Apparently Google does not sell the charger with detachable cable that came with my Nexus 6P. Shame on you Google. I did however find an alternative and potentially even the exact charger just re-branded. @$22 USD including a C to C cable is not bad.
Not posting the actual link because I don't want the thread deleted for advertising but to the right is a link for the product comparison, they appear to be the exact same. Comparison Review Here

Mine is arriving tomorrow. I can't believe Google doesn't sell it. Excited to have a second rapid charged though. Regular chargers take forever
There is another one that is almost the same as that one and I've heard it gets super hot while charging. This one stays room temp charging or not.
Received mine yesterday from Amazon. Visually (besides light watermark branding) these two are indeed indistinguishable and perform the same as well. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone in need of a second and safe charger.
Has anyone seen an EU version of this charger?
I would buy one of these if Amazon Spain sell it...

Same doubt here.
Would buy a handful of these if i could find an AU model... (Type I )
The CHOETECH one is also highly rated but I won't elaborate on that because that is OT

Hey,
got them yesterday, using one today. Hard to compare something with flashing new ROMs etc., but they seem at least not worse then the original one

Have a look at item-no: 220816973218 at ebay.de
The price is amazing and they arrived during one week. They use 4.2V instead of 3.7, hope that is not damaging the Sensation but I saw this voltage at other batteries as well.
When phone is off, not hibernate, LED stays orange even when fully charged.
So after one day of using I would recommend this anyway.
Edit: brand is GaliliO
I think this is more like 1400mah than 2500...
Take it to some electronic shop and get it tested while it's fully charged. Youw ill see most of these will not come over 1200 yet alone 2000.

I know these specs are most likely not to be true. Anyway, the batteries are still not worse then the original one, I think even a bit better, and maybe they are getting even better with a few charging cycles. That still has to be determined.
Anyway, the price is still amazing for 2 batteries with charger, even with only 1400mAh which has been not proven, yet.
I would not believe that they are really 2500 mAh. If you are lucky they will not die soon. Usually if I buy a chinese battery they don't last long.
well, you can moan all you want about those chinese batteries... they still work great and last about twice as long as the stock one. Also the LED problem has resolved itself, but that was probably a problem with CWM, anyway.
I refuse to spend $50 on a simple spare battery + charger. Absolute ludicrous price gouging there by Samsung
What other options are available?
Edit: I found this one which features 2 batteries + charger for $20 by Onite, but I've never heard of them before. Anyone have any experience with Onite batteries?

I would go with this and this.
What do you guys think of this one. Its a bit more pricey than I'd like but comes with a lot of stuff. http://www.amazon.com/EZOPower-Desktop-Standard-GT-I9500-T-Mobile/dp/B00CGVEMPA/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=104T09TVBE5XW&coliid=I1T55ADDZJSQ31

Thanks JCreazy :good:
I had already seen the Anker battery by itself (a brand I'm much more familiar with) and didn't know they had a universal charger as well. Done and purchased :victory:
How about this?
http://www.uboc411.com/
+1 on the Anker. I have a charger + 2 battery combo for my old Atrix and have had not issues with it. However, there a couple of things to note on the charger. It'll take forever to charge your battery on both the USB and battery charger. Both are rated at 600mA output as opposed to our 2A chargers that came with the phone. Not a big deal for me since I charge the dead spare over night and have the phone plugged into the cable. I attached a photo of the Anker charger's back/side. One USB, One Micro USB and the power ratings.
Got this from Amazon for $35, it took me about 2 minutes to install. I don't have to deal with the Galaxy S4 plug anymore. It takes the battery more time to charge but it works perfectly well, even with the phone case on. If you need a wireless charger, this is it. Look no further. It's cheap, it's easy to install, it works well, it is convenient.
Hi,
any link ? or brand, model name ?
thanks
Olivier

The charging speed is 700ma, seems quicker than most others on the market, most others are from 500ma to 600ma. It do generate some heat when charging, i can feel warm when i touch the phone, when i test it the temperature is around 105 degrees F, that is acceptable for me.
Will update more ...
USA Seller 2800mAh OEM Battery +Charger For Samsung Galaxy S5 Active G870 G870A
Do not buy or you might be disappointed. I got it today and found the label peeling off, and when I stuck it back on, it started to cover the printing.

Regrettably that it really isn't. I never had a problem with batteries marked OEM. But I guess the good news the seller refunded me the money and said to keep it our toss it out. There are still a few who believe in truth in advertising. I have reported the seller to eBay. But I doubt anything comes from that. If they don't say OEM, I know I am taking a chance to save a few bucks.

I have buying them for years, never a problem. I normally notice the little details, like the waves missing in the battery. (The NFC antenna) but failed this time. But at least I got my money back. If I wanted cheap Chinese batteries, I would have bought the ones for five bucks.

eBay is full of knock offs for things like batteries. Just gotta find a legit seller and stick to it.

There is a few legit sellers, my mistake was not looking at my saved sellers list. A mistake I am not about to repeat twice, even though this time really didn't cost me anything...
Hi All,
Came across this video showing the Orzly cables being tested with the Nexus 6P using the current monitor app.
Would like to see more videos like this, or even better to see some more reviews or videos from Benson Leung verifying which cables are safe to use as a lot of companies have updated their Type-C cables.
These cables have also been verified by Benson Leung on Amazon.com. Glad he's doing more of these types of reviews as still a lot of incompatible cables floating around.

Please READ/SEARCH before posting. There is a cable OP containing all of the certified compliant cables that I will link below. There's no need for an OP just to state that. I'm reporting this OP so it can be closed, so please use the one below.
