I've got BT headset Nokia BH-214, described also in this forum, but not in Nexus part -> LINK.
I have problem, because the pause/play button doesn't work corectly. The phone reacts to this button press only time to time, eg. after a few presses. I checked logs, and I found, that there is no system reaction on this button. When phone reacts - system stops a2dp.
Here you are pastebin with logs.
The headset is fine, because I tested with Nokia phone. I found by Google, that this headset should work fully with Android. Could you advice me, what's is going on? How to fix it?
I have CM-7 RC1.

Is there a setting to silence the phone on an incoming call when the phone is locked? Pressing the volume up or down WON'T work with me.
Thanks in advance.
i just tried on my phone several times from different numbers and it works fine for me.. both buttons too
Were you using any program such as manic AutoKeylock? or you just held the end call button to lock it?
Maybe I need to reset it but I didn't install any programs.
just end button i did not think i needed a program to autolock my phone
silence
Hi,
when somebody calls me i would like to silence the ringtone and not hangup. (on sonyericsson you press the side key for volume)
pressing volume up or down doesn't work for me either. is there a place in settings where you have to enable this feature? (i sure couldn't find it )
I would like to confirm that a hard reset fixed the problem! Pressing volume down while phone is locked SHOULD silence the phone by default.
Could be some software glitch that messed it up in the first place.
Figured out the problem. It seems to me that when there is an active connection, i.e EDGE is connected and it is showing in the near the cell signal, you WON'T be able to silence it by pressing a volume down.
If you go to connection manager and disconnect Edge by pressing 6, then lock it and let somebody call you, you WILL be able to silence it!
I have tried the above three times to confirm it. Seems pretty messed up if you ask me!
If you know how to solve the problem, please let me know.
Anybody figured out the problem (Read above)? I will paypal you $20 if you can get this to work!
Really, why did they mess it up like that when my previous phone, SDA, worked!
Hello 2 all!
I've bought a bluetooth headset H6060 from Rapoo, with the idea to pairing it with my Samsung Note. But I couldn't managed to work. I've turned on the headset and on the tablet I did the same with the bluetooth. I've did a search for available devices, but the headset didn't appear in to the list. Any ideea what to do to use the headset with my Note?
Tks in advance for the answers
Did you put the headset in pairing mode? Most headsets go into pairing mode when, from off, you hold the power key until a led starts flashing... Some have different coloured led's, other have the same coloured led flash in a different pattern. Your instructions should be able to help or if you didn't get any, download the manual from online....
tks for your suggestion

Tks four your suggestion! I've managed to pair the devices :good: In fact, I read before the instructions, but they do not specify anything about the fact that you have to hold the power button until the pairing is done.
No worries glad you got it done...
Just FYI, all bluetooth device I've paired with my phone/tablets use the same procedure, whether they're expensive name brand or cheap never-heard-of-before-never-will-again brand. Makes life easy until that little exception to the rule comes along....
I have ProBAM on my Galaxy SL. It is a 4.2.2 ROM, so the problems related to car bluetooth in GB and ICS should have been solved. But when I connect it to my car (a Toyota Yaris, should this help) and someone calls me, I have like 50% chance to be able to answer. At times, it just keeps ringing and when I press the green or red button on the touch screen or on the wheel nothing happens. Any idea on how to solve this?
I am extremely puzzled by the wy my headset started working in my phone. It is a Sony in-ear headset, very good sound, which still works, with a button, wired. Suddenly, the buttion stoped working with my phone.
The thing is, it works when my screen is on and it works in other devices (including iphones) even when the screen is off.
I got another headset just like mine, same model, and it worked!! With the scree off and everything.
So, my headset works perfectly in other devices, and other headsets (same model or different than mine) works with my phone perfectly. Why does MY headset doesnt work with MY phone when the screen is off????
Randomly, my phone started doing weird things when my headset is plugged in. It has never done this before. I have a feeling that this started when I Assigned Buttons that was meant for 3-buttoned headset on to mine with one button.
Every time I set it to control music playback, it randomly plays different music from my music app. And when I set it to control volume level, the volume goes crazy. But I tried headphones with no buttons at all and it doesn't do crazy things.
I have MIUI 11.0.5 and I've tried searching for this problem but I couldn't find a solution. Is there, like, a way to reset the settings for the assigned buttons?
Also, let me ask this, why doesn't my settings doesn't have options for one buttoned headset?

I had the same issue. Turned out it was the issue with the headphone buttons. I just claimed money for the headphones and got refunded in full. If your headphones have warranty, claim it. If not, then there is just one thing you can do, put feviquick on the heaphone button so it can't be pressed at all.
P.S: It might even make the headphones unusable. Proceed with caution.
