Try clearing the Cache of the Market App
Hi, It Could be a app cache issue,
you could try clearing the cache of the app as follows
Goto To Settings in your device > Select Applications > Select Manage Applications > Go to All section at the top and Search for the Market App > Tap on it and then tap on the clear Cache button...
Try downloading the game again ... hopefully it works

Unmount your SD card...don't remove the card, only unmount it, then go download ABR and install it. Once installed, remount your card. I'd suggest moving ABR to your phone also, as it will likely install to the card.

I am trying to download SU file manager and terminal app.
The market is stuck on "authorizing purchase". If I try to click cancel download, the market force closes. Any tips on fixing this?
from google forums:
1. Uninstall the application that is hanging up in the Market.
2. From the home screen, select "Menu" > "Settings" > "Applications" > "Manage Applications".
3. Select the "Running" tab.
4. Scroll down and select "Market".
5. Select "Clear Data", and then confirm.
6. After the data is cleared, go back to Home, and run the Market.
7. Redownload the application, and all should go just fine.
Hi guys,
I noticed that after root i was unable to download any apps from playstore in my andoid one(karbon).
I after dealing with this for couple of minutes i found following resolution.
> clear data and cache of playstore from settings->apps->all
> remove all registered gmail accounts
> clear download manager data and cache from settings->apps->all
> reboot.
> download and install playstore 5.0 from http:[//]tiny.cc[/]cg3qnx (remove [])
Thats it.
This should solve all types of playstore related problems.

Hi there,
Try to clean app cache of Play Store. Go to Settings - Manage App and search for market, tap on it and clear data from there.
Also, give more details about your device/firmware for a better pointing you.
Thanks
Hi guys,
BNIB Pure XL cannot download from Google Play or do an OTA firmware update.
I've tried using LTE to download but no luck. Here's what I did:
1) Booted up device.
2) Selected language and added Google account.
3) Device successfully synced Google account and all associated apps were listed in the Google Play Store.
The download bar in the Play store keeps running without downloading anything through either WiFi or LTE.
I've tried clearing the cache of Play Store and Google Services to no avail.
The current firmware is 2015-11-23 and I can download the 2016-03-22 update but it gives an 'Unzip error' after downloading.
I can send and receive emails and use the browser without issue.
I only want to flash the stock firmware as a last resort. Surely, there must be an easy fix to this!
Thanks for any help you guys can provide.
Cheers,
Andrew
When you try to download something from the play store, does it show up in your notifications?
If not, do the following:
Settings > Advanced Settings > Apps > All > Download Manager > Clear data
Settings > Advanced Settings > Apps > All > Download Manager > Force stop
Settings > Advanced Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Store > Force stop
If it does show up and always shows that the download is "Paused" or "Pending", try installing a VPN application like Hotspot Shield, turn it on and do the above steps before attempting to download something.
A word of warning, don't do anything else other than download what you need from the play store once you turn the VPN on. Turn it off after downloading what you need from the play store.
As for your firmware update issue, I can only imagine that the update zip was somehow incomplete or corrupted.
Use the installed File Explorer app to navigate to Files > Phone Storage > adupsfota and delete "update.zip".
Then try downloading the update again.
I do not know if updating will fix the play store download issue, but if you want to try it, it's up to you.
