Hi everyone.
I've just got my new battery. I've ordered it from ebay for 25 Dolar. It suppose to be original HTC product but I saw it's little different than one came with the phone.
I've upload some pictures. Do you think it's original HTC product? Could you check your battery came with phone?
Btw, it always says about 25 degree.

Seems fake to me =/ also mine is -02M on the end of the number, but still looks like yours.
Also the number isn't written very sharp

Does you stock battery look like which one?
I'm going to have to say that your new battery looks fake based on the discrepancies in the cutting of the labels and the difference in the "PCT" logo on the back. Where did this ship from? And was the seller reputable?
I agree..If is an original batery it schould look the same, couse one manufactor supply it.On my old phone, batery was out,and when i go to my operators dealer to get new one, they send me visually excatly the same batery..
So i think is a fake..Check the ebay seller..
Goodluck.

Yeah, saw the PCT too. The seller is in United Kingdom. He has more than 700.000 sales and %98.6 feedback. I've bought it from United Kingdom because of not having this problem but you wouldn't know.
@gewit
Thanks, I will.

Not exist anywhere on the web...remarked? fake?
I asked those who bought from him, await response
Following this topic ^^
Can be very interesting if it is real
First response from one buyer:

Similar 1200mah
I bought a similar looking 1200mah standard size battery where I live in Taiwan and it does seem to offer some additional battery life. I would estimate about +10%. If this is for real could be even better.
second buyer as the diamond in assistance, he does not know if the battery is better
25€ ?!? of course this is fake, don't buy it
hm, there are about 14 buyers where only one buyer has left a negative review (but I dont know for what reason cause I dont understand italian)....
has someone from this board ordered one? if so, check the battery capacity with powerguard...
best regards

IT means it's of the lowest quality, not according to description
I contacted some users who had bought this battery: everybody told me the battery has NOT a longer duration than the original...
forget this item
How do I switch to English? If it's possible.

Hi folks,
I've had my Sensation for 3 days tops and something has happened to the back cover. It doesn't wipe off, have absolutely no idea what caused this.
Pretty poor considering it's two days old and treated with kid gloves, couldn't have looked after this phone more if I tried. Crazy.
My GS2 is still prestine, not a mark or scuff anywhere.

Nothing like that on either of my two back covers. I'd get it exchanged.

ffs... you had to send the entire phone back?
I've changed roms and allsorts already.
Yeah I'd ask HTC to supply you a new one, not acceptable really. Probably only a minor problem on a select new units because the build quality is usually top notch.
I've emailed HTC via the customer service channels on their site and attached a pic. See how it goes. Sending the entire phone back would be ridiculous. Cost them more in shipping, hassle and man hours.
I had a similar issue I think with my original cover. I had it less than 10 days, always on micro cloth etc. and I had a spot in the back cover. Of course everyone here will tell you it is something you are doing wrong but I handle my phones with the greatest care and always get top dollar for resale.
In the End HTC sent me a new cover and I have not had anymore problems so far, knock on wood..
T-Mobile have said I would need to replace the whole handset if I go through them. I hope HTC have a better answer, got it setup how I like, the battery is warmed up and broken in nicely too.

i sent it back rooted with a custom rom and all that ish to my carrier, wasnt still going to waste time going to stock,. Tried going through htc first to see if they could just send me a new cover, but they fail in south africa :/
What are HTC giving out as warranty replacements?
My Sensation is back into HTC for its third repair in 3 weeks
If they fail, its replacement, what are HTC UK giving out as warranty replacements as new sensations no longer seem to be available?
I had a warranty replacement last week and it was the Sensation so they must still be producing them?!
I bets they a shelf somewhere with a couple dozen on it.
Was it sealed brand new?

It wasn't sealed no but it had the nice film that is on it when you buy it brand new not just the crappy screen protector that they put on it when they send you back a repaired phone, so my guess is that it is brand new. Out of curiosity what was the problem that you had?

Unlucky man, I hope that HTC will actually replace your phone! I had to go through a massive amount of trouble to get HTC to cough up and give me a new device, in the end I had a massive rant to one of the call centre supervisors and they sent me a new phone
HTC tracking saying repair complete
bets on it not being ?
grumble grumble
they've sent the phone back sim locked, I sent it sim unlocked
and the IMEI's are now all to ****
The IMEI on the box does not match the sticker on the phone and the IMEI in the phone does not match the other two.
ffs HTC
how the hell could I ever sell this phone if I wanted too?
and now
And now the wifi is screwing up again like at the very start of the faults
white screens and refusal to start
And it locked up on Netflix after 15 minutes of video and buzzed at me till I pulled the battery.
replacement approved
it will be a sensation built in the UK repair centre from new parts AND USED PARTS !!!
strange

Do not buy or you might be disappointed. I got it today and found the label peeling off, and when I stuck it back on, it started to cover the printing.

Regrettably that it really isn't. I never had a problem with batteries marked OEM. But I guess the good news the seller refunded me the money and said to keep it our toss it out. There are still a few who believe in truth in advertising. I have reported the seller to eBay. But I doubt anything comes from that. If they don't say OEM, I know I am taking a chance to save a few bucks.

I have buying them for years, never a problem. I normally notice the little details, like the waves missing in the battery. (The NFC antenna) but failed this time. But at least I got my money back. If I wanted cheap Chinese batteries, I would have bought the ones for five bucks.

eBay is full of knock offs for things like batteries. Just gotta find a legit seller and stick to it.

There is a few legit sellers, my mistake was not looking at my saved sellers list. A mistake I am not about to repeat twice, even though this time really didn't cost me anything...
Apparently Google does not sell the charger with detachable cable that came with my Nexus 6P. Shame on you Google. I did however find an alternative and potentially even the exact charger just re-branded. @$22 USD including a C to C cable is not bad.
Not posting the actual link because I don't want the thread deleted for advertising but to the right is a link for the product comparison, they appear to be the exact same. Comparison Review Here

Mine is arriving tomorrow. I can't believe Google doesn't sell it. Excited to have a second rapid charged though. Regular chargers take forever
There is another one that is almost the same as that one and I've heard it gets super hot while charging. This one stays room temp charging or not.
Received mine yesterday from Amazon. Visually (besides light watermark branding) these two are indeed indistinguishable and perform the same as well. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone in need of a second and safe charger.
Has anyone seen an EU version of this charger?
I would buy one of these if Amazon Spain sell it...

Same doubt here.
Would buy a handful of these if i could find an AU model... (Type I )
The CHOETECH one is also highly rated but I won't elaborate on that because that is OT
