Surley someone has the link!

i found this link on the MIUI forum with some googling, it was posted just 3 days ago. The poster did say this though "There is 1 major bug that I know of, which is that you can't access the External SD in userland (From the OS) but it mounts fine."
Let us know how stable/functional the ROM is?
http://forums.miuiandroid.com/showthread.php?10124-REQ-Weekly-MIUI-Ports-to-the-Infuse-4G
I'm running it now...and it is very stable and beautiful rom. Can oc to 1600 but it is more stable at 1400. True I can't acess external sd but it is mounted. But when u take pics it saves them to the internal memory. Fantastic rom tho. I love it!

That is not the right link but I do have the actual download I can pm u with flashing instructions

Also, mms is broken...
No its not, That Rom was pretty stable less the External.
maybe push the apk again. or try a reinstall of MiUi.

Wow... I'm running Infused V2.1.0 with the Infusion 1.1 Kernel and only getting 2250 on my Quadrant score. Quite a difference.
it is but not really.
Both CM7 and MiUi will yield these 3200-4100 quad scores....i have gotten 4200 OC'd at 1.4 on CM7.
But 2.1.0 was just as smooth with the tweaks and what not. and was just as fast in Linpack as well.

I'm not on CM7 or Miui, and you can still get high quadrant score. Linpack scores are great too.

Aside from Linpack numbers showing a performance increase, are there any noticeable differences with day to day usage? 600 to 768 doesn't seem like a substantial jump...

Ok thanks

Seems a bit faster loading apps and stuff. Its solved my lockup issue too.. Could be coincidence but I haven't had one since flashing this kernal.
I did a nandroid backup then wiped caches only. Flashed version in first post in the link.

I also have not had any lockup issues. I tested this last night. I had wifi on before flashing this kernel and had 3 "lockup/freezes" within 2 hours. After flashing I have had none. Even when i set the max to only 600, I still have had 0 lockups.

There is no other room more stable than stock.
I have used 1.2 kernels and different roms and the only place that you can see a difference is on Quadrant test, in real life use I don't notice a damn difference from stock speed.
My friend have Bionix 1.2 on his NS and his phone is more faster then my NS
MoDaCo gets the best battery life, the bionix 1.3 beta isn't too stable and to be honest 1.2 isn't my cup of tea, cyanogenmod is in nightlies still but its very stable and its what both my wife and I run, plus there are a few others I haven't tried. For kernels I definitely recommend netarchy 1.2.1 as it has the amazing voodoo sound mod plus its the most stable I've used. Just my two cents.

netarchy 1.2.1 + stock rom works pretty good IMO
CM7 Nightlies are surprsing stable and Cyan Fast.

I would recommend bionix 1.2 or the 1.3 beta release. I was on 1.2 and its fantastic...really fast and stable. Updated to 1.3 beta with no problems.
Ive tried cyanogen and modacco...both good also but i prefer bionix for now. They all seem well stable and fast tho.

continuum uses suckerpunch and posts some pretty out there quadrant #'s. I haven't used suckerpunch with firefly or serendipity but i suspect they could push it up over 2000 as well. Can't put to much stock in quadrant scores alone i have had plenty of roms with where i got 1700-1900 quadrant with oc but actual user interface displayed was less smooth/quick than ones with 1200-1300 quads.

If you do the following when you first flash it helps too:
Wipre Dalvick Cache.

Launcher Pro with the right settings can also work wonders.
I love how noone mentioned CM7, the ONLY ROM with decent JIT right now. Also a huge follower of DRAGON or Andromeda. But seriously, I'm a fan of JF6 with the stock launcher. And are we really talking about benchmarks? Quadrant? Who cares?! Benchmarks aren't worth crap, ESPECIALLY Quadrant.

I'm going to assume right off the bat you're on an EE4 froyo rom? the safest is 1.4ghz however not many peoples phones (myself included when I was on froyo) will be stable, there were random reboots and lockups galore... I was stable at 1.2ghz but as I said everyone's phones are different, but to answer your question yes you can go up to 1.4

You can overclock with that, but personally, why would you use an app to load a module to overclock? You're forcing the system to do something it doesn't want to, which could easily lead to problems.

I'm on infused 2.2.3 and i currently have Entropy's daily kernel.
I have a few questions about changing it
1) i already know i can just flash over it but, i want a bit faster one, and i wanna try to do that oc stuff... a few things i dont understand from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1212485 is that it says only works on Samsung roms and not AOSP roms... firstly would i be ok being on infused? and also what does AOSP even mean?
2) I know it's a stupid question but what is a GB rom and what is the difference between it and other ones?
3)what is voodoo lagfix, voodoo sound and insecure boot?
I think that is all for now
Thanks for any help
First- yes you can flash that kernel with infused.
2nd- GB is gingerbread, its the lastest realses of android system (or soon will be for our infuse)
3rd- voodoo lagfix and sound are a tweek that helps your phone look ,run smoother, quicker, and sound better without a custom kernel but still works with everything.

in the thread you posted, you can pick any of them......Cores A and B just have different clock speeds added.
1.1 of course being the latest, but some have said they prefer 1.0. just flash it with SGS kernel flasher or CWM and you will be good. after doing so, go and get Voltage controller(free) or one of the paid apps(set cpu,Pimp My Cpu) and you will have the option to OC(Over Clock) and UV ( Under volt) that is all really.
no harm no foul, you should not mess anything up. try them out and see which one you like better. i personally liked 1.1 with the Infused Rom.
