I see that you have bootloader 1.30 and that looking good but you check what is writing in bootloader mode (device off, press and hold vol down (-) and press on). Write what you see on three colours screen (what text) ?

Ok you can install RSPL/HSPL, but you must remember that choose the right version SPL when you see question about during the install HSPL.

4.6 is not half bricked.
You have to downgrade before you can install RSPL/HPSL
All you have to do is to flash a stock ROM according with your device and then the road it's clear...

To solve this problem as I understand it, you need to change the firmware identifier PD67100 on MOZA100.

is there any solution for a halfbrick (no usb connection in tricolor bootloaderscreen), beside goldcard, yet?
Someone mentioned, that you can "restore" bootloader by using the oem cabs from your phone manufacturer. I tried that (with the mango update for htc and the newest ones via cab sender). They were installed but nothing has changed.

i got pro7 today.
when i enter bootloader i get
1. white backgroud with red forecolor text "SECURITY UNLOCKED" (what the hell does that means)
2. red background with:
PC92100 MFG SS-BC (4K)
SPL-0.82.2250.0(107257)
MicroP(LED) 0x06
Touch A1(v10,20)
3. green background, zero text
4. blue background,zero text
5. white background, Serial and then USB

supported SPLs on DFT's hspl for pro are 1.22 and 2.X
Try to update to one of these stock roms: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1427907 (The one for your device)
This should update what you need and... then you should be able to follow the unlock... jejeje
I bought this phone off craigslist. It was locked to bell so I had it unlocked to rogers. When it boots up it says not for resale!
