpe then flash yiur desired firmware.The whole guide is given in development section.As for the restart problem.If your phone restarts and factory resets(all contacts and msgs lost) frequently then its tge problem of motgerboard.in which case there is no solution other than going to samsung service centre.

i had the same problem but i've never had a restart problem... as the other members say you must go to a samsung center

ANYONE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM YOU MUST READ THIS
Hey guys, i had exactly the same problems on my phone... only my phone reboots when i leave the phone in idle for 2 weeks before completely bootlooping on the bootlogo. at first i thought it was just a software problem and i could fix it by reflashing to stock. it took one more week before doing so since i didnt have a new laptop then. but when i got my laptop, i immediately flashed to stock but the rebooting still exists. i want to tell you guys, if it still reboots even if you flash to stock, IT IS NO LONGER A SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE PROBLEM! it is a hardware defect between the motherboard and the internal sd (usb storage). if you have this problem, bring it immediately to a service center for a motherboard fix/change. the cause of the problem is by putting the phone on your jeans/shorts' pocket (specially if its slim fit/ or tight) the phone bends and then it'll break the motherboard... also an unusual cause of the promblem is that when you have an external sd exceeding 8gigabytes. yes i too am suprised. i found this out when the technician asked me how much gig my ext. sd has. they say that it is adviseable and reccomended to have a 4gig ext. sd or lower. anything else higher could damage the phone.

so today was everythink ok until I instal,some ****... but now my phone keep rrstarting asnd I cant do anything... I reset phone, eiped..... guys help I dont know whT it is.... ging 3.6 here... every think was ok until that moment... im scared about my phone :/

No it's offical KIES version. Everythink was okey until yesterday i download 1 program from market... Now my phone wont work normaly at main page it's reboot
or in other place.... damn ;/ and i dont know what to do
P.S NOW BETTER after official KIES update my phone keeps restarting at Samsung logo again and again ?! Guys i need ur help

No i didnt, official kies. I just was installed that root file at ODIN and everythink works perfect.. But now my phone restart at SAMSUNG logo and this phone is not mine... Jesus.... any ideas what can it be?

I already experienced this. On every restart, did your contacts and messages got deleted? If thats the case then it a hardware failure.
Flashing different rom wont work either.
Your only option is to bring it back to Samsung Serive Center and have it repaired or replaced.

Backup all your data before you do this.
Go to recovery (by pressing Volume up + Home button and hold the power button) . In the recovery menu try doing a factory reset and wipe cache and Dalvik cache. if it doesnt help then download other official rom (XXKPQ or DDKP3) and flash it through Odin.

enter recovery mode then reset your phone.
but dont forget to back up your data.

HTC Desire S stuck in White Screen! Help!

Hello guys,
I really need your help because I'm getting desperate with this...
Long story short: after a 4 month wait from the repair center,in which the phone was voided from the warranty because of something that I did not do, I got the phone back, but now it does not boot. It was fine when I sent it, but now it is not. It gets stuck in the white HTC screen. The repair center screw my phone.
I've tried all options in the "power+down key" but it always get stuck. In the recovery mode, I press "power+up" but none of the options made a difference.I don't know what else to do.
My phone is not rooted and have never been hacked.
I would like not to send the phone back to repair, because the company is PIXMANIA, which certainly have the worst after-sales support ever. I would probably have to wait another a couple of months to get that fixed and I don't want to. I have already complained but they don't give a sh#t!
What can I do here mates?

factory reset, wipe cache , battery stats and everything else and install a custom rom like cyanogen mod(this spelling can be wrong).

But can I do all that with the device bricked like it is now? Factory reset and wipe cache did not work...

I bought the exact same phone from Pixmani and got the same problem. Did you get yours fixed??

Hard brick? Need help

So I was travelling and wasn't using my tab for about 2 hours(I disabled wifi etc.), when I arrived to destination, tab was turned off. I felt something is not right. I tried to run it, but It go stuck on Samsung Galaxy tab 7.7 screen. Can't get to recovery, it just freezes. Download mode is working atleast. I can charge the device when it is off too.
I was running stock 4.1.2 rooted, with CWM 6.0.2.3 installed
So my question is what should I try to do? Flash rom with ODIN? or repartition with pit file?
edit: when I go to recovery I can just see a CWM image, its frozen, but when I connect tablet to PC I can access ADB.
edit2: I somehow got into recovery, I'm getting errors in recovery that /cache can't be mounted what that has to mean?

my opinion is try TWRP maybupy its gonna work,
if it didnt work the best way is to reflash an officialmrom with odin and repartition,
but it was my idea,

Tried it few days ago, couldn't flash anything ODIN just stopped working, send it to Samsung service in Slovakia, they refused to repair it because it was not bought in Slovakia , even though I said it's not in warranty repair and I'm gonna pay the cost of work and new motherboard. So I went to a small service in city and I hope they will fix it. There is no better tablet that can make phone call than this...

my motherboard has burned last year.i just flashing the ICS for the first time.and the electicity has gone for juast a bit. pc restarted and tab too pc started with no problem but tab no,nothing worked,
i went to samsung guarranty service and they tol me yu breaked it and its out of our service.
i didnt it was charging...
so it was only two 7.7 in my country that happend to them,me and one of the samsung managers son,
so they changed the motherboard.
i heard about a way that they flash a rom straight from CPU pins,i dont know how but my friend has a HTC ChaCha .he bricked once and flashed a rom straight to CPU, and the problem solved.its working fine.
i hope you gonna see your tab again. and i am agree with you, there is no any tab like this. even the newer tab3.its RUBISH:silly:
its thin.the first and only amoled tablet in the world.

How to hard brick my galaxy s6

Hello After a bad flash and without backup my efs I lost my galaxy imei s6, I tried everything but I did not manage to recover it, there would have there a solution for my hard brig for téléphonne samsung has the return and he repaired me?

Did you try to install stock rom again? If you have 5.0.2 bootloader, install stock 5.0.2 rom, if you have 5.1.1 bootloader try to install 5.1.1 rom. It helped my when I had sgs3 long time ago. Hope it helps!

I already tried everything, I handed the official 5.1.1 rom but without success ... yes I want a hard means brick my phone, it does not light up at all

this galaxy s6 is crap i just stuck in bootloader now i heard something inside the phone making noise like if the battery is disconnected and i never drop my phone i only used it for 7 days ! yasterday i have imei 34000000000004 not registred network now when i flashed rom again i stuck in bootload

WARRANTY!

1. If your knox counter is not tripped than you can use warranty, as kmiloxdxd says.
2. If you want to brick your phone it means you want to destroy it.
3. If you're stuck in download mode try pressing power button, volume down and home button until the phone powers off.

Sounds like your corrupted your efs partition. If you didn't do anything to it (like flashing the wrong firmware variant) then send it in for warranty.
The rattling noise is usually from the optical image stabilisation and it's, although disconcerting, perfectly normal. The iphone also has the noise.

I can help you hard brick it....hit it with a brick! Then get something with a larger battery.
