i don't think you'll find what you want right now. most people are still in their 30 day return window and even if they aren't probably won't want to take a big hit on a $400 purchase this soon after buying it. check out the sears outlets, you may find one for $279 if you're lucky.
For everyone who is preordering anyway, might as well do so through Target Mobile or Radioshack and save $50.

Okay, so dumb question regarding preorders (only phone I ever preordered was an iPhone for the wife)
is it possible to do a store pickup for these preorders? I'd love to save an extra $50, but all my parcel carriers require a signature, and given the fact that we actually work for a living, no one is ever home to sign.

Yes, they typically offer the option to have it shipped to you or to pick up in the store.

I just came from my local radio shack and its confirmed. 149 plus a bunch of music downloads.
Cool thing is that I'm trading in my SGSII and they are giving me 300 store credit for it! I just need to wait until Sunday to pre order it.

The $300 special is.supposed to end 4/28. Are they extending the time..or keeping your phone for a week?

I'll just pay the 159 and use the store credit for accessories and such when it comes out. hopefully RadioShack carries all the HTC accessories when they are released.

It may just be at stores... As long as it comes to my home it doesn't matter to me.
So other than the issues with outright returns, do you give anything else up buying from a non-corporate store? I've only ever bought from the ATT store so don't want to get surprised by something if I buy one of these from Radio Shack.

I missed the small window of opportunity to purchase the nexus 5 from the play store (16 gb), and now it is almost a month out of stock. I am looking to buy the Nexus 5, but can't find a well-priced retailer. BestBuy andRadioshack (along with my carrier) tack on an extra $100 , which I really don't want to pay. Has anyone successfully purchased the nexus 5 from somewhere other than the Play store for less than $450? If so, is it still available from that location?

I personally would try craigslist. That's where I bought mine. The guy sold it for $400 which is like $9 more than it would have been with tax and shipping for google play

I'm going to try to find one on craigslist, but ebay is way overpriced, like 150-200 over play price. I might have luck on craigslist!

Yeah, they often do stuff like that just to get the listings ready in advance. It's too early I think for even Amazon to have much knowledge of the actual phone yet until OnePlus make it all public.

Its not that blind poker as u will get 1000 cashback if u buy the amazon one plus gift voucher and also some other vouchers which is not that useful

As far as i know its going to be around 40k in india. Lets see the price today at 4 o'clock. If my guess is right the base variant will be aroung 35 to 36k which is still good pricing in my opinion
So the price in india is 34999 for 64gb n 6gb ram

I don't think so 256 gb will come in midnight variant.. May be when they launch 6t(expected end of ths year) it may come but again with a higher price

I only saw on amazon for sbi. Dont know yet wether its instant cashback or not but it is there
I'm on Verizon and I'm REALLY looking to upgrade to ONE PLUS 7 PRO but I feel that ordering the phone from OP directly might lead to better overall support after the sell.
So what's the history of one plus supporting a device under warranty even if I purchase it from TMO and using on Verizon.
All input welcome since I've ALWAYS wanted a OP device yet been afraid of support after the sell.
Also I'm mostly interested in not having to deal with TMO unlocking issue along with the fact that phones directly from OP come with probably the best screen protection option at the moment
