Greek Windows

Hello Guys i wonder if someone knows a way to translate my windows which are in english to greek!i bought my mda vario 3(kaiser) from uk and i live in Greece..So if someone knows a way to make my windows in Greek language and the slide keyboard too plz give a link or a little help here!ty

Site search using Google. Search term "kaiser Greek". Read up on the threads that show in the search results, and you will find what you are looking for.

No, unfortunatelly no WM6 greek ROM for the Kaiser (except for the official of ACE Hellas, ofcourse, which is IMEI locked and no use for devices sold outside greece)!
I am willing to pay and so many other greek users, but so far we haven't found a good cooker to set up one for us

Yep, i was the one who tried this ROM first, before it went public ([email protected]), so no use for us with Kaizer...

HELP:My favs for custom wm6 roms?

Hi.
Im new so i dont know which roms do or dont have my faves.
i have touch it 7.7 but i dont know why there isnt myfaves...and most of my friends have verizon or a t and t.
Someone please tell me if theres a wm 6 rom with my favs..
Furthermore why dont people post the original windows mobile 6 instead of these custom ones?...not that i dont like them but i just wanted to know.
Also please tell me if theres a skyfire like app for wm 4..which is what ill be using for now on...

We're American, not Japanese.
But your MyFaves still work, you just have to manage them online, which is no big deal because you can only change them each month anyways.

LG GM730 Upgrades

I am thinking of getting this phone. But before doing so, I would like to know if there are any developers who would be building ROMS for this phone etc. Since the GM750 will be running on WM6.5, I'm sure there would be developers who would be cooking roms for the GM730 also. And is this phone the same as other windows mobile phones? Meaning able to install ROMS and CAB files etc?
The price is very reasonable compare to other WM phones. And that would make it fun to just buy the phone and play around with cooking ROMS into it.

It is upgradeable to 6.5 from company itself. U can upgrade it from Service Centers.

Where did you get this info? I saw an upgrade to 6.5 only for Chinese users.

LG GM730f WM 6.5 update ROM from LG?
I got an email from LG Australia that this is ready for download/update - but have not got it working so far
Search google for "Trying to install lgs wm6.5 update to gm730f" for my post

I'm also having trouble.
Just spoke to LG support who are aware of the problem!
They will apparently post me a disc with the ROM, so i'll let you guys know if that happens!

LG GM730f - Factory Default raw files Dumped
Hi All,
Just in case anyone would like a working copy of the default factory RAW files I have managed to successfully download these using the ItsUtilBin tools.
Would I be correct in thinking that I might then be able to use one of the Kitchen utilities to create this in to a ROM update?
Hopefully I'll get time to contact LG tomorrow - I wonder if they will be kind enough to use FTP? ;-)

Apparently someone in LG Aust does know about the 6.5 update and the latest knews is that someone from LG Technical is supposed to be ringing me this afternoon with details?

I didn't catch the name of the person i spoke to, but I'll certainly be happy to help you if I get a copy of the ROM!

So although they did know about the 6.5 upgrade it *appears* that it wasn't *approved* by Telstra - or at least that's what I was told.
They also seemed to understand that their upgrade process wasn't all it could be? Head over to the other thread at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=5480790 and keep an eye on things?
It's well worth downloading the Service Manual for the GM730f LOL

In the meantime I'm trialing some of the SPB Software and it makes it look a whole lot more usable - but I can't wait to get something decent on the phone - OR it's up on ebay and I'll be looking for a Samsung replacement...!!

I spoke to someone from LG yesterday and she was trying to tell me the update comes from microsoft. Sigh.
Theres not much hope when the company that makes the phones has reps answering calls who talk out of their A**e!
I'm beginning to wish i'd done a bit more research before i got this phone

For Apple there is a version for Vodafone.

I did think of that, but, Vodafone where the data will come from is dutch. So little change for some one to make the programm if he or she cant read dutch
(Did now put it in english to, just in case.
Hope it is clear what I mean with the title)

I also would like an app to check the usage. Is it already available somewhere?

I guess you mean the phone minutes and not the data. In the last case spb wireless monitor is what you neat.

there is a bunch of clutter right now on mango, but you should read as much as you can so nothing goes wrong, it finally made it to my phone
sure after about 6 hours of reading and actually doing it. but trust me, it is well worth it, you won't regret it, mango is awesome!

Am I right in thinking that it's Mango OR sideloading? There's no way to keep HTC Youtube and Navigon on my Omnia 7 and get Mango?

lol what a small world, i live in auckland, nz.. im in north shore to be exact, though i`ve decided not to upgrade to the beta as i heard some incomplete features and such. so im better off waiting for the real deal.

Might have some luck with the Samsung network profile tool. It does handle registry edits since it can setup for mms,etc. Read somewhere it uses provxml also. Not sure of the name it need to be and would have no way to test it.
Do samsungs have access to read/write to the windows directory?
